Bartender Maggie is an absolute nightmare to be served by. Firstly I ordered a beer and an app, then to only be offered another beer, while my current beer was more than half full. No food, no menu, no water. I had to ask to order 10 wings, and while the food did arrive quickly(kudos to the kitchen), I was given one napkin, and then ignored for the rest of my time there, then while maggie greeted/aknowledged another patron, I was ignored, once again, and had to personally flagged down another staff member, who thankfully, turned out to be a manager; Austin, who did his best to rectify the situation. Though in the midst of his attempts to rectify Maggie’s poor performance on behalf of Buffalo Wild Wings, Maggie proceeded to call me names, and use profane language behind the bar. After such a bad experience I took my food to-go. This was my first, and last visit to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings, especially the Florence, Alabama location. I visited this establishment around 4pm, 8/21/2025. Hopefully they correct this situation soon.

Sat at the bar and we ordered our food rite away. Took for ever to get our food, when we got it it was cold and one of us was told our fries would be done in 1 min. We were almost finished with our food when fries arrived. When we were ready to check out she took our cards and set them by register and walked off and took care of other tables. Definitely won’t sit at the bar if this bartender is working!

The food was good but the server was not very friendly. We had about 8 people in our party, they weren’t very busy at all. The server kept hitting me with her pony tale and just honestly too close for comfort the entire time we were there.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had here, we waited over an hour for our food, our food come out cold, half our table got their food and 10 minutes later the other half come out. We had to ask for napkins and refills several times before we finally asked another server and I get it, it was a Saturday night they were semi busy but our server just did not care and it was obvious.

Never do we ever get good service. Waitress drops food off and forgets us until we finish the food. We do not get the requested condiments. We waited for a fork for 10 minutes after we finally got the Waitress attention.

Stopped going to bww years ago. Decided to give them another chance and the food was awesome the past 3 times we ordered. But, tonight they went back to the same crap and the reason I stopped eating there originally. We ordered take out and when we got home. Half our order was missing and the boneless wings were hard as rocks and dipped in the wrong sauce. Sorry but not sorry, we gave a fair chance and this was it. We will no longer eat from this establishment nor recommend it to anyone.
