I think it’s just as important to give credit when it’s due and not always focus on the bad and that was our experience tonight!

My wife and I have had a love/ hate relationship with this bdubs for a long time. We love the food but the inconsistency in cooking and constant order being wrong, we took a good year break from here after normally eating 2 times a week.

Tonight after a long days work, her pregnancy craving kicked in and my addiction to wings is always there lol. We decided to give them another shot. We rushed home with our to go order to notice it was wrong.

We ended up speaking with the newer GM Carlton! He literally is the definition of customer service! He made sure he did whatever he could in his power to let us have a nice dinner! He took the time to listen to our concerns and even let us know how is working hard, behind the scenes with his team, to get this location in order. We also spoke to a super nice bartender when we picked up our remade order. I didn’t get her name but she was awesome!

Not only did he make us happy tonight, he made us want to start visiting frequently again! I would definitely give them a shot if you haven’t been in a while and I’m excited to see the changes that he brings!

I am genuinely disappointed and still in disbelief at the treatment my husband and I received at this Buffalo Wild Wings location on Veterans Day. What should have been a simple dine-in experience for a veteran meal turned into one of the most humiliating encounters I have ever had in a restaurant.

When we arrived, an older couple ahead of us asked if they could have their Veterans meal to go. The host told them they could not order it to go, but they could dine in and request a box afterward. When it was our turn, I explained that I might need a box due to a medical condition, I had just come from the hospital after being unable to keep food down. The host had no issue, sat us, and we waited 10–15 minutes before anyone approached us, even though the restaurant was not busy (I attached a photo).
When our waiter, Micah, finally came to the table, I was fully transparent about my situation. Despite the fact that I was seated and intending to dine in, he refused to take my order because of the “dine-in only” policy. I clarified that I would eat what I could, and if anything was left, I would not request a to-go box. He still refused service. He then returned from speaking with management and informed us that we would not be served at all.

The Kitchen Manager, Ashton, came over and immediately escalated the situation. He talked over me, refused to let me speak, stated that customers are not always right, and told me he had the right to refuse anyone in his establishment. He then told my husband and me to leave. When I said I had done nothing wrong and was willing to wait for the police if needed, he stated I would simply be trespassed. This level of hostility from a manager was absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the couple before us walked out with two to-go boxes in hand.
The only person who showed professionalism was Michael, the Assistant General Manager, who was off the clock but stepped in when he saw things escalating. He listened, took the situation seriously, acknowledged that it should not have happened, and stayed until we left. He exemplified what customer service should look like, and he was the only reason the situation did not escalate further. The replacement server, Mia, was also kind, apologetic, and empathetic.

However, the overall experience, from the inconsistency in enforcing policy, to being talked over, disrespected, and ultimately refused service while sitting in the dining area was humiliating. As a veteran and a long-time customer of Buffalo Wild Wings, I have never experienced anything like this.
This location desperately needs training in customer service, consistency, hospitality, and basic respect. While Michael and Mia handled themselves professionally, the actions of the Kitchen Manager and waiter completely overshadowed anything positive. I will not be spending my hard-earned veteran dollars at this establishment again. I will be contacting the corporate office. Oh and pictures to show how empty the establishment was, couple walking out with food didn’t want to get their face it’s not their fault they were treated with respect and I was not, and my husband’s eaten food to let everyone know he was eating his food.

I recently visited BWW St. Augustine. The food was really good. Our service was not so great. There were two servers/bar tenders taking care of the entire restaurant. There were a total of 11 tables occupied with patrons. Meanwhile, the manager and two other employees sat across the restaurant just making small talk, with one engaged on their phone. This made the service terrible. The only time the manager got up was to seat someone. At one point, he was in the back and a customer who stood at the door for approximately 5-10 minutes finally left having not been seated. Some random guy in a black tight fitting tank top and a pair of pastel swim trunks continued to come in and out from the kitchen. He would occasionally stand in the bar and talk to the bar tender further hindering her from her services. We were there just over and hour and he left about the same time we did. He prepared himself a draft beer in one of the tall glasses and then walked out the side door, got in his car with his beer and left. It made you question what this guy was even doing there and what the other 3 employees were doing there. I feel like this could be a great restaurant if it only had proper management.

Ordered from here, even though it is about 30 minutes from my area, it is the closest location. I ordered the 20 traditional wings with Hot BBQ, and after I received my order they were practically bare, zero to no sauce whatsoever. I called and after more than 6 calls and being disconnected by the computer I finally talked to a yoing lady, I told her the issue, and she simply offered to have me speak to the manager. Not sure why, but this brand is getting worse by the minute, needless to say, I will not be going back to this or any other Buffalo Wild Wings…been disappointed too many times….besides, Islands is ALOT better in service, quality of food, and price and location….

Waiting for a table for 20+ minutes. Not a lot of people staffed or even a lot of people in the Restaurant…maybe 12 – 15 at most? Had 2 different waitresses. Waiting for at least another 15 minutes at a table so went to Bar to get our Beer due to wait.
Server moved us to another side of the restaurant. Then manager assisted us to give order our Beers. Needles to say I could understand the challenges to serve us if it was a packed house, but we believe it was due to short on staffing took place in this case. Never going to this place again. Moving on. Manager was nice, but still didn’t have a good feeling of money well spent.

We have given this location three tries. Each time it gets worse than the last.
The steak sandwich was dried up pieces of steak and a tiny bit of cheese. Fries were old and cold. And forget about the sides. They are tiny and very expensive. And to top things off you now have to pay a dollar to have three slimy celery sticks with your meal. Never again.

Been coming here since they opened, but less and less. The place isn’t and has never been successfully managed.
My final trip consisted of lunch with wife and 2 kids. The place wasn’t busy and there were plenty of servers as a few were just standing or walking around.
Initial service was very delayed, and food took a while and was missing my wife’s meal, but all ok, not a problem. The issue is, the wings and fries looked cold before she dropped the plates off. The metal tray that both foods sat on, didn’t contain a single proton of heat. The meat had gotten cold enough to clump the hot sauce on it and the fries honestly seemed like they were made hours before and just been sitting there, shriveled and cold.. I immediately opened a wing and was met again with no heat. I requested that it all go back and we get hot food, politely. Evidently, I was wearing 15 heads at that moment. The food was taken back and we were clearly made the gossip between young females “servers.”

Fast forward, a manager ” ” comes out less than 10 min later with our food to which he dropped off the wings and fries with a “hereayago” and kept moving -never acknowledging what happened, but more so he was annoyed like the server.

The food on the 2nd attempt. (My wife was happy with hers as it was late to the show anyways, daughter got hers on time and was hot and she was happy.) Our wings.. WINGS at Buff WILD WINGS came out reheated from the fryer, fried with the old sauce still on it. However, we did get new fries. I won’t even tell you the rest because it’s just comical senselessness, just dont go waste your time, effort or money there.

Do better, folks.
And dont contact me for free stuff to remove this, it’s not happening.

I chose to dine in last night around 10:30pm and it was a terrible mistake, the only thing that was warm and fresh was our french fries. our server was terrible, i was there for an hour and half and not once did we get refills, waited 30 minutes for her to revisit the table and take our order. will NOT BE BACK. the food was disgusting and definitely NOT WORTH a $70 and tip . extremely disappointed
