This is an excellent B Dubs!

I do not know where the negative reviews come from.

They have the consistently great food at unbeatable prices as all Buffalo Wild Wings.

They also boast a friendly, hardworking, and tenured staff including Bruce, Taylor, Marcell, Raquel, long-hair Danny, and so many others!

This location also has an awesome and unique indoor/outdoor rooftop bar that has plenty of seating, huge TVs, and an area for Bocci.

Plus, the restaurant has the biggest TV I have ever seen (technically it’s 15 TVs put together, but still!)

And, they have Touch Tunes, which is a lot of fun.

Don’t listen to the haters! Give this B Dubs a try and you will not be disappointed! You cannot get more bang for your buck anywhere else.

Terrence the GM just came over to this location from Cumberland Mall and he is always working so hard to keep everyone happy and satisfied. Big time Kudos to him!

Stevenson is totally awesome! He is an excellent manager.

Five stars!

I frequent this place often and the quality of food and customer service at the bar has seriously declined. The bartender, Jada, never greets you, just sits the menu in front of you and she moves like molasses with no sense of urgency. I literally have to wait 20 mins just for her to come around to take my food order—and I have to ask her if I can place a food order bc she doesn’t ask. I came last week and ordered a drink and there was a bug inside. She remade the drink and I let it go. She didn’t even try to comp the drink off my bill and I didn’t ask.
Also, her and all of the other bartenders handle dirty customer plates, glassware, cash cards, etc. & don’t wash their hands and then grab the lemon/lime/mint used for drinks with their DIRTY/CONTAMINATED bare hands! Someone should inform them that in Georgia there may be no bare hands contact with ready to eat foods.
I went again last night and as I bit into a wing there was a large piece of hair in my mouth! I informed the manager and waited nearly 20 mins for new wings and when they brought them out they didn’t even have to decency to bring the dipping sauce and the wings themselves were poorly sauced. The bartender brought out the bill with the wings still on them and I told her I wasn’t paying for them. I don’t go to places looking to get free food but I honestly feel like it was warranted bc if an employee hair enters MY mouth I should be compensated for it in some way as a basic courtesy. She said her manager (the one with long dreads) refused to take the wings off the bill bc he replaced them and said that she would get him to come talk to me. He never came and eventually she walked over with a new check with the wings removed. I paid for them and she brought the receipt for me to sign with no pen—I guess she knew she didn’t deserve a tip. I asked the bartender for a to go box and she acted like she didn’t hear me. I asked again and she had another female manager bring it to me.
We’re all human and make mistakes but to make two serious mistakes on back to back visits, provide terrible customer service, and not want to make it right is ridiculous. Jada, you’re a terrible server & bartender!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I sat at the bar and waited about 7–12 minutes before a bartender even acknowledged me or my guest. When I finally ordered a hibiscus ginger beer (nothing else), I was served a mule instead.

It took another 15 minutes before I could even ask to place a food order, and I ordered a small hot and lemon-pepper cauliflower bites. After more than an hour and twenty minutes, and after asking for the manager three different times and standing near the kitchen trying to get her attention, my food finally arrived.

My guest ordered a beer that never came. The most disappointing part was that no manager ever came over to speak with us. As a restaurant owner myself, I understand mistakes happen, but communication and accountability are everything. If management had simply addressed the situation, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. Upper management or the GM really needs to evaluate how this location is being run.

Visited for NFL Draft party. Great crowd, lots of tv’s and space. Rained so didn’t get to enjoy the patio as much. Low rating due to waiting 1.5 hours for cold, half-sauced wings and missing items. Their only defense, the crowd may have been a lot larger than they were prepared to take on. However, our waiter was continuously checking for the order, so food shouldn’t have been ice cold when it got to the table if the wait was due to the kitchen was backed up. Ordered from here before and food was fine. MAY frequent on a regular Thursday in the future to see if it’s a better experience.

Food was good but service was slow. Had an issue with billing. The cookie skillet was one price on the menu and different on the bill. The waitress got us the manager. He said there was nothing they could do. After 5 mins of me saying it made no sense, he honored the menu price. Then he forcefully ask if I was leaving a tip before i even had a chance to pay. I planned on leaving a tip regardless of the service. The experience was belittling, uncomfortable, and weird. I will never go to this location again.

EDIT!!

Buffalo Wild Wings’ boneless wings are super – they are crispy outside and juicy inside. The texture was on point—crispy, but not overly greasy. The flavor really shines through the various sauce options they offer, I love their wild, Mango Habanero and Asian Zing.

Pair it with fries with desert heat dry rub.

The portion size is usually decent, and they’ve got great dipping sauces to go with.

The best thing is bogo Thursday – boneless; but service is always slow especially on Tuesday and Thursdays. Their new limited time offer cajun sauce is good. Wild flavor is forever love .

We finished the whole tray

The food and atmosphere were good but our server was really lacking. We ordered two draft beers and a water. When my beer came, my wife’s didn’t. About 15 minutes went by, and I had to ask for my wife’s beer agian. She never got her water. When the food came, we had to ask for napkins and never got any utensils. Food is good, but service lacks.

Wish I had checked the reviews before I wasted my money! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE FOOD! The servers and staff act like angry robots. I stood in the door for 7.5 minutes before I finally had to just sear myself. That should’ve been red flag number 1. I sat for 29 minutes before being acknowledged. The server never introduce himself, never apologized for the wait. NOTHING! He stood at the opposite end of the table, leaning, waiting for me to do the talking. Red flag number 2. I ordered cauliflower wings as I do from any BWW! A large. And this is what they gave me. My small never even looks like that. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. I see why it was so empty in there.

This is probably the worst Buffalo wild wings location that I have been to.
I wish I could give it a -1. The management really needs to look into the behavior of their staff who are thoroughly unprofessional.

I had ordered my wings through their app about 1.5 hour before reaching the location.

When I reached there, there was no one and many people were waiting for someone to show up at the reception for their pickups.

When the guy showed up and looked at my order, he was like, it has not been made. It is still in process although the app said it would be done before that.

To top this, I saw a walk whose order was taken in front of me and then delivered to him in 5 minutes.
I had to wait there for around 30 minutes for an order which I had ordered on the app 1.30 hours before.

When I confronted them, the were very rude.

Never ever ordering from here again
