✨First visit to Buffalo Wild Wings… I was in the area and decided to stop in to pick up dinner on a weekday afternoon. I found a coupon online and called ahead to place a pick up order. When I arrived it was not crowded inside.
The restaurant is located at the entrance of the Broward Mall. It seems like a quaint place to watch the latest and greatest sporting events on the large screen televisions.
Unfortunately I was unimpressed by the food. I ordered the non- breaded chicken tenders (on the menu they are called “dippers”). It came with fries and I added two Mac and cheese sides to the order. The meal came up to $50 . I tried taking a bite of each order of the chicken tenders and to put it politely both orders were undercooked. Very unfortunate about the food but the employees seem very hard working.

Above average all together. The food looked sad. Photos on the menu were from another planet. (I will add comparison). Service was ok even though waitress forgot that I asked sauce for my sandwich. But ok I can forgive that as I heard that was her first day and things might happen.

We had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Daytona Beach! Our server, Sloan, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. We’ll definitely be back!

First and last time to this location. I went there with my son and his friend around 8:00 PM on a Saturday. They ordered the same meal, buffalo chicken wrap without tomatoes. One wrap came out correct. One wrap came out as a plain chicken wrap. After several minutes, we had to wave down our waitress to let her know that one of the wraps was incorrect. She took the wrap back to the kitchen. It took awhile for the order to be corrected. By the time his meal was brought back out, his friend and I were about 3/4 done our meals (I ate my 10 wings slowly). The waitress didn’t confirm that the order was correct when she dropped off his meal. She ran off. His order was incorrect again. It had buffalo sauce, but this time it had tomatoes, which he requested to have on it. He removed the tomatoes and ate what he could, but it didn’t taste all that good. He made the best of it. When our waitress eventually returned, we got the check and let her know that the kitchen screwed up his order a 2nd time. She said she would get the manager. Well, she returned with a message from the manager. The manager’s message was that there was nothing she could do because we didn’t send it back a 2nd time. My goal wasn’t necessarily to get a free meal because my son did eat most of it. I would have liked to discuss the level of service with the manager. But my impression is that the manager did not feel like it was worth her effort to come speak with me. Maybe the service is better during peak hours. On a Saturday night, when there was maybe 20 customers in the place, the service was extremely sub-par. Maybe the waitress was overloaded. Maybe they were understaffed. I’ve never run a restaurant. So I wouldn’t know. I don’t think I need to have restaurant experience to know that it was quite obvious that the manager did not feel that it was worth her time to come speak to a customer who had a problem at her establishment.

Waited at our table for over 20 min after being sat by the host. Decided to get up and just go to the bar after waiting so long to even be acknowledged. I will say the bartender was beyond sweet and very helpful she immediately greeted us and was ready to take our order. I never come to this location due to its poor service and whenever I decide to give them another chance, I’m reminded why I don’t bother.

Rocky was flying solo on the floor but didn’t treat us in a way that made us feel like she didn’t have time. Very calming presence and stayed positive the entire time we were there. Much respect and appreciation for her attention and consideration. She deserves to be allowed to have a large section, clearly handled herself and probably added to the experience knowing our bartender/server wasn’t missing because she was texting in the back, but because she was a super hero holding down the entire bar and 4 tables solo.
Food was also on point this time. It deserves 5 stars but was over shadowed by Rocky’s service.

I had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you want when you’re craving wings. But what really made the visit special was our waitress Chardonnay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and really made us feel welcome. It’s rare to get service where you feel like someone genuinely cares, but she absolutely delivered that.
Between the amazing food and outstanding service, this visit was a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this location to family and friends!

I regularly visit this location for take out and usually never have issues with the services but the food seems to be getting worse and worse!! The boneless wings have literally a pinch of sauce on them and the wedges probably had less than 10 in the container. Prior to this visit the fries were hard and cold and the burger was extremely soggy although i picked it up at the pick up time. I spend my hard earned money at this establishment and it keeps letting me down. Never again

Worst wings ever!!! I paid $33 for a combo consisting of 6 boneless wings, 6 bone in wings, fries & coleslaw. ALL OF IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! This was my first time eating this mess. They should be embarrassed to serve this mess. Hard wings, fries & slaw with no juice or mayo. The slaw was just a cup of raw cabbage, carrots, etc. with NOTHING ELSE!! It all went in the garbage!!!

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner today. It was my first time ever at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server was super cool and nice. We started off with the chips and Salsa, the chips were very very good, and the salsa tasted amazing. We both got the bottomless wings, we didn’t make it far stopping on the first round, but you still get a lot of food for the price of the endless deal. I had a great time here and can’t wait to come back. Thanks guys!
