To be honest it was way better than I expected. I was in rush and wanted to grab something before my flight. Food was delicious, creamy and flavorful! Service was good waitress was friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again!

At first total chaos: Entry counter was unoccupied, nobody there to assign a table. After waiting minutes and approaching a waitress, she said I could just sit down wherever I want. After sitting down, nothing happened. No menu, nothing. After a while, another waitress noticed me and asked if someone had assigned me the table which I affirmed. She then took my order, the wings were good and i got some free fries for the hassle

The customer service was horrible. When I went the place wasn’t busy & I had to wait 15 minutes to be seated with my family. The food was extremely cold. . . . The waiter did not check on us. We had to get up & go to the bar for napkins & we didn’t get any refill on our drinks. The only time we seen the waiter was when he first took our order & when we left. He Didn’t come back not once to see if we were okay. . . . . This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever went it. I will never go here again.

When I arrived to the Dolphin Location, there was no one to greet you at the door, no one to seat you, and no one by the Take-out register. I waited over five mintes & I only saw the Bartender taking care of her patrons at the bar. Two other families came in after me only to leave a few minutes later as no one appeared to seat them. I was just about to leave when a waiter appeared and walked over to the Take-out register. Before I said “Hello”, he told me that he had to take an order from another patron who has been waiting longer than I have & gestured me to move to the side. I gave the waiter an angry look as I was the only person in the lobby waiting but I proceeded to move over allowing him to place the order for the other Patron. Once it was my turn, he took the order but then deleted it as another waiter approached the Take-out register. The 2nd waiter re-entered the order and charged me the appropriate amount and told me my food would be ready in about 15 minutes; so I then proceeded to wait. The previous Patron got her food within 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, the 2nd waiter approached me a bit confused and said to me “let me check on your food and see why it’s taking so long”. After another 5 minutes, the 2nd waiter checked on me again to assure me the food is coming out shortly.

Horrible service disrespect server the manager was even worse the wings arrived cold and was told they only have 2 cooks took over 2 hours to get 10 wings wasn’t given any silverware or napkins ordered water and got no refill when the receipt came everything was wrong he fixed it to say total:$0.00 then when we brought it up he said again he messes it up horrible don’t go there and it was empty so I don’t understand why the horrible service!!!!!!the server told me I could leave if I wanted too because I asked the manager what is going on with my food that’s so unprofessional and the server also said you could leave and.
