While traveling through the state, my family and I made a weekday stop for what we anticipated would be a brief and relaxing dinner accompanied by a popular televised college football game. Regrettably, we experienced a 20-minute wait prior to being seated, followed by an additional 25-minute wait before our food was served. Notably, a majority of the numerous televisions were tuned to the same station, necessitating a request to our waitress to locate the televised football game. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and helpful, and our food was delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our meal but the wait was unnecessary due to the restaurant not being overly crowded. There were many empty tables when we arrived throughout the establishment.

I hadn’t really been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years. Especially after they added a bunch of menu items. I had not been to the one in Greenville, SC for probably ten years or so. No good reason for not going, just that we lived in Maine for 4 of those years, and after meeting my wife she didn’t really care to go.
Anyway, I went for the first time in a while, to the one in Greenville on Saturday, then again today while my wife was out of town and kids were at their grandparents. I had a good experience both times. Staff was friendly, food was good, beer was crisp and clean tasting. The resturant itself was clean. Bathrooms were remarkably clean. Atmosphere was relaxing… mind you I went for a late lunch both times.
I would recommend giving this location of Buffalo Wild Wings a try.

The service was quick. We had our food in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The server was very nice. She had a lot of patience with us. I got a burger based on the recommendation of a friend and it was pretty good. I would have loved a little more seasoning on the burger, but my taste buds are just set up a little different. The person who was with me really enjoyed the burger. The wings were cooked to perfection. We had dry lemon pepper, Asian zing, and Caribbean jerk wings. If you’re wanting to avoid the crowds, we went around 11:15 a.m. and it wasn’t too crowded at all. We noticed a lunch crowd starting when we were leaving a little after 12:00 p.m. noon.
I will definitely visit this place again.

Service was extremely slow! All the servers were standing around and the place was pretty empty but it still was a hassle trying to get service. Hopefully things will change again for the better soon.

Went tonight to pick up a prepaid online order that my boyfriend and I had placed about an hour earlier. We had to delay coming in because of a sudden thunderstorm, but when we arrived the pickup area was a nightmare.
There were at least 10 people waiting for online orders and DoorDash pickups, and not a single employee was working that station. We stood there for about 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment from staff. No one checked on the line, no one communicated anything, and it honestly felt like employees were actively avoiding the area. It was incredibly frustrating and gave the whole place a really unprofessional atmosphere.
Eventually I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender, Jace, if anyone was handling pickups. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help us and was genuinely kind, quick, and attentive.
Jace absolutely deserves 5 stars for stepping in and helping when no one else would. The restaurant itself gets 1 star for the complete lack of organization, blatant negligence, and bad service at the pickup counter.

Today is 7/6/2025. Terrible food at the Greenville sc location!!! Got the special 20wings large fry for 19.99. All wings dried out, very small wings, large fry old and dry!!! I picked up my food on the way to work so I didn’t see the food until I got to work. I had no choice but to go through it and eat when I could your money will be well. Spent going to Wingstop. They have a very similar special going on. The wings are always fresh great size great flavor. I’ve ate at Wingstop four times within the last month and a half even though Buffalo wild wings was my favorite wing place at the time they have just declined in service and food quality.

Me, my loved one and my brother went to this location a few days after Christmas. Man, the waiter we had was the bartender as well. Bruh did his thing with the service, very attentive, came by frequently, and them drinks he made were awesome. He made my loved one a Strawberry margarita.. Man she had 2 of them and we had a great night at home. I will be back here again and hopefully see the same waiter again. Preciate you Bruh

We went today for the first time in a long time and was absolutely disappointed. Really it was not very busy: 3 waitresses for the tables they had. Service was extremely slow, so we thought. It took 10 minutes after being sat before our waitress came and asked us about drinks. Food came relatively quickly compared to initial service. The food itself was great. Great meal deal for 2. After we got our food though it’s like we were forgotten. My husbands drink was empty and the waitress walked by literally 10 times looking at our table and never inquired about refills. We are an interracial couple and we noticed she was serving other white tables before us and the Hispanic table behind us. She finally came to us, we asked for the check and to go drinks. She brought mine (I’m white) but still neglected my husband (Hispanic). Outside of service the booths were disgusting, the seats literally smelled of mildew and the walls look like they hadn’t been wiped down in years (despite being black you could tell). I got dirty silverware when asked. Menus were sticky.
I’ve worked in the food industry in the past so honestly the service was just overall inadequate. I gave 2/5 stars purely for food.

Got here around 730ish pm on a Sunday. Its so dead and we had to wait a good 45 minutes for food. So I’m expecting great food and what not. 3 of us ordered the wings. Disappointing the flavor was not there we ordered lemon pepper, honey bbq,and mild. The mild was OK but the lemon pepper and honey bbq just lacked in flavor. The boneless wings were cold and a member in my party fries were cold. Service was nice but I would recommend going to wingstop for better flavors and it would be worth the wait. Trust me I’m a black guy I know good wings.

But let me tell you, the Greenville location on Woodruff Road has at least one absolutely phenomenal bartender. We had a pretty long day yesterday and were still about 45 minutes from home when we wandered in for a break and a bite and were lucky enough to sit at the bar with Jace. I have never experienced a more personable bartender at a national chain. He was so friendly and fun, and he took a place with an overall 3.6 and turned it into a 5-Star experience.
If anyone reading this is in a position to do so, you need to make sure you do everything you can to keep Jace on staff. Thank you!

I can count on one hand how many times i have written into a company to day anything cause i honestly have better things to do with my life. The other night me and my wife came here to eat. This location had always failed in some service aspect but hey I belive places can change. We came and it was a little after 6pm. The place was empty but there was plenty of staff everywhere so I figured this will be easy. We get seated and they say our waitress will be with us in a minute. Almost 15 minutes later we see about 8 waitresses standing around the drink area laughing and having a good time so I ask a waitress near us to please go find our waitress cause we been sitting there for about 15 minutes and no one has come by. Finally someone comes and takes our order. We ordered an appetizer and out meals in one go. They bring us drinks and my mountain dew is out of syrup but I have had worse so I honestly just let it go. They bring us our appetizer and my wife’s food at the same time but not mine. My wife’s ask for new fries cause hers are clearly old, brown, and cold. They came back again and brought her fresh fries. Im just waiting now cause I want to see how long it will take them to notice I have no food in front of me in an empty restaurant. Our waiter comes back a while later now that my wife is done eating and I asked them how much longer my food will be and he says just a few more minutes and goes to the back. A few minutes later be brings my over fried still sizzling wings and what looks like the same old cold fries my wife sent back a while ago. By now I honestly dont care, im hungry and just want to eat and leave. Now im sure you here “I use to work in the food industry ” or ” I ran a restaurant one time” and to be real no one cares. At least I dont care when my customers tell me that cause I run a restaurant and still had my work cloths on with my company’s logo on it. When a customer says their food is cold but there is clearly steam comming off it by all means they can go kick rocks. But if there is an issue and I determine its real I am all for how can we help make it better. But fo so many things to go wrong with a single order on a day the place is empty is beyond me. Idk ifnit was racial or if they thought we were some of those pathetic college kids they come in or what but I was actually impressed with my much went wrong at once. Like you have to try to mess that much stuff up. If you need more info please feel free to reach out. And please try to do something about that place. Its easy to make money there if you just tweak it.
