The food and waitress was amazing, had an all American burger , with potato wedges , it was great and filling, great onion rings , bone in wings ,cheese sticks and fried pickles all were very very good , our waitress was on the ball. She never missed a step , her name is Bri.w. she’s very friendly and helpful, she’s totally awesome took really good care of us , sweet tea rocks , restaurant is clean and inviting, plenty of televisions to watch , we didn’t wait very long to get our ultimate sampler , or our food, everything rocks at this location, we loved the service and food, we will be back

The food here is usually great, but the restaurant seemed extremely understaffed during my last visit. I came in to pick up an order and waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally came out, the order was incorrect, no seasoning, no sauce, no celery, just plain wings and six to-go containers of ranch.
I went back inside to at least get some sauce on the side, but again waited another 5+ minutes with no one around. I later realized the employee had been cleaning the bathroom and taking out the trash. Given the sanitation concerns, I wasn’t comfortable having her handle my food at that point, so I decided to leave.

After having been turned off by a bad experience at the Tallahassee BWW (dirty, run-down, intolerable stench reminiscent of a Chuck-E-Cheese ball pit) we were excited to try out the Dothan location. First impressions – clean, smelled fine, no dirty carpet. We sat at a table in the bartender’s section. Our server was Whitney and she was excellent. Genuinely personable and friendly. As a former bartender/server myself I can appreciate how attentive she was to her entire section and bar guests as well as to our table. She helped us get the app set up so we could redeem the BOGO wing offer we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. Food was out in a timely fashion as well.
Knocking off 1 star for the wings because there was NO flavor on the dry rubbed. We got 3 different flavors of dry rub and one sauced. The dry ones were completely devoid of any seasoning, they were just naked wings. As can be seen in the attached photos, there is a pile of the chipotle bbq seasoning underneath one of the wings. We were at least able to dip the wings in ranch then dip it in the seasoning to get a taste. What appears to be the salt & vinegar rub came out in several clumps, like they shook the dregs from an empty bottle over the wings. None of it stuck to the wings. There wasn’t enough to dip the wings in. I couldn’t even detect the lemon pepper. We’d had a long day of dental appointments and had an hour+ drive back home so wasn’t worth making a complaint. However, next time when ordering wings there will make it a point to mention “extra rub” or perhaps ask for some on the side.

Food wasn’t that great ended up not eating most of it. Service was mediocre at best. And this place has the most filthy bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Won’t be back BWW has really went down hill.

The waitress was super nice at first and really quick.When we got the appetizer, it wasn’t bad.It was actually pretty good. However, when our food came out, any of the dry rub wings tasted and felt just like dog treats or food. So dry and only a small sprinkle of seasoning. After we got our food, our waitress was barely even at our table. When we needed the check or to get our two go boxes, we could not find her or she was barely showing up. We literally had to walk up to the counter just to talk to her. Most tables were dirty. Bathrooms also had brown or black spots in the toilet, like mold or poop stains on the inside rim. Even though it’s a chain restaurant and I’m not a huge chain fan, these guys are killing it. I sat at the bar and got the tots as an appetizer. I wasn’t impressed with them only because they seemed dry and more like just an order of tater tots.
I got the new Chicken Parm Melt samich and it was good. And it’s a lot of food for the price.

Stopped by for dinner on a Sunday night about 5:30pm as we were traveling through town. Thought we would try the new brown sugar heat sauce on the wings but no……they were out. So we went with our regular sauce and thought we would enjoy them with some pretzel bites but no……they were out. So we thought we would just get our regular side, potato wedges, but, you guessed it, they were out! Maybe just tell what you do have!

The lady at the counter tonight 02/14/36 @ 8:35pm was just rude, she also works the bar just rude 6 tables open and was told they are waiting for staff and cooks to catch up, you know I’ve come numerous times and they sat us down and we waited patiently for a staff but tonight not sure why it was so different, and all I asked how long would it talk to get a table (6 tables open) and just rude. Giving 2 star just for that counter person was rude and it was not the younger person. I didn’t mind waiting on the server. Happy Valentines Day.

Went here on Thursday 8/22 around 10:45-11pm. Ordered mozzarella sticks for my appetizer, 5 of my 6 sticks came out hollow like this one did. My wings were small and hard as well.
