Went here for a first date we sood in the front over 15mins to just be seated and it wasn’t crowded or busy. So random waiter seated us in a random booth area was nasty both floor and tables. Another waiter took our oders for drinks but my date didn’t like the bad service we didn’t even touch the drinks when the waitress did arrive she said she didn’t know who table this was my date said it was ok we was leaving due to the poor service.

We did carryout two nights in a row (10/26-10/27) and it was like two different restaurants. The first night, the person running the carryout desk was attentive and made sure we had all of the condiments and utensils we needed. Our food was prepared as ordered and tasted great. So, we went back for a second night. Mistake! We waited 10 minutes for someone to appear at the carryout desk. When we ordered two bleu cheese dip for our wings, we got one bc and one ranch. No eating utensils. The wings were in the same container as our sides (they were separate the night before) so our sides were covered in sauce. Obviously, after the first experience we went back. Not so sure after the second.

Love the wings. They have a wide variety of flavors. I enjoy Asian, zing for the sweetness. Caribbean jerk, and Mango Habanero for the right level of heat. Had a chance to visit twice, while on a business trip.

DO NOT RECCOMEND!! Placed a to go order at the restaurant today because I couldn’t order what I wanted which was just the spicy tenders online. – how old are the eight tenders which was $16 and I was given one dipping sauce! 1 for 8 tenders!! 10 employees use common sense, she told me it came with two different dipping sauces which I told her I didn’t want because I have food allergies, so you would think that I would have at least gotten two dipping sauces with my order! Is somebody’s math so bad they can’t even replace one for one?! This particular Buffalo Wild Wings is now on my no-go list. Very frustrating!

Wow….I have never been so disappointed with a pick up order as I am tonight. The tenders which were supposed to be plain breaded tossed in sweet bbq…for my small children, they were spicy tenders….awesome. Traditional wings for were sauced wrong, which I can deal with….but the part that just put me over the edge…sandbagged wings ( and for those people who dont understand the reference it means the cook dropped a bunch of wings and let the die under the heat lamp so they are hard and dry despite the sauce to cover up what they did). Bdubs sorry, from now on ill be doing my pick up orders with wingstop….at least they cook their wings to order.

We go here regularly and it’s always a 5 STAR experience. We love this place! But I’m leaving a 1 STAR because our last visit was TERRIBLE!!! My wife and I I were seated easily enough after a 10min wait, but our food didn’t come for over an hour and our server never checked in. Then when the food came after we asked about it, it came incomplete. But our server didn’t know it was incomplete until we flagged her down to ask her to remove it from our bill as we didn’t need it anymore. It’s a shame as we really like this place and it’s always been so good.
