The food was lovely but what stood out to me was the service provided by the manager, Helen. She made our experience incredible. We informed her we hadn’t been attended and without a second thought, she took care of us. Helen took our orders, brought the food and drinks out, checked up on us, brought refills without needing to ask, made sure our food was not only accurate but delicious, provided us with everything we needed, all with a beautiful smile. She is hospitable, skill-full, attentive, enthusiastic… just wonderful over all. The W in BWW stands for wings but Helen’s wings because she is an angel. Helen is a true professional and deserves a raise !!! W Helen

Foods good, service is SLOW, servers are nice. Every time I come here it’s always a 30-40+ minute wait and it’s never even slammed.

Every once in a while I’ll decide to eat here and I’m continually reminded of how much their French fries suck. The fries are always soggy and lackluster. Burgers are good though. Wish they would improve the fries. I prefer Applebees for this price range.

I can’t even grade the food because it never came out. We put the order for the kids first and waited for an hour and 30 mins. We had to leave without eating. Only 1 server in the whole restaurant. The manager was absent, never approached us and we had to leave without eating. Never going to this place again. Unless new management comes in this place should not have their lease renewed when the new South City Place is built. This is an honest review. Go somewhere else.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the best in the Miami area!! We sat in a booth and was greeted by our lovely waiter Crystal. Crystal was super attentive and sweet. Our food came out swiftly and was delicious. We ordered the Asian Zing and Nashville Hot boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, and the American Burger. I highly recommend everything we ate. Definitely stop by this Buffalo Wild Wings if you are craving their food!!

On a recent visit with a friend we walked in at 9pm on a Monday. No hostest. More then half the tables had prior customers food sitting on them which had been there for some time. I saw no one cleaning the tables. We decided to sit at the bar the atmosphere was less then inviting. Observed a few customers sitting eating out of to go containers and the smell of stale sour beer coming from the bar area was overwhelming. The appearance of the room was unkept and dirty. The staff looked dischanted. Were is management and corporate very disappointed.We left and went someone were else. My advice take a look around before commiting I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like ..

Food is dry especially the fries, they taste old and stale, no flavor at all on the regular wings or boneless. I guess people like it when they have some alcohol in their system or something but just horrible food. They need to close it down and open something better, I will not be returning… Don’t waste your money there guys, not worth it!

I ate here in November and it was one of the most foul experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. I ordered the boneless wings shortly after opening for an early lunch and they tasted like chemicals. I told the waiter and he said it’s possible there were still in the sauce pump they used and he’s bring me a new batch. Received the second batch of wings, same thing. Completely inedible and disgusting.

Updated April 2023… Tried four dollar bird dogs. They were not good. Way too much breading.
Updated March 2023… Seems the boneless chicken wings have turned really bad. Twice in a row, they seem much less chicken and much more breading. The first time I thought well maybe it was an off night. But now it happened twice in a row.
The chicken sandwich has actually gotten better.

Food is decent for fast casual.
Outside eating area perfect, less noisy and less busy.
Good parking.
