I found myself craving BW3’s again. Even though my last two trips were not so pleasant. I chalked it up to new store growing pains. There were very few customers. I ordered my standard potato wedges and wings. The wedges did arrive this time! Still working on perfecting this aspect of the menu. However, the wings were some of the best cooked wings I have ever had. They are the reason I come back over and over. Julia topped it off with excellent service and great attitude. Looking through the lens of improvement, 5/5

The hostess at the front were great. Our server was Julianna and then she informed us that she is not the server for that area, and it would be Eve. We placed our order with both ladies. Somehow our orders got mixed up, but they fixed them. I ordered the lunch burger and fries with a sweet tea. The fries were refried, and hallow. However the burger was good. The establishment was clean, and had a lot of televisions.

We arrived at 4:50pm and was seated at 4:55pm. The server (Kiosha) walked up to the table to the right of us and cleaned it and walked off. at 5:15pm the host sat someone at the table and at 5:20pm his wife arrived. The server (Kiosha) went straight to them and welcome asking what they like to drink. I asked her if she could get our server and she said she is the server and would be helping us in a minute.
My wife than asked her when she found out she was our server and she said just now, standing at our table with an attitude. She took our order and the people next to us asked for the ultimate sampler and she said it’s not available. We got our food at 5:46pm and she brought some napkins when the wings came out. The wings was good and so was the burger my wife picked. The few chips were under cooked but overall good.

Absolute waste of money and time. Made a mobile order at 10:17, app said 10:40 for pickup. Arrived at 10:45 food wasn’t ready. Waited another 25 mins before my food came out, and it’s not like it was busy in there. There were 4 customers. Got home wings were cold, fries were cold. Didn’t have any of the ranch or blue cheese that was ordered. And the food was over cooked, the fries were so overcooked that they were hollow. 36$ wasted. Mc Donald’s would have been cheaper and better than this.

I don’t normally write reviews, but we had such a *terrible* experience last night that I had to share it. We arrived at 5:30pm and the restaurant didn’t seem very busy – may half of the tables had customers. We ordered our food, and then it never came (nor did anyone else’s). Our server came out after a while and told us that there were five orders ahead of us. Then she came back at various times to say it was almost time for ours or ours was almost done. After 45 minutes of this, she told us that the kitchen was backed up because they were doing so many to go orders. At almost an hour of waiting we were asking her if we would ever get our food. She finally brought out my husband’s food (a wrap with fries) but told me my food (a burger and wedges) was still backed up on the grill. My husband ended up finishing his food and then I had to wait another 10 minutes after that to get my food. I have never been so close to walking out of a restaurant before in my life. And despite these ridiculous delays, they didn’t adjust our bill at all. The only thing they did was offer us some carrots and celery during our wait. I will never go back, and I strongly encourage everyone else not to. It appears that their business model is to preference to-go orders over in-restaurant customers. I would have been understanding if the waitress had told us that a bunch of people had called out sick or something, but she told us that she’d went to the manager multiple times and that she couldn’t make the kitchen prepare out food over the to-go orders. The food wasn’t even very good. The wedges were really greasy – I could only stomach half of them, and the burger was fine, but nothing exceptional and certainly nothing worth the wait. It felt like a small step up from fast food. I would much rather have gone to a local chain like Locos or Blind Pig any day.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews on here, maybe they had a rough opening, but my fiance and I had a great experience. We were sat very quickly, food came out in less than 10mins. Our server was very nice and quick with everything. Food was delicious, and the 6 for $20 deal is amazing. We will be going back.

I’m a sucker for Buffalo Wild Wings so of course I came on opening day. Everyone is nice, it’s clean, food is good! So glad they’re in Athens!! Gonna be good for Game Day!
