The worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve ever had! Ran out of ranch. Food was extremely cold, let waitress know and she walked away! I never complain however this experience was TERRIBLE also ordered 10 wings but only received 5 normal size wings!

Completely messed up my order but yet it was clearly marked on the box what is was supposed to be. Their food has great flavor and the other 2 meals I ordered were correct. This place is a disaster for its location and brand. Came to almost empty place , sat down and ordered almost right away.
It took 41min for 2 drinks to arrive and 49min for food to come completely cold. I could not bare with that. Paid for drinks and left.
All of this while understaffed and manager just standing at front not helping .
Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Visiting from out of town and wanted a bite to eat. Processed the order via the app and prior to payment the app stated 15 minutes. After payment it was an hour. I called to see if it was a glitch and was told that if they have too many orders it would stay in the queue until it’s cleared. Showed up at 1700 when app told me and waited an additional 45 minutes for the order to be ready. Walked to my hotel room across the street and noticed I was missing two items. I retired to the resturant and told them about my missing items. Server said they would get right on them. Currently 10 minutes waiting and an individual who is acting like the manager states “If you are tired of waiting you can cancel the order and have someone else come and pick it up”. Excuse me. I’m not a delivery driver. I ordered food for my family from what I thought was a reputable restaurant, but I was approving wrong. I’m by a little common courtesy for your customers instead of telling people to cancel the order and bounce and just have somebody else come get it. It’s not customer service that’s the opposite of customer service. I was told by another individual waiting that the manager or whoever of the individual was posing as a manager told them the reason the service was so slow is because there was a cheer competition next door that’s irrelevant. I’m standing near your kitchen, hear people cursing at one another talking about how annoyed they are with the process how about less talk more work. I’ve worked food service before I understand how it works, but I also know that whatever issues and complaints that you’re sitting on you need to go ahead and calm that and serve your paying customers. So all in total horrible experience.

This was the worst BWW I have ever been in. My waiter was terrible. Other people came in after me and when I say other persons I counted 7 groups of two or more that got served by their waitress(2) with drinks and appetizer. I wanted to leave but my husband was hungry and then when I decide to ask for another area the waiter came took our order and as I write this have not seen him not my drink in 20min do far(where is Waldo is his In feeling)
Guess what my food came at 5:46pm still no drinks, napkin. My husband has hot chicken no drink. I’m sure the other groups had a good time since they had a waitress(2) that came within a reasonable time being they both had alot of tables. 5:49pm still no drinks. Been here since 4:50pm. 5.55 went to the person that sat us and she got my drinks.

First, I can’t stress enough that this place should be a Charlotte GEM. It’s not. The food quality is horrible, the staff, not much better, and atmosphere could be the best (but…. it’s not). The exterior is dirty (I’m being kind). The interior could be great. You’ve got 2-3 staff that care and try to keep it clean. Craig-Awesome. Keith-Trying, but needs hospitality training. Kayla- Not trying to be mean, but this job is not for her. Please resign. The quality of the food is poor. The qualities of service is not consistent. From the hostess to the bar tender, service is lackluster.
We had dip, wings, a sampler, cocktails, and salads. Sorry, Craig was great, but I’m not going back. The food wl could have come from a fast casual restaurant. The drinks were just OK. The fried pickles were under cooked. The mozerella sticks were over cooked or freezer burned (unsure). The salad has half the dressing it should have, but the portion size was good.
Seating. Outside seating is not a thing during the day we were told. Then, we see every tourist sitting outside eating to go meals. We witnessed 3 homeless people early in with cups and use the fountain drink area to help themselves. We, followed suit because service was talking that long. I waited 15 minutes on water and a cola. A lady was dressed in a black shirt, exuded authority and confidence; pretended to work there and got our drinks and napkins in 5 minutes. No joking.
Needless to say we left early. We had intended to enjoy two games. We decided half of one game was enough.

Our experience here was okay. The service was bare minimum and some things we ordered were forgotten more than once. Nothing memorable. The food was pretty good and came out quick, although our to-go order we placed during the meal took a very long time to come out. No carrots and celery that we ordered or napkins were included with the traditional wings you eat with….your hands in our to-go order. Simple stuff that could be easily fixed. Bdubs has been going downhill. This is my 3rd location in 3 different states this year where the service has been questionable. Food can be hit or miss. I really used to LOVE this chain.

Was picking up an order for a customer and I felt the workers were doing all they could to be efficient. However there were one female Latina worker who was very rude and she did not understand how to control her frustration with the influx of orders that were coming in on Valentine’s Day.
She needs to be retrained and taught self-control and definitely go through a training course on customer service!!
Hopefully the rest of her night will go better ?

I honestly had low expectations for this place, we just wanted a late night snack, but the waitress Erin at the bar was so nice and honestly very rare. She was way more than kind and just had such a chill energy. The food was also delicious and she sent us home with chips and dip. I just can’t get over how nice she was especially for like 2am. Amazing experience!

DoorDashed from this location tonight. We got a cheeseburger with tater tots, chicken tenders with fries, and a side salad. The chicken tenders were rubbery to the point I could not bite into them. Out of the 5 tenders 3 were not edible. The side salad was old lettuce wilted and rotten. I would have been embarrassed to send that out of the kitchen. I guess there is a reason this locations ratings are so low. Also you may want to update your totally generic response because the heading “Orders and Visits” does not exist to leave feedback.
