We went here for a family members birthday. It was a party of about 15 people. It took a while for them to get their barring but service went well. I got the bacon cheeseburger melt and it was delicious. The fries were shoestring and seasoned well. My son got the sampler which he also enjoyed. My husband liked his Philly cheese steak sub. We also order LIT and they were delicious. We haven’t eaten here in years because I usually don’t like loud sports bars. We may now have to give them another shot.

The food and service were really good. We have come here a number of times, and the service was not that great. We gave it another try tonight, and it was really good. I would say it is hit-and-miss at best. But, there have been a few times when it was really excellent. Tonight was very good.

The chicken was dry and overcooked. French fries tasted as if they were cooked in the morning and then microwaved. Just not any give a damn put into the food. Cooks and manager need to seek a different skill set!!!!

I got bone in traditional wings with dry rub. They were extremely overcooked, and only one side was seasoned (shown in the pic). My daughter’s food finally came out 35 minutes after i got my wings. Horrible service and horrible food. Do your family a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE!

. One person in the party got their food with overcooked fries 30 minutes after ordering. For a $13 sandwich you would expect a piece of chicken at least the size of chic fila but no you literally get a sheet of chicken so thin all you taste is the condiments. (I tried his sandwich while waiting on mine) He was completely done eating at a normal pace prior to the other two trays coming out. Once the other two trays came out one was missing fries that were never brought even though it was pointed out. The other had cold overcooked fries. My sons burger was good that was it out of all 3 meals. My wings were cold all the way through and was the tray missing fries. Asked for a manager and it took a good 20+ more
Minutes. First and last time coming to this place. Poor server Jah did the best he could. Cold over cooked fried photographed. They took the so called wings back before I got to take a photo. Again. Our first and last time coming to this place.

We were greeted promptly when we arrived. Our server was very sweet and suggested a meal option we may be interested in. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and in a reasonable time. Within 2-3 minutes of us beginning to eat, we are told we have to evacuate because there may be a gas leak. I understand this entirely, but my waitress brought my bill so quickly, no discount or anything. I had to ask for to go containers and scramble to pack up our food abruptly. We finished eating in the car outside the building since most of what we ordered was fried and we didn’t want our food cold. Minus the abrupt evacuation and no discount (considering the inconvenience), it would have been a pleasurable visit.

I came to the location in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I come to this location all the time. The manager on duty on Halloween night October 31st, 2025 was very RUDE to me and my mom. We came in to dine in. She told us It was a 25 minute wait and was very unpleasant from the beginning. She was speaking loudly and she didn’t even apologize for the wait. The seating area as full so we were standing at the host podium. She returned back and said with an attitude we can have a seat. We let her know that there is absolutely NO WHERE to sit in the waiting area that’s why we were standing. She immediately got an attitude and because she was so unpleasant I told my mom we can go somewhere else I no longer wanted to eat there. Then the manager Nikki proceeded to tell us once again with a nasty attitude that we’ve been scratched off the list and can leave. This manager was very aggressive and seems unhappy with her job. I will not be returning to this location. Then when we were finally seated she sat us at a dirty table?? I am very disappointed with my experience here.

it has been MANY times that we let bad to-go orders like this slide, but this is just too much. I would think twice before going to this place and having the worst experience. Very disappointed! The wings were very DRY, onion rings half burnt, and to top it off, the bag was soaking wet with the sauce. Definitely not going back.

first time being in buffalo wild wings after many years and our experience wasn’t the greatest unfortunately. i don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews.
it took a while to get attention from a waiter to take our drink orders. and they brought out 4 waters/silverware when we had 5.
once we ordered, the food took over an hour to come. the food didn’t come out at the same time so some were just sitting waiting for everyone else’s food. we ordered wings, cheese curds, and burgers.
despite the bad service, my boneless wings were quite good and crunchy. i got nashville hot and lemon pepper.
overall the service wasn’t the greatest unfortunately but the food was still good. i understand we came in during the BOGO days and the staff must’ve been overwhelmed. i would come back to buffalo wild wings but not sure if i would come back to this location.
