We ordered through DoorDash and they completely forgot our order of fries. Ordered 1/2 lemon pepper 1/2 DRY RUB BUFFALO. We got about 15 dry buffalo and 5 lemon pepper. Not to mention the DRY RUB buffalo was so soggy compared to the lemon pepper (we couldn’t even finish them) Fried pickes were over battered and to be frank absolute trash. Ranch also sucked. Will never order from here again.

This place is awesome. I avoided it for years because I am not a big wing girl however I went with my 2 adult daughters the other day and dang if they don’t have one of the top 3 best burgers around. I had the mushrooms swiss smash burger and it was soooooooooooo yummy. Tater tots rock and the BEER CHEESE!!!! YUM. I am not a cheese sauce or a beer person but that beer cheese i could drink. We order extra to use for our tater tots and Fries. Lol.

Easily our favorite restaurant in Brunswick for ice-cold beers, great bar food and of course sports! We literally never have a bad experience here (& we’ve been at least a dozen times). The entire staff really pulls together, making sure food is out hot and drinks are full, but Kristen at the bar is our absolute favorite. She is so friendly and always has a great attitude. She keeps customers like us coming back, & that service can be hard to find among other restaurants. Also, this restaurant is always clean looking. The bathrooms are always clean too. This Bdubbs gets 5 stars from us! We will be back again soon!

The food was good. But I waited while getting stared at for almost 15 minutes before I was even addressed. Someone came in to steal a prepaid order abc I notified the host and they got irritated at me for not doing anything… definitely not my job. Maybe be where you need to be. After that the waitstaff were good, but the host staff were terrible. I understand it was busy but definitely wouldn’t go to this location again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Server Emily
We visit Buffalo Wild Wings often and usually have great experiences, but this visit was awful because of our server, Emily (golden-blonde hair in a ponytail).
We started with the Buffaloes Hatch Queso, which we order every time. This time, our queso came out barely half full, much less than normal. When we mentioned it, we were told, “Well, they pre-measure, and sometimes it may be off.” However, our other party at the same table ordered the same queso, and theirs was significantly fuller. Later, when we ordered another queso for ourselves, that one was also noticeably fuller than the first — clearly showing that our first serving was short.
We also asked for an extra bowl so we could split the queso and pico since my partner doesn’t eat the pico mixed in. Instead of simply bringing one, Emily said we’d have to order an entirely new queso just to get another bowl. When we explained we already had one and just needed a bowl or a little extra queso since ours was short, she refused and wouldn’t let us order just the queso portion.
From there, things only got worse. Emily had a noticeable odor and bad breath, and her overall attitude was extremely unprofessional. She snatched menus, rolled her eyes, and acted irritated any time we asked a question.
When we asked for a drink menu, she pointed at the table and said, “There should be one in the middle,” even though there wasn’t. After we showed her, she sighed, said, “I guess I’ll give you a few to decide,” and walked off.
When our drinks came, they were very weak. When we mentioned it, she shrugged and said, “Well, I watched them pour it, so I don’t know what to tell you.” Later, when my partner asked for a Dr Pepper and I asked for a Pepsi, she rolled her eyes, slapped her thighs, threw her hands up, and said, “Ugh, okay, does anyone need anything else?” before walking away again. Then she disappeared for about 15 minutes.
We also noticed she was friendly and talkative with every other table around us — just not ours.
When it came time to check out, I asked for a pen to write my rewards number down, and she ignored me, shoved the iPad toward me, and said, “You don’t have to, we can do it this way,” then walked away mid-transaction.
Overall, Emily’s rude attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor service completely ruined our visit. We were even told that staff had considered not seating guests in her section because of her attitude — but since we wanted a good spot for the Georgia game, we stayed. Big mistake.
We’re regulars and spend a lot here, but this was by far the worst service we’ve ever had. Management needs to address this — it was unacceptable from start to finish.

Last weekend my boyfriend and I attended Buffalo Wild Wings. The location was easy to find considering it was in a popular shopping center. This was on a Saturday night so of course it was filled with loud people watching football. We went there because it is just a casual sports bar with a lot of different games on the TVs. The menu had options like chicken sandwiches, burgers, and wings. They also have A wide range of hours not closing until 2am on the weekend! We were quickly seated but felt somewhat rushed while eating. It appeared they were trying to get us in and out to seat more people, but the staff were still friendly.
To start, we got buffalo chicken dip. Next time I would skip this, it was a little milky. We Aswell participated in the 2 for $20 meal deal. I got boneless buffalo wings and fries. The fries had a nice salty taste with a hint of pepper. They were served fresh and warm! Unfortunately, my wings were tough and room temperature. My boyfriend got a cheeseburger and fries. He enjoyed this and thought it was juicy! To end we had a cookie skillet. The cookie was warm, and the Ice cream had a sweet vanilla taste. I would consider this the best part of the meal.
Overall, I would go back! I will order bone in wings next time and a different appetizer! If you are into sports and half good food, this is the place for you.

Stopped by this Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time and had a great experience. The All American Burger was hot, juicy, and delicious. The chicken sandwich with Mango Habanero sauce was also scrumptious. Onion rings were very yummy. Service was awesome.

Our server Elizabeth was the best. Maybe the best service I’ve had at a restaurant, fun cheery and excellent. This is what a Buffalo Wild Wings should be like – all the food was delicious! My local BW3 in Tallahassee is a horrible corporate location I won’t even visit anymore, seriously a ZERO on a scale of 1 to 10. This place is a 9.5, love it and Elizabeth and will stop in every time driving past Brunswick!!
