Being on vacation the whole week we were able to visit multiple times here at the north Myrtle location. Always a great place for the game. They even have lunch specials that are great deals. Drink specials too. It’s kinda funny but this place used to be loaded all the time. I guess more competition in the area matters. But we still love this place. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Great for large groups. Come watch your favorite team.

Our first time at this location.
The smashburger with tater tots was very good.
The sampler platter was good also.
Since I am not a pepsi fan, I tried there passion fruit mint soda and it was amazingly good. Not sweet at all, very refreshing.
Tyler was our server. He was friendly and very polite. He wrote down our orders, but they still came out wrong. So that was not his fault.
I believe he had our entire section by himself, so the service was very slow.
We felt bad that he was so busy, so we still left him a generous tip of 22%.
Their happy hour menu looked like it has some good specials, so we will be back during the week while we are in town.

It was pretty empty when I was there around 4. The service and food was good and there is a nice selection of beer! Definitely a sports place with plenty of screens!

We had an early lunch today at this location, a little past 11am. Our waitress was outstanding and the boneless wings, fries, celery, carrots, and drinks were ALL delicious.

My disabled mother was refused service with her service animal, on her BIRTHDAY. Unbelievable. A short boy with long hair by the name of Dominic came and doubted her disability, as she hobbled into the restaurant leaning on her cart. She was shocked. She had never had anyone tell her that they were refusing service before, and doubted her disability. 52 years old, we had to go to Cracker Barrel to celebrate after a long car ride to Myrtle Beach. The funny thing is, Reina is a licensed service animal and was in a stability cart to avoid being noticed. No other guests were even in the vicinity. She was refused at the door, with no legitimate reason. Thanks again Dominic! Your upper management will be hearing about this for the cowardly behavior.

I’ll be sure to send her service animal registration to the regional management. We do not want to be at a restaurant we do not feel welcome. We are very mindful of other guests, and would have been okay with eating outside if they did not feel comfortable with us. I could understand if there was a reason, but we had literally just walked in the door after unloading the car. We would have no problem sitting far away from any of the guests, since there was barely anyone in the restaurant at the time. We are still laughing that he even questioned her disability, as she hobbled out on her walker cart and prosthetic leg.

I sat at the bar. The bartender was about as non-responsive as he could be. It was 1:30 on a Thursday and the place was empty especially the bar. Dirty glasses and dishes everywhere. I had to ask him to please clean the bar first. No napkins. No silverware. I asked for extra carrots. Didn’t happen. I sat there twice with an empty glass trying to get a refill. Took over 10 minutes both times. BOGO Thursday so I ordered 6 and got 6 free. Bill came he charged me for 10 and then charged me for a speciality drink for $4.49 for a soda. He said by doing that I saved 75 cents. I didn’t. I wanted nothing to do with this place by then so I paid and left. Who trained him? No management staff anywhere. This place is filthy and not run well. Please do better. Mgr, no need to respond with your copy and paste responses for me. That type of generalization just proves to me the lack of empathy as a mgr and a company.

The place was dead. Roughly around 10 tables in the entire restaurant. We got sat in the bar area by some guy, not sure if he was a server, hostess or manager. He said the bartender would be with us shortly. After about 11 mins he came back and took our drink order at that time I told him we were ready to order. Our food came out slow, the chips tasted like stale dirt and you could tell they had been sitting in the window under heat lamps for way too long. Most of the chips were crumbs. He brought zero napkins or silverware. When I asked for them I received two napkins…. 2. Mind you we ordered wings. The guy was super nice but the service was slow. At some point the bartender who was supposed to be our server came over asked if we needed anything. I asked for water which she quickly returned with. We sat for around 25 mins before she came back. We asked for a box. As someone who was once a bartender and server that worked in a fast paced, high volume bar and restaurant in Las Vegas I know what it takes to be great! I feel for the people in the service industry. But I know they could at least tried.. This is our second time here at the North Myrtle location and I can tell you this will be our last. We normally go to the Conway location which is a completely different experience.I’ve never in my life not tipped but I’m am leaving what I feel is a reflection of this establishment and their service standards.. 1.49. Get it together BWW or close this location for good.

Use cash only. My daughter went with her school for lunch while on a field trip. She paid with her debit card. I got an alert she spent $25. She told me she put down a $6 tip. Following day got alert from her card for a $41 charge. So the server put a 1 in front of the 6. What kind of low life steals from 14 year old kids.

My husband and I went to BWW on Super Bowl night. Our server was Nick and he was great. He was very efficient and polite, and my husband and I both agree that he needs a raise or recognition for his work. We left happy and with our bellies full. Definitely will be back again!!
