Mario was such a good server! He was so attentive, never letting my drink get lower than half way, checking on us, making sure we have hot food in a good timeframe. He is such a positive person, definitely recommend visiting Mario!!

I entered the restaurant and was immediately greeted with a smiling face. I was sat with my party instantly and my server was at my table upon arrival I went to make an order and my server Kaydence was extremely knowledgeable and helpful around the menu. Buffalo Wild Wings remains one of the few enjoyable places to dine out because they have not made all the cuts to their menu and service that so many other places have. Awful experience. Ordered take out, had to wait 20 minutes AFTER the supposed ready time (ordered online). Had to repeat the name on my ticket multiple times, and when I said it should have been ready 20 minutes ago, I was met with indifference. No apologies, nothing. Get home and the food is lukewarm, and missing items that I ordered. Called to speak to a manager and was put on hold, with hopes that I would give up apparently. I’ve already emailed the corporate office about it, however I suggest this place should be avoided all together. I don’t care if they were busy or not, it is not an excuse. The service is horrible, the staff is horrible, and the food is mid under the best circumstances. There are a dozen other chicken restaurants in town that are a hundred times better than this place. I’ll never be back.
