Delicious wings, I really liked the Blue cheese sauce, the wings in mango sauce are very spicy, I thought it was sweet, I don’t eat spicy food, so you need to check before ordering. The service is very nice and pleasant. Overall, a good atmosphere.

Arrives at 2:20 pm. Employee at door refused to seat our party of 10 with multiple open tables. He said that their servers were too busy. I asked for a manager. Manager said that there were not tables to push together to seat us. The pictures say otherwise. There was no attempt to even try and sit our group. I see why the reviews are so low.

Haven’t been inside BWW in forever and my family went there for a late dinner. Though it was getting busy, our servers were on point and we felt very well taken care of! I asked for extra crispy and extra sauced wings and they were freakin delicious!

I had a surprisingly good experience here, I was skeptical based on recent low ratings. My order was ready as soon as I arrived shortly before the estimated pickup time. The food was fairly hot when I got home, everything was correct and packaged with care, it was tasty and had just the right amount of sauce. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back again for another BOGO weekday deal.

The waitress was very nice especially the trainee we had and very helpful. The food pictured below was the toughest, driest and the texture was pure rubber. This was uneditable let alone enjoyable. The endless apps includes chips and queso, but as explained by another server the manager had blocked out the chips and the queso on the endless apps and having servers say they were all out. Besides our wonderful waitress the chicken was terrible and the manager cutting of an option and refusing to replace it with another item of choice was not appreciated.

This restaurant has several televisions and is a bit noisy. We ordered wings (boneless and bone-in), hamburgers, onion rings, fries, an appetizer bundle and drinks. The wings were good but were a bit cold when they arrived. All of the food taste good but was cold. The server was attentive but was swamped with too many tables. He was doing his best to keep up with all of his customers. The prices were reasonable. The tables were clean and we enjoyed our visit. O would recommend this restaurant.

The kitchen staff did magic with our food. We all had such a great time and we had a huge party of 12 consisting of adults and kids. It was no trouble for them to sit us together. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

This is a must read! This place is the worst restaurant we ever been to! Sat down server took our drink order, 6 in our party. Came back drinks were mixed up, waited long than usual for meal. Then came out in separate times. Wife and I had chicken sandwiches both cold her fries cold, my tots cold. Other couple waited for wings to come out ( late ) not warm ,other couple burgers were not prepared correctly, wife’s chicken looked like it was cooked early in the day! Server came out and said sorry but they got too many orders at once…. REALLY it’s dinner time. Two servers for dinning floor. NO MANAGER to come out or seen. Been to one next town over was great. STAY AWAY, lack of management is a real problem,

I ordered carry out service. The wings were covered in the wrong sauce. We were missing fries and carrots. I wouldn’t mind the missing carrots but we paid extra for them. I called the manager on duty and she said she would refund us and to wait 7-10 days. We were not refunded so I called back and she said she would see what she could do. Still no refund. I called their corporate office and they said someone would call me back in 3 days. No call back. I left this review and another manager called me and asked what happened. I explained to her and she said she would see what she could do. That was 3 or 4 days ago. My advice to you is order at your own risk. Even corporate will not help you.

We went out and took our 7 children for Valentines day on Super Bowl Sunday! Everyone was satisfied with their food! I did forget to take a picture of our appetizer which was the buffalo pizza and it was perfect! Spicy but delicious!! The service was great and the staff was amazing! We went in before the super bowl so it wasn’t super busy and got out before the crowd came in! I think my favorite was the cheeseburgers and most everyone else is always obsessed with their wings! You cant go wrong either way! Highly recommend!
