This place has gone down hill. I think it’s time for a renovation. Myself, my husband and daughter went and the booth was very worn also the restroom doors had paint chipping. I ordered a hamburger and it was super greasy. It wouldn’t have been that bad if it wasn’t dripping. My husband had to send the wings he got back because he ordered the 6 buffalo wings with mild sauce and they smothered them in sauce and the sauce had a very strong vinegar taste to them. They were nice enough to give him 5 more plain with no sauce but that sauce was awful. We got nachos as an appetizer and they were very salty. It’s like they dumped the salt but only in certain areas. The nachos don’t come with meat anymore that is extra. They were very plain. Once we complained to our waiter she was very nice and took the wings and exchanged them but then she disappeared and stop serving us. My husband wanted a drink refill and she said yes but never brought it to him. He ended up just asking for a Pepsi to go instead. I did order a Limeaide drink with mint and that was the only thing that tasted good. We probably won’t be back unless they do a renovation and find a new cook. Service wasn’t bad but food was not good.

Didn’t take pics of what eveyone ordered. BWW has decent wings. They are much better when you get them at the restaurant. UberEats drivers don’t have hot boxes to keep the food warm so everything showed up barely room temperature. BWW does have some really good sauce choices for their wings.

Then came the Mango cart beer,
a big surprising and tasty beer
For the sweet part,
Sofia recomended and prepared for me Triple chocolate chip cookie skillet
It was so tasty, & sweet

Service was poor. A lot of the staff are teenagers that don’t really care about their job. Me and my girlfriend entered the same time as a party of 4 and received our food like 10-15 minutes after them. Ours took 30 minutes to come out, and we were still waiting on items even when we got it. Also, my “buffalo dry rub” was a handful of seasoning plopped on my boneless wings. Service bad, food bad; I don’t know if it was just tonight, but it’s ridiculous regardless.

As a big fan of buffalo wings who’s tried them across 9 states, I had high hopes for this location—but it fell a bit short. The waitress was kind and attentive, which I appreciated, but the food didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from other branches.
Some of the chicken wings were undercooked, and when I ordered the cheese garlic parmesan, it barely had any cheese or garlic. I had to request more vegetables, which were served directly on top of the chicken—making them soggy. I ended up asking for a separate plate. The celery wasn’t fresh either.
Overall, the experience was average. Given the nice location, I expected better. There’s definitely room for improvement

There was no one to seat us and had to wait, the service was terrible and waitress never even came back to check. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and the cooks never put buffalo sauce on it. Let’s not to mention the appetizers didn’t come out same time, wasn’t even hot and the beer cheese you can tell wasn’t served right away. Tables weren’t cleaned right away and still weren’t fully cleaned even when we left we saw!!! I’ll never go back

Ordered 2 of the beer cheese Phillies and there was almost no meat. There was more bun than anything. The bathrooms were atrocious. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms at a gas station. It’s a shame because we had a really nice waitress, but not worth the price.

Food was great …Our server Kelly was awesome. When we walked in we were initially told that they might have an open table. Then another employee rudely comes by and tells us to sit at a high top at the bar or basically go somewhere else. Then the girl who brings the food out practically throws it on the table. Doesn’t ask if we need anything with our meal, just dumps the plates and bolts.Kelly did a great job and food was amazingly good. Made up for employees with less than adequate customer service skills.
