Service was great. Staff was welcoming, we were seated quickly and checked in on frequently by our server. Restrooms were disgusting and need a deep clean badly! Food was ok, but very skimpy. Buffalo Chicken wrap had 3-4 pieces of chicken in each half, the rest was filled with lettuce cheese tomato, basically a veggie wrap with a hint of chicken. Boneless wings were hard, fries were not fresh. We ordered a queso appetizer for $9, barely a half filled cup smaller than you get from Moe’s. Pic below.

We stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings hoping for a good meal. The wings were okay, but the fries were extremely hard and tasted old, I didn’t even touch them after the first bite.
There was also a point where we couldn’t find our server for quite some time. Eventually, her coworker had to go looking for her, which made the service feel a bit disorganized.
Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely fell short of what we expected.

We had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings in North Charleston! The vibe was relaxed and fun — sports jerseys on the walls, plenty of TVs for the games, and a casual atmosphere that made it easy to kick back and enjoy our food.
We tried a mix of appetizers and wings, and everything came out hot and fresh. The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, the mozzarella sticks had that perfect cheese pull, and the fried pickles were a crunchy, salty treat. The tater tots and seasoned fries were classic comfort snacks, and the dipping sauces were spot-on — especially that zesty southwest ranch.
Of course, we had to get wings — we went with Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, and Original Buffalo. All were juicy, well-sauced, and packed with flavor. The ranch dip was cool and creamy, just how it should be. We also appreciated the veggie sides — fresh celery and carrots gave a nice balance to all the fried goodness.
One of us went for the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger — definitely a hearty option if you’re not in the mood for wings. It was super cheesy and delicious.
The service was friendly, and everything was clean and well-managed. If you’re looking for a great spot to catch a game, snack on some tasty bites, and enjoy a casual night out, this BWW is worth a visit!

Went to Buffalo wild wings for a girls night, party of 12. The waiter started off the way to keep bringing the wrong drinks and food to the table. She also had a bad attitude when you asking her a question.
Everyone in my party received their food except for two that didn’t receive their food till 30 minutes. When asking the waiter she refuses to answer. I had to asked for the manager. She came and explained what was going on with the food.
Now it’s time to pay. Everyone paid their bill with no problem and left.
My friend came outside and said the. The waiter said someone with a little girl didn’t pay. It was my outing so I check to see what was going on because that’s not like my girls.
Went inside the waiter and manger shared the receipt. I stated everyone did pay. The waiter said no and started to take money out of her apron.
Manger suggest to run the tape. We waited and she came back saying she didn’t see when my cousin paid with cash. We explain where we was in the restaurant when the money was given. Manager went looked at to see us again and came back and said that she apologized she did see when the waiter took the money. Also stated that she was having problems out of that waiter for a while and this is wasn’t the first time she have done that.
We will not be returning.

The wings were pretty cold once they were brought to our table. It seemed as if they were sitting out for a while before they brought it to our table. The waitress was really nice though.

Ordered on BWW website. 15 bone in wings 3 flavors and 2 -20oz drinks. Order was correct and within the estimated time. Issue was the wings, they were extremely dry and tough. I’m 100% positive they gave me old dried out wings, very disappointing. I will not order/visit this store again.

The food was okay, service was okay, bathrooms were clean, atmosphere was a typically football game day atmosphere fun to hangout in but loud when the men don’t like a play lol. Our wings looked old and our chips were definitely old over half of them were not edible. We really enjoy the hatch queso, definitely suggest it when eating there it’s less than $9.00.

I do love some boneless wings (basically adult chicken nuggets) and BWW does a great job at making them. Great selection of sauces and rubs. You do have to be a member I’ve found to take advantage of some of their advertised deals (which is not obvious by the signage). I have found however that to eat here you need a lot of time. It’s going to easily take 45+ to get your food from when you order. So maybe not an option for a lunch break if you have time constraints. Your best bet is to order it online for pickup, and then set that pickup about 20 min before you want to actually pick it up. Each time I order online I end up waiting 20+ min past when my pickup time was. But if you have the time, the food is good, and lots of TV options.
