My husband and I ate here tonight and the service was amazing! Chris was our waiter and our drinks were never empty (which is important with spicy wings haha), food was amazing, he brought us extra sauce when he saw we were getting low. As we were heading out he even got us to-go drinks!

Really disappointed with our experience at Bdubs. We had to wait forever just to get seated, even after checking in and asking about our table multiple times. It didn’t seem that busy, which made it even more frustrating.
Once we finally sat down, it took a long time for our server to even come over and ask what we wanted to drink. We felt completely overlooked. Then we were told the kitchen was on a “hold,” but again, the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all, so that didn’t really make sense.
Overall, the service was extremely slow and unorganized. Not the experience we were expecting.

We pretty much just order the BOGO boneless wings on Thursday’s. We used to really enjoy it but recently, the wings are barely tossed in the sauces we like. Probably a sign we should stop eating this junk considering they took away carrots and celery as well. Not worth $20

I’m not usually one to complain, but we had a really disappointing experience at this location. Most of our food was nearly burned, my sampler was missing items I ordered, and the wait for our food was very long. I hope for a much better experience next time.

Atmosphere was a 3 due to seating ourselves as soon as we came in and no wait time. Food was a zero but can’t post that due to us never even having our order taken after waiting 25 minutes! Service is a 2 only because the manager sat us quickly telling us we could seat ourselves outside right away… and as me and my daughter walked to the bathroom to wash our hands another waitress asked if we had been helped yet or a waitress had even checked on us! She stated she told Caitlyn we were waiting but 25 minutes later…. We still hadn’t seen her or anyone else step out to the patio to give us a menu or even ask if we wanted a drink! Very disappointing when the business is not slammed and seemed to have plenty of seating and help! Thank you to the young lady who did try to check and see if we had service even though it was to no avail!

Overall it was a great experience. The service was top-notch! Our server Lexi was on top of things and did a great job. I’m not too crazy about the new Buffalo wild wing coating, it’s salty which I’m sure is just meant to get you to buy more beer lol. The sauce recipes are as good as ever, and I really dug the new Thai curry. We had a great time!

I have added pictures to show the disgusting rotten celery we received, as well as the wings that had no sauce.
Further, I placed an online order at 4:26 on Friday. I went in at 4:42 to pick up the order. I was told that they did not have any wings ready and that it would be at least five minutes before they had wings ready.
That’s an odd thing to say for a restaurant with the word “wings” in it.
They were not busy. This would be like going to Burger King and they say they don’t have any burgers. That would be a very odd excuse to give from a burger restaurant for a long delay in fulfilling an order, and it is an equally odd excuse to give from a wings restaurant for why they are unable to fulfill an order of wings

3. No solid plan for TVs. I had to ask for Preds NHL to replace pointless NCAA & NFL reruns. Game cut out and we missed the game winning goal!

I ordered the 20 traditional wing and 20 boneless wing bundle. You can see from the photos there are not 20 boneless wings and the traditional wings were less than average size. The wedges and fries were great. Quality compared to price was unacceptable. This would not be accepted in person so shouldn’t pass with delivery.
