I do like my chicken crispy, but for every piece I didn’t toss out the window driving down the road. Wasn’t even worth the drive there. The fries were so hard and cold by the time I got them. The chicken was just batter, cause it was severely over cooked for the small pieces I received. The water was good and cold though.

Sat and greeted quickly. Food came out promptly. Wings were generously sauced and steaming hot. Kind service. Imani was great. Had a variety of sports games playing and volume wasn’t too high or anything. Prices very reasonable. Would return again!

My husband and I always enjoy our visits to Buffalo Wild Wings in Newnan, Georgia. The wait staff is always friendly and super helpful. We can ask some crazy questions about specials, but the wait staff always answers our questions with a smile. They are quick to bring extra napkins, more tea, whatever we need. We love Teresa, Gracie, Tony and all of the other employees. The food is always delicious. We enjoy the Pick 6 Meal for 2, which is a very good deal. Our food is served hot and is prepared just like we ordered. The hot wings, hamburgers, and sandwiches are some of the best around! The potato wedges are incredible! We always leave happy and filled up with great food.

Wow! Really like this place. We went cause of their unlimited appetizers for $10. They were good. Also ordered the steak/cheese sandwich that looked incredible in the menu. What they brought out was a 6” sub cut in two. Waitress asked can I bring out anything else I said yes, the other half of this sandwich. Tasted good but SO SMALL.

Do not go to this restaurant. Staff is below bare minimum, management is lacking.
Was seated 15 minutes after walking in the door , no one in sight. A grand total of 5 tables were seated with guest. So not a busy night nor an excuse for that type of hospitality. Our server Sebastian was phenomenal, could tell he was new-ish but was probably the hardest working employee there. Took our drink orders and food orders without error.
Our food was delivered after an over 30 minute wait. Received our food and it was cold. One order wasn’t delivered, and that was an extra 10 minute wait. During the time we were waiting on our food , we noticed a large group of employees together in front of one of the entrances to the back. Just standing there chatting , cursing and looking at their phone. The bartender was vaping while standing behind the bar, she was also taking shots. 3 men employees were all standing in the bathroom , on their phones and were never seen coming out of the bathroom before we exited the restaurant. Also a female employee was standing at the bar , feeding chicken tenders , during that time assuming a tables drink order was ready. She put her tender down , grabbed the tables drink orders , walked it over to the table and then walked back to the bar to restart eating her tender. By servsafe that is mishandling of food and beverages , employees must wash hands before.
Again , our server Sebastian was great. His type of work ethic will shine in a much better place.
Over all Buffalo Wild Wings in Newnan, Ga does not meet servsafe expectations, hospitality standards and carries behind bare minimum professionalism. Will not return to this location, until the place is wiped clean and new management.

I was part of a group 6-730 on 1/24/26. A Saturday at prime time should have been busy, there were very few tables occupied.We waited a long time for the server. He stayed in the back most of the time. The diet pepsi was out of syrup and looked like weak tea so we sent the drinks back. Got replacements. Ordered our food. The other half of the group arrived and ordered. They received their food in a reasonable time. We were waiting for the server to return, but had to ask another girl. Still didn’t get our food until the group was almost finished with their food(even the ones who came in after us) The patty melt was very bland, but I ate half. Then our entire group waited a loooooong time to get checks. We could see the server in the back every time the door opened. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a worse server. The name on the receipt is thomas. This was my first time at a buffalo wild wings and was underwhelmed and disappointed. Many in our group spoke to manager who adjusted some of the checks. We weren’t able to speak to him because the server was looking for our check and the group was leaving. I seriously doubt we will return.

We came here for the first time a couple of nights ago. The place was empty for the most part, but we waited a little bit to be seated. On our way to our seat, 2 waitresses seemed to have a look on their face that seemed like they were just ready to go home. We were seated, and then about 10 minutes passed before our waitress came. She was nice.
What we enjoyed the most was our food. My lemon pepper wings were good, and I also enjoyed the ranch dressing. The lemon pepper sauce tastes like actual lemons and not the fake lemon flavor. The wings are a good size and very saucy. My son loved his hot, lemon pepper wings. I thought my tater tots tasted kind of off and not very flavorful.
I’d love to have a Buffalo Wild Wings near McDonough so we could order their wings again.

I ordered to go… I got 10 med 10 dry lemon pepper and potatoe wedges with the brownie…. And can I just say … absolutely amazing!! In times where everything is costly. And you’re debating about cooking and decided to splurge.. 10 out of 10. I do not regret my decision. Absolutely the best wings Ive had in a very long time. Whomever you got cooking…. Keep them because…. Chef’s kiss. It was amazing! Sorry no photos. Cause I ate them

My family visited Buffalo Wild Wings for a late lunch on a Saturday. We were quickly seated. Our waiter offered his recommendations, which were the chicken wraps. We ordered the sampler appetizer and the dirty dub tots. Both were delicious. Our waiter checked on us just the right amount, and he treated us like we were family. We all enjoyed our meals. We will definitely visit this location again.

We ordered a sampler appetizer, which was mistakenly delivered to the table behind us. It sat there for approximately 10–12 minutes before we realized the error. After confirming with our server that it was actually intended for us, the kitchen manager briefly took the plate to the back (for no more than 30 seconds) and then brought it out to our table. When I asked if it could be remade due to it sitting at another table, the manager claimed it had already been replaced and added, “I wouldn’t do y’all like that.” However, everything on the plate was cold, which suggested otherwise.
We informed our server, who asked the manager to comp the item — which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. When placing my entrée order, I specifically requested my burger without tomatoes, but it arrived with a tomato anyway. I also never received the Arnold Palmer I ordered at the same time.
Service was another concern. Although the restaurant was relatively quiet, our server was slow to check on us, and I had to flag him down multiple times just to get basic attention. Each time, he gave off the impression that we were inconveniencing him.
Overall, between the service and the multiple food-related mistakes, it was a frustrating and disappointing dining experience.
