I’m so pissed, I was gonna order wingstop, but got this instead so I can tried their sauces. My wings came cold as hell, dry no sauce on them. The sauce is the whole point. The fries taste like they been sitting all day. Never again

I ordered through Uber Eats, and while delivery itself was fine, the food quality from Buffalo Wild Wings was very disappointing.
Fries: The container wasn’t even full, and what was there was cold and stale.
Mac & Cheese: Looked scraped from the bottom of a pan, cold, and definitely not creamy.
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Looked and tasted like a frozen patty. The lettuce was wilted and old, and the sandwich was poorly put together. On top of that, there’s no option to add basics like cheese or pickles. The photo on the menu didn’t match what I received at all.
Overall, the food did not look appetizing, wasn’t served hot, and didn’t taste fresh. For the price, I expected much better quality.

Just arrived cause we were gonna use my birthday reward. They have a sign up that tells you to seat yourself and someone will be with you but all they had were tables with hard chairs and we noticed 4 dirty booths so figured we’d just ask if we could get one cleaned off. We were patient and waited a few minutes and when a waitress said we could sit wherever we like, my husband just mentioned the booth. And there was an immediate shift in attitude from the waitress who snapped back that we were going to have to give them a few minutes. Mind you, we were fine to wait a few minutes cause we get it but it was just the tone at which it was said and then we watched her across the room with attitude talking to another server about us waiting for a booth. There were at least 3 servers, the room wasn’t full at all and we had no issues giving them a little time, but it was clear nothing was going to be done and after witnesses that attitude, I wasn’t in the mood to risk having them serve us. So we left and are going elsewhere, and now I’m writing this review because that was super disappointing.

Our server, Sofia, took a potentially bad experience and turned it around with excellent communication. Aaron, the shift manager, also came out to ensure we were properly taken care of and went above and beyond to do so. Thank you, Aaron and Sofia, for the excellent service and communication! Ordered take out for Super Bowl expecting it to be hot as one would get in the store, reheating instructions attached to the bag made it very clear they expected the food to be cold upon pickup. With an unorganized pick up line with no real structure, I could have waited an hour longer if I hadn’t cut in line of the 25 people to ask for my Togo, that was ready to go at my pick up time. But was ice cold because they were holding the take out outside on the patio.
