Stopped in to catch some football and some wings. Not to crowded for a Thursday nite. So I tried the spicy tenders for the 1st time and they were great.
I am surprised at the number of beers they have on tap (26).
My server was Gabbyand she was very tentative . This location is a little small compared to other locations i have visited, but all in all good service and atmosphere.

The service here is practically non-existent. Every time we visit, it takes quite a while to be seated, and the staff never seem very attentive. The food is just okay — nothing special, but it gets the job done. The only saving grace is that the beer and food are cheaper than most places around, and the deals can be pretty good if you’re on a budget. It’s fine for a casual stop, but definitely not a place I’d go out of my way for.

We haven’t eaten at a BWW in years. Decided to give them a try but they have fallen off. Took a few minutes to be seated, then a longer time to be served. The waiter- Lead trainer – was good. The food was okay. The mushroom and Swiss burger had a very small amount of mushrooms, that was disappointing. The wings were fine. They have nice lunch deals so maybe the experience will be better then.

We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings around 5pm because I was craving wings. The restaurant was mostly empty, so it was confusing that we still had to wait to be seated.
Our server, Maya, was great. She was attentive, friendly, and did a really good job.
Unfortunately, the wings were a big letdown. I did not order spicy wings, so I wasn’t expecting any heat, but that wasn’t even the main issue. They were very overcooked and hard, to the point that they were difficult to chew. It completely took away from the experience.
It was also uncomfortable to watch what appeared to be a manager speaking harshly to the hostess in front of customers. That kind of situation should be handled privately.
The Hatch Queso and our server were the only positives during our visit. Overall, it was disappointing, especially when the main reason for going was the wings.

Disappointed ain’t the word. Wrong food delivered ice cold and rubbery. Only you wait another twenty minutes for more lukewarm food to then have to hunt down the waitress for flatware and then napkins.

Me & my husband went 5/23 it was late night our server Rome was excellent he served us and paid attention to questions we had about menu items. Our nachos were so flavorful and so good! Our wings were so fresh & hot very tasty the drinks were the best!!
Our service was superb due to the server Rome he treated us like we were the only customers in there we truly had a wonderful experience with hot flavorful food definitely a 10/10

I often visit the Savannah location and my wings and burger are absolutely great!! I was in the Pooler Area and decided to cash in my Rewards for 10 free wings. I dont know if because they knew they were free and decided to give me dried up looking wings? I am not sure but it looked like they just threw my order in the box. When I ask the cashier for another order, she did it with a great attitude but once I got home thinking I would enjoy it..I did not. The wings were dry and I couldn’t finish them all and that is highly unusual for me. Would most likely not order take out from the Pooler location again. Whether I dine in or take out for food and customer experience should be the same and held to a more higher standard than I experienced.

This place has really went downhill. Placed an online order before 5:40 and the app said it would be ready at 6:10. How does it take over an hour just to make wings? That’s ridiculous for a simple order. I even left a tip ahead of time expecting decent service.
If wait times are going to be that long, the app should let customers adjust or cancel without hassle. Very disappointing experience
