Our server Stephen, did a phenomenal job. Although he was busy you could tell he made an effort to ensure we were satisfied. Food was brought out in a timely manner regardless of how busy it was. His efforts should be commended!

It took over 30 minutes to get our bar drinks. We finished our appetizers and ordered our food before our drinks ever came out. We waited at least 10 more minutes for the last person at our table to get their food after everyone else in our group got theres. The wings came out wrong even after the wait. They comped $50 worth of food and drinks but a manger never came over to the table, not once during our whole time there. It’s not about the money, it would have been nice to have a manger come over to see what the issues were but that never happened. Bad customer service and giving away free food is not the way to stay in business. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else after to get food for the persons whose food got messed up because we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for the wings to get fixed.

We came in on a Wednesday and at first it was great. Waiter was super kind and he let us try samples of sauces for wings. We ordered an appetizer then our food. Well after that he didn’t even come back. Not only did we ask 3 times about our appetizer but our food came out first and it took over 40 minutes to receive the appetizer. The waiter didn’t even bother talking to us throughout the whole service and spent more time talking to buddies. Including family/friends who were literally right next to us. Just a horrible experience and he cared more about his tip than actual service.

Service was fantastic, management and staff welcoming and friendly, everyone doing a great job and hustling. No issues there at all.
Restaurant was clean and comfortable and inviting.
Food, on the other hand, was sub par (at best).
We got the new $9.99 unlimited apps offer and some boneless “wings”.
For the apps: The cheesesticks were ok. The chips, bland, the queso not terrible, just serviceable. The onion rings were decent, batter lacked a little seasoning, but wayyyy too many served for unlimited. Can always just order more, but felt very wasteful.
The worst part was unfortunately the chicken. Which is not a good look for a chicken restaurant. They came out lightning quick and we quickly found out why: precooked. They weren’t even warm.
Just cold chicken (if you can call it that). The quality of the chicken was also severely lacking. Teeny tiny “wings” which were basically very small chicken nuggets. There was hardly any chicken inside the little things to speak of. Mostly breading and flattened, dry chicken bites when there was some chicken found. At $1.25 per tiny nugget, the quality and VALUE is trash.
Most of the sauces (and I love a good buffalo sauce) were WAYYY overly salty.
Unfortunately, you got to a restaurant for mainly the food and sadly the quality is badly lacking.
Service = A+
Food = D

Been a while since I’ve indulged in one of my favorite wing places, might have been better if I was actually there, but the wings just wasn’t there usual great but were decent, the wedges was on point though, I will give another review when I go back

My order was placed on door dash, however the food was not good at all. My chicken wings had feathers still on them. I can say the feathers had sauce in them. They were hard and dry. You can tell the wings was sitting there for a while. Call the store on medical. Spoke with Bailey advised her how I ordered. Immediately she said since I ordered off of door dash I would need to contact them. Not I’m sorry or anything. Not until I told her how disappointing this experience was and then she said she was sorry. I will not be ordering there again.

Our Server was on top of things. Our cups barely ran empty before we received fresh drinks. Our orders were so Delicious. BDubs is one of my favorite restaurants. Oh we played about 4 rounds of Trivia while the game played in the background.

Haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a LONG time. Decided to give them another try…. My results are as followed…. Took awhile to receive food, wings was expensive but figured I’d try them, wings arrived cold like they cooked too large of a batch and I got the ones that was sitting out of fryer for awhile. Kids sports team kept hitting and bumping into the back of my seat. Just a bad experience and for the price of the food, wasn’t worth it to me. Won’t be back.

Great location right here on Medical Center Parkway.. The building is clean and looks great on the inside. Definitely an upgrade from their old building. The service was fantastic. The food was OK. Honestly you could tell it was old food that they tried to refresh. The sauce covered the wings well but did not help dryness. The French fries were old as well. Only reason for the 4 stars was the service. Very kind and attentive.
