If we ever come back, it would definitely be for the food. We usually steer toward independent operations – but we were curious about the brand. Certainly a solid choice if you are unsure about what to expect.
It’s loud, acceptable for what it is, a sports bar. Conversation is difficult without raising your voice.
The food is the reason we came and tried it.
And that’s the reason we probably won’t return.
We ordered boneless wings, a burger and sodas.
Hubby said the wings were ok. Nothing any different than anywhere else. Average taste..sauce was not outstanding.
He didn’t like the fries for some reason.
The burger- disappointing. Dry beef, tasted frozen to me. No raw onions available¡¡ They cut onions every day for the onion rings and sauted onions (for the burgers) but they aren’t allowed to give you raw onions on your burger. How crazy is that?¿? There was maybe a tablespoon of shredded lettuce on the bun, no tomatoes and two pieces of pickle. That’s it. And that’s called all the way. Ummm no, it isn’t.
Little potatoe wedges were kinda fun and tasty. I liked them- with ranch. Hubby didn’t.
Sodas were good…bubbly and syrupy.
Restroom could of used a little freshing up.
Waiter seemed to be trying to hard to be friendly, came off as a fake friendly.. and he constantly asked us, every single time he walked by was everything ok…dude, it was answered a minute ago and the same three minutes ago.
Give people space without pushing yourself onto the table with the same dang question.
Overall… Acceptable for something average.
Return? Highly doubtful.
We went as a group of seven for my husband’s birthday, but she said they didn’t have a table for us, and instead seated a white family of seven who arrived 20 minutes after us. When I asked her why she let a group that arrived after us first, she gave me some nonsensical excuse: “There are only two servers on duty right now, so we can’t seat you.” (From what I could see, there were at least six servers.) We continued to wait, but someone else asked, “Have you checked in yet?” I explained the situation and he let us in right away. I never expected to experience such blatant racism. I love BWW, so this is a huge shock. *The person who seated us, the chef, and the waiter were all fantastic. Thank you.
