food was decent but the service was horrible we were one of maybe 3 tables in the restaurant and it’s like our waiter just kept disappearing. it was happy hour as well and we were overcharged for the happy hour items we got and couldn’t even get our waiter to come back to the table he ran away to the kitchen and never came back and all the other servers never came out either, we waited about 10 minutes and just decided we were over it and beyond ready to get out of this place. we hadn’t been in forever and decided to give it another try, safe to say we will never give it a try again after this experience. if i could give zero stars for service i would.

Decided to get the “20 wings” with fries and 4 sauces (like sauces make it some kind of special deal) a few months back and it was HORRIBLE! I went in to grab my order maybe a minute after the waitress put in on the pickup rack. When I got home to eat, the wings were cold. Now I do live about 30 minutes away, but didn’t expect my “fresh” wings to be cold, like they’ve been in the fridge for 20 minutes prior to picking them up. Not only were they cold, they were over cooked (like the cook has never cooked in his or her life or heard a timer before) and there was hardly no sauce, the wings weren’t even coated fully. It was like the total amount of sauce on the 20 “wings” was only just about enough for 10 of their wings). Then they only put one flavor sticker on the box so knowing which was which was a shot in the dark. If you aren’t going to put a flavor sticker on each flavor, what is the point in putting one on at all? I saw this “special” on fb today and it reminded me how horrible it was. They have raised the price since I had it so I figured I would leave a review now. I have no idea how this company is open as a whole. The majority of reviews I see are bad.

Restaurant review time… Today we went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Milledgeville to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Pip and I both got a bacon burger. They came out wrong the first time…fully loaded which is not what we ordered. The waiter seemed confused, like he didn’t want to take them back and told us it would take a while to fix them if we wanted them remade. Mistakes happen, so no problem. We just wanted what we ordered. Phillip is a little more picky than I am and told him twice only meat, bacon, cheese and pickles on the side. No sauces or anything extra. The second time they came out plain but loaded with bacon mayo on both of them and no pickles. Pip absolutely hates mayo. I don’t mind it (and it was actually pretty tasty since it was bacon-infused). Pip flagged down our waiter and told him he couldn’t eat it and again, that he ordered it plain. He took it away and seemed frustrated. A few minutes later the manager came over with the burger he sent back and a horrible attitude and tried to say we ordered the burgers wrong. She said we should have ordered a different burger and just added bacon to it. No apologies or “how can we fix this” or anything. I told her they came out wrong the first time. She got mad and started getting loud and said there was only one other person in the kitchen other than her and that she made them. Someone at our table spoke up and basically told her that she had no right to talk to us like that and then she got even more angry and took Pip’s burger away and as she was walking away she yelled that she would just comp our meal. We never asked for that. We just wanted what we ordered. Pip had already taken all of his meds and couldn’t even eat and he has to take most of them with food. My burger wasn’t totally right but looked mostly ok so I was going to eat (and pay for it) once I finally got the mustard that I had asked for earlier. I took one bite and it was raw and mushy. I don’t mind a little pink but the patty was barely warm and I like ground beef cooked at least medium-well. I could not eat this. What is wrong with people these days?! It seems like customer service no longer exists most places. That manager was horrible and no one once apologized. We also had issues with our appetizer and there were problems at our table with other people’s food. We haven’t been here in forever and probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Food was ok but the service not so much. There was no one to greet or seat us when we walked in. Finally, the lady who was cleaning up came and told us she’ll go find someone to help us. So, we seated ourselves and waited for our waitress. Being it was lunch and quite busy, they only had 2.5 waitresses (one was training). Our waitress did the best she could considering…gave me the wrong burger but quickly rectified her error. Would be a nice place to meet up with friends (lots of tvs and a full bar) once they get their staffing up to par.

Not only was my order completely wrong, and it taking an extra 20minutes to get here. The portion sizes are RIDICULOUS. Not only is it a pathetic amount, the bread is torn off. Coming from someone who’s worked previously in food service for 4 years. It is NOT that hard. This is NOT what a $15 meal should look like, hell after paying for delivery it was almost $20. This is unacceptable. I get places might be busy but rushing through only makes the quality worse.

Went to meet my boys who are down there for school, for some wings and football. We were sat right away. Berkley, I believe was our servers name got our drink and app order right away. She waited until our apps came out to take our order for wings. The wings were great!! Our drink glasses never got low. Over all just a great day hanging with my 2 boys.

When we walked in, there were 2 or 3 tables seated, it was about 3 hours before close. Got our order taken. It doesn’t say on the menu that when you upgrade the drink that comes with the pick 6, it doesn’t come with refills. When we finally got our food, the wings were so badly over cooked that my teeth hurt afterwards. However, the Buffalo chicken dip as well as the wedges that came with the wings were pretty good. We saw our server once when he brought us a refill. Had to ask for the check from someone else because we couldn’t find our server after sitting there for 15 minutes. I would not recommend this location to anyone but if you were hungry, stay away from the wings.

To preface, I’ve worked in food service before, and know the shit that servers take, but it’s hard to express the magnitude of terrible our experience at this location was. If I could leave a review lower than 1 star, I would.
We enter the restaurant and wait 20 minutes for our server to even greet us and ask for drinks. We ordered all at once because we had all the time in the world to ponder what we wanted. Keep in mind, we are one of two tables in the restaurant, and we showed up way before closing.
After putting in our orders, we wait for almost an HOUR before getting our food, which was missing multiple things. We couldn’t ask our waitress why it was taking so long because she was in the back virtually the whole time.
After eating and waiting for our waitress to leave the back, we gave her our cards to pay. She comes back having put the wrong check on the wrong card.
Waste of almost 2 hrs of my life.

Purchased to go order through their app. Order was over 30 minutes later than expected. Food was cold. Purchased a side order of coleslaw for my daughter and paid $3.99 and received less than 1/4 cup of it- was 2 bites worth of food.
