No wait time. The hostess was wonderful, the waiter on the other hand wasn’t as good. We asked for a drink from the bar, a appetizer and we placed our order but requested our dinner to be served in about 30 minutes, so that we could enjoy our drink from the bar and than have dinner. The appetizer came, our soda and tea came, our dinner came and during dinner the waiter brought the drink from the bar. So note to self, wait to order dinner. Also, when did they stop serving celery and carrots with the chicken wings

I came to buffalo wild wings last night with 8 of my friends and we had an amazing server she had our 9 top and A 24 top. The rest of the restaurant was basically empty. Our server Kadence was amazing she took great care of us and was so sweet. As she was in the middle of talking to me and another friend at the table the bartender yells at her across the restaurant and demands her in A disrespectful and unprofessional way to go and grab bar glasses off of the 24 top that she had. Her 24 had just gotten up and half of them were still standing around the table. There was still about 45 minutes until closing and if the bartender needed those glasses that bad she could’ve went at got them her self. Our server jumped right up and grabbed the glasses for this woman I think her name was April. I found it extremely rude. And I could tell she embarrassed our server. I was A server for A long time and still work in the food industry but as A manager now. I think the way the bartender acted was unacceptable. She was very capable of going and grabbing those things herself she was not doing anything but standing there on her phone. but instead she interrupted our conversation and in the most rude way possible. It is never that serious to interrupt someone else and especially not in a rude demanding way. It is not hard to wait or find the server and be like hey do you mind grabbing those glasses for me I’m pretty tired and am ready to go home I haven’t had the best night. All that to say Kadence did a great job and April ruined the end of my night. I love bdubs but this makes me not want to come back. I hope April is talked to about this situation.

Had dinner here on a Saturday evening. The place was fairly busy, but I got seated right when I walked in. They had all the college football games on, which was great. I got my order taken within minutes and the server was very friendly. I ordered the Habanero Mango wings. My order came out in about 15 minutes(pretty fast). The wings were very good and the sauce was excellent(just enough spice). I need to say the service was excellent! My drink was getting low and I never had to ask for another, she was already at my table with a new drink. If you want a place to watch sports, get great service and good food. Go here.

I’ve ordered pickup from here a couple of times. The last few times I’ve ordered, the food has been ok, but the packaging has had as much sauce on it as the wings do.
It just tells me that your cooks are not concerned with sanitation.
The real shame here is that someone put effort into designing a cool sectioned off wing box and you people can’t be bothered to change gloves before handling it.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, or reviews at all. But tonight was unacceptable. Our server “Glace” wasn’t a server at all. I sat with no drink for 20 min, we had to ask a gentleman named Chris who was phenomenal and helped us right away. Glace proceeded to help a bigger table that came in, forgot my husband’s food and just simply didn’t care. Because the cooks had no idea and we had to wait even longer. It was absolutely unacceptable service. Thank you Chris who made our dinner better, took care of us and what we needed. We appreciate you so much.

Burger (green chili bacon), wings (orange chicken) and kids cheese burger were all very good. Only complaint was that the fries, although hot, we’re not quite crispy enough. Service was great. This BWW location is one that I would definitely return to.

Untill today this was my normal go-to wing joint. Not sure anymore because they shorted my order, overcooked the wings and we’re stingy with the sauce. I will gladly buy their sauce and make my own at home but this was lunch take out for work.

The food was good. The service was excellent. We sat at the bar, and the Bartender did a fantastic job taking care of us. Typically we don’t come to places like this, but we got a gift card, so we thought, why not. Overall we enjoyed ourselves as they had just opened and weren’t busy yet. We would try again for sure.

Stopped by with my toddler for mommy and daughter day and the experience was amazing! From the food to the staff, everything was great! Amber was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and continued to check on us throughout our visit, although it was busy. Will definitely return soon ☺️.
