I saw a review on line from a Chef that I respect that claimed that BW3 has one of the best burgers offered by chain restaurants.

Evan and Naveaha provided excellent service. I had an issue placing my order online, so I called to place it instead. Evan was professional and attentive, ensuring accuracy. When I arrived, Naveaha greeted me warmly and made the experience enjoyable with her friendly demeanor.

First time we tried coming here it was seat yourself. We spent 30 minutes waiting to be spoken to by a server and no one came.
We thought that may have been a one off situation so we thought we would try coming here again weeks later. NO CHANCE WE’D BE BACK.
This Buffalo Wild Wings is the nastiest, most disorganized location we’ve ever been to regardless of the amount of customers or time of day.
Today, we seat ourselves and upon sitting, see an ant in the salt shaker. GROSS. After waiting 10 minutes a server brings our water and there’s half of a dead bug on the water glass??? Insanity. We have worked in several restaurants and you have to put in the effort to be this negligent. Tables and menus were not clean either despite there being maybe 10 other customers at most. Off putting and disturbed by this.
If they are this comfortable with uncleanliness where customers CAN SEE, I can’t imagine what’s in the food/kitchen.

I placed an order through the DoorDash app and the order arrived and to my surprise, one box had a cockroach inside and my annoyance is how are they not going to notice that it was inside? The order was for my children and they sent me photos and even though we threw away the food, they only gave me back half of what I paid, so you can think how hygienic this place is.

Please avoid at all costs!! We went yesterday our wings were sooo hard. Fries ice cold. How do you burn a cheese burger off the kids meal. To top it off one dip for the wings. Never again I was highly disappointed especially being pregnant. We couldn’t even enjoy our food.

My server Sonya was so rude a gave me the most terrible customer service. She gave my husband a dirty glass with stuff floating at the bottom, and then when he asked her for another one, she rolled her eyes at him. She couldn’t even get my son a refill on his drink. My cheesesteak was cold. She didn’t even bring our food out all at the same time and had an attitude when we asked where my husband’s food was. She couldn’t get us to go boxes. We had to go to the front to pay our ticket after waiting 10 mins for her to just keep ignoring us. Shelby insisted I chased the server sound the restaurant just to my bill. Ridiculous. Chloe was a sweetheart even though she wasn’t our server she was very nice and helpful. I do appreciate her. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings an I would never return to this location. Sonya should find a new job if she doesn’t like the one she has now.

If I could put 0 stars I would. If you have the time drive to the Mt. Juliet store DO IT, because this one is absolute trash. Both managers stand around on their phones while everyone else is drowning. Coming from a manager myself this is absolutely embarrassing. The amount of times I have walked out of this establishment because we can’t get greeted within 5 min let alone 15 is ridiculous. I have no idea why I continue to give them grace and go back. Never again. The management there needs to be removed, that’s where it all starts. I as a manager would never see a table sitting there un greeted for that long and not take their order.

Sonia the bartender should not be an employee at this location. She is always in a bad mood, complains to customers about her job, and takes forever to service customers. She served me a sprite without asking my drink order. I told her i wanted a water and a drink menu. She didnt listen to me and gave us a food menu then went to go service another customer. I asked her again for a water and a drink menu, she acknowledged me and still did not bring me a water and a drink menu. The third time my father spoke up for me and she gave me a water and a drink menu finally. HOWEVER, she served me a water with a big Gnat floating in it. I ordered a drink and when she checked my ID she questioned me about it being a fake ID. When she gave me a new water, she brought another sprite with it even though i never requested a sprite. Sonia is a terrible, no good employee that is ruining the reputation of this location.

Sat for 15mins without being greeted. We were finally noticed by a manager and they went to get the server. Server wearing a yellow lanyard, comes over and rudely drops the menus on our table and says ill be back shortly. We’ve already been here 20 minutes at this point, we know our entire order by now. We just got up and left. If you want wings, just go to the location in Mt. Juliet. Service and food is so much better.

I have attempted to get wings from here a few times lately and the last time I was here, the Buffalo wings had hardly any sauce but the mango habanero had plenty. Didn’t think anything of it but I just now got more wings from here and now both types are almost bone dry. I know i probably should have double checked before leaving, but I got home to find there’s almost no sauce on any of the wings.
A 40 minute round trip that I’m definitely not making again for them to add more sauce to cold wings.. their employees should be making sure there’s a generous enough amount of sauce. If they’re worried about losing money, maybe an owner/operator needs to take a loss and not buy the new iPhone, a new car or another house in order to make people happy and keep them coming back.
This is my 4th time of bone dry wings. I’m not sure why I tried the last 2 times.
