The weather was cold but the burgers were hot, juicy and full of flavor. The pick 4 appetizer was excellent! The onion rings were hot and crisp. The cheese curds were ooey gooey cheesy goodness. My son was impressed with the chicken bites, hot bite sized pieces of white meat chicken.The pretzel bites were a hot, soft delight dipped in beer cheese. The wait staff was very attentive with multiple refills on the sodas. There were plenty of televisions to keep up with the current sports as well.

So this BWW just recently opened & they seem to be running smoothly per all the reviews. I decided to take the kids because they’ve been asking. We got there & was seated immediately. Our server greeted us and brought us our drinks. She came back, we ordered mozzarella sticks, and she then came back & took our food order. We ordered 3 kid’s meals, 2x mac & cheese, chicken wings, boneless wings & and fries, and all American Cheeseburger w/ onion rings. It seemed like about 20 mins or longer & no mozzarella sticks. I asked the server & she mentioned she forgot to put the order in, but they should be coming out soon with our food order. Our food comes out 10 mins later and STILL NO mozzarella sticks. (Yes, I really wanted them). All of our food was good, the waitress only checked on us once, when the food was delivered. Our drinks were all empty and still no mozzarella sticks.

Wings are good and great prices too.. i ordered the hottest wings and couple other flavors.
the hottest wings were good, just not a fan of the bbq flavor to it. And might need to change your drinks menu coz there are no prices specified. But on the other hand, mango habanero was fantastic.

I am not a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. But my buddy wanted to meet for lunch. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was twice as thick as the menu Pic. I changed out the cheese for pepper jack and let me tell you, this was off the chain! Thick, juicy, tasty, and most importantly, NOT salty! French Fries were a 3 out of 5 . Not enough to impact overall rating. Of course the tall Yengling draft to wash it all down was also on point! Sat at the Bar, large screens with College games on. Overall excellent experience!

Ordered online for a takeout order pick up at 5:30pm. Pulled up and the guy at the takeout counter walked away. Patiently waited and received my food. Got out to the car and realized they for got my fries that go with the 20 wing and fries bundle. I run back in and the girl at the counter had a bad attitude and looks at the ticket on the bag and says it doesnt say fries. I show that is that I ordered 2 bundles and show her the order on my phone that its traditional wings and fries bundle. She goes in the back and gets me one large order of fries and is like here. So still short an order of fries but not worth the bad attitude of the employees. Definetly wish I didn’t do a tip online. Will not order from them again. Don’t recommend.

Alright, time for an honest review for the new BWW, but remember, they’ve been open to the public for only 3 days so there will be more reviews to come as they learn and become more proficient.
So, I’ve been there 3 times now (yeah, in 3 days, I know I have a problem)! Here’s the short and sweet if you don’t feel like reading all the details, Owner – Awesome, Manager Sarah – Awesome, Wait staff – shaky but good, Kitchen – Needs work!! Overall, I’d give them a 3.5/5 and hope they only go up from here!!
First visit was opening night at the bar and I just had a drink but the restaurant is beautiful and one of the best setup BWWs I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot in the last 25+ years since they were BW3 back in Ohio! The bartenders were very nice and attentive and I meet the owner who was also very friendly!
Second visit for lunch and the wait staff are still trying to get their bearings. We were sat and waited 10+ minutes and it wasn’t very busy, and nobody came to greet us or take our order even though there was about 5 waitresses at the stand looking at us and chitchatting. We finally flagged someone down and asked if we could get waited on. There was confusion over who’s table we were and instead of asking management they just let us sit there. We ordered and the food came relatively quick but the wings, both boneless and traditional were cold but sides were hot, definitely a kitchen issue. One of the managers, Sarah, came to talk to us and wanted our honest feedback and she was great about receiving it to help change for the better! She was awesome!
Third visit was for lunch again, my mom is visiting and goes back home tomorrow and wanted it one more time before leaving. They were not too busy again today, which is surprising! This time, wait staff were on point but again the kitchen let us down! Mom ordered street tacos with NO cilantro and they came covered with cilantro and I ordered wings, extra crispy and wet but they were definitely NOT crispy, which sucks because I hate rubbery chicken skin and they were definitely NOT wet. I know all this was input by the waitress because I saw the ticket, the kitchen staff just ignored it.

2 Jan 2025. The chicken sandwiches declined in quality. Used to be a nicely breaded chicken piece that hung over the side of the bun. Yesterday it may as well have been a McChicken. My wife and I both looked at each other when it got to the table and said something to the extent of, “this isn’t right is it?”
Service was pleasant but quite slow as well, waited about 15 mins to get thru the bill arriving and paying it. We are inpatient though…

Food was good server not so great. Wrong drinks then never checked on us again after I went to drink station to get the correct drinks. Food came out from food runner server never checked on us yet again to see if we needed anything. I finally went up and ask for our bill as he was in drink station flirting with other servers. Thanks but we will not stay if hes our server next time.

Aunt, son, and myself went for the first time (in Fla) ( Monday June 15th). . . Left work late, didn’t want to cook. . . I originally gave BWW 3 stars, being generous.. waiter was nice, service wasn’t great. . Brought my son the wrong order, forgot the appetizers twice… Not a terrible experience but not the best.
Left my brother-in-law’s Military softball game (Tuesday June 16th) pretty late, again, too late to start supper, they were open, so we decided to go in.. the waitress was great, 5*s. . Very attentive, very sweet! Everything came out better than ‘expected’, appetizers came out quickly. . Changing the rating thanks to tonight’s experience. . . (Video from 2nd experience)

Read bad reviews of cold food and long waits, went Friday night at 530. The parking lot was packed and only had a 20-minute wait with outside closed off with bad weather. Food came out very hot and fresh. Breaded pickles were amazing. Fries were seansoned well, and boneless wings were great. Recommend the new buffalo ranch sauce. Nashville hot flavor was ok. Blueberry pilsner beer is very refreshing. Cauliflower wings were good too (mom got them).
