Ate there last night and my server was awful. Gave the burger we ordered to a different table and when bringing out the other tables food gave us one of their burgers. After I ate all my food. Then gave us fries instead of the potatoes wedges with cheese and bacon on them. Because she gave us the other guys food. He got what we ordered for that meal. Gave me 3 carrots with my wings. No celery just carrots. Was ignored so much while we were there. Didn’t even get the to go drinks we requested. Took over 20 minutes to get me a to go box until I had to get up and ask a different person to please go get me one. Waited 38 minutes to get the check. I had to get up and talk to a different waitress who was by the place they run people’s cards. She was busy because she was the only one doing her job. She was so nice and helped me out right away when I asked for it. She is the only person who was doing amazing even with all her other customers. But im never going to that awful location again. Especially if the waitress i had to deal with is working there again. Literally had to witness her create a hostile work environment for the bar tender because she was yelling at her infront of everyone. Made us uncomfortable and some of the people at the bar uncomfortable. Worst employee award goes to that awful lady. I left her no tip. But she charged me a tip when I wrote on the recipe “do better” thats honestly the best tip I could give her. The whole experience was so awful. I feel bad for the few good employees who have to work with her. They truly do deserve a better place to work instead of there with her. Its bad because they weren’t even busy.

The experience was good but the pitiful order of potato wedges we got with a sandwich were not right, they were all small and burnt and just not what a potato wedge is supposed to be at all, even tried to ask about it and the waitress said they all look like they did and I can’t believe that for a second. The Philly cheese steak and wings were good. My favorite wings are the honey bbq and chipotle dry rub and I’d suggest them to anyone. The price wasn’t too bad could of been worse but everything is expensive anymore. Definitely should of remade the wedges or something just disappointing they came like they did

Ordered almost $60 worth of food. The 20 traditional wings that were supposed to be salt and vinegar flavor had no flavor at all. Fries were cold. Only receive 2 small cups of ranch for 40 wings. Email said order would be ready for pickup at 7:10 but it wasn’t ready till 7:50.

We have been to this particular location several different times.
The first couple times, we are definitely better than the last two experiences.
I am very honest with my reviews and anytime that it’s not a four or five star I think about it for a few days.
Reviews hold a lot of weight when people are deciding to give some thing a shot.
So I gave this particular location a second chance last week, with two of my employees after a long day at work.
The bathrooms have been disgusting & a huge issue for me.
The last two times there has been no soap in the soap dispenser, no other temporary measures, not even hand sanitizer.
What do the employees wash their hands with?
Not only could I not wash my hands with an absolute necessity like soap, what do the staff, cooks, etc. clean their hands with after they use the bathroom like every human being?
Huge problem
The bathroom stalls, urinals, and even the floor were covered in urine, etc.
This is something that needs to be dealt with immediately.
The restaurant after 9 o’clock I’ve noticed as more of the sports/night crowd.
That’s understandable, but I never felt unsafe or really had anything other than the abnormally loud environment. That is what it is.
We usually sit up at the bar and there’s usually the same waitress/bartender who’s really nice and is the reason why this is getting more than a one star.
She’s on point, and handles a lot of people, food, and what appears to be communicating as a manager, or some type of oversight position.
The food has been significantly better in the past.
The last two times the wings have been over cooked, and the wings were extremely dry, and not very good at all.
So this was my last visit at least for a while.
I said we could not eat somewhere where the bathroom is not at the minimum stocked with soap, and cleaned often as needed.
The food has went downhill.
They’re not expensive, but they are on the upper side in terms of pricing for wings.
They have a huge selection of different sauces, which is one of the things that really attracted me to this place again, and again.
I really hope that this review is considered by the management staff.
This location is not only close to my home. It’s always on my way home.
I would love to either hear in the future that things have really changed around so that I could give it another shot.
However, if, and when that happens, the first place that I will go to the bathroom to make sure there is soap, and it is at least relatively clean and usable.
I could not even use the toilet as it was just unspeakably, dirty and nasty that I don’t want to write the details in this review, it was that bad!
I hope that the management considers this review, and they are free to reach out to me for any additional questions if they choose.
For the time being, this will not be a place that I will be considering stopping at.
Even with the limited later evening options being minimal.
I do hope for the best and hope the change is coming with this particular location.

Not happy at all I ordered a 30 piece boneless and a large fries. I got a 20 piece and a small fries they was not friendly at all about me having to drive 15 mins. The guy Jordy was very helpful but Kayla and JC were very rude I would not be going back to this location the fact that JC slammed his keys on the counter .when I asked to remake my order He was upset cause they messed up my order

We ordered the mixed wings and received all drums. We ordered sauce on the chicken and received it on the side. The chicken looked and tasted old and flavorless. The carrots tasted like expired leftovers from a buffet. The only item that was decent was the potato wedges. You are better off saving your money and buying great value chicken wings and putting them in the air fryer. Will not eat here again in this lifetime or the next.

I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings late last night. A friend and I walked in shortly after midnight and stood at the host stand waiting to be seated for nearly 20 minutes.
During that time, several servers clearly saw us and even glanced our way multiple times, yet no one acknowledged us or said they’d be with us shortly. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, just a typical late-night crowd. A group of people also walked in behind us and began waiting as well, yet still no one came to the host stand.
We tried to be patient, but after standing there that long without even a simple greeting, we felt completely ignored and decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Being treated like we didn’t exist was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location.

After years of saying that I would never go back to this location, my wife convinced me to pick up dinner from here on my way home. They had the buy one get one half off,so this is what I ordered. I specifically asked, if I get 12 would I get the next order for half off and was told that’s correct. I also ordered a basket of fries with that order. My order came up to be around 26 dollars,so i figured that to be a good deal. When I got home,I didn’t have 12 and 12,I had 6 and 6. The fries were cold when I specifically asked for them to be fresh. Barbecue sauce all over the bag and boxes as if presentation is not a thing here. The wings were half done and it was more sauce on the boxes and the bag than there was on the wings. I am in finance for a living,and when doing the math, 6 wings would be around 14 dollars and 7 for the other six. What planet does this makes sense on. Last I heard tarrifs didn’t effect chicken,and even if it did that’s highway robbery. When I went back down there the same night, then it was explained to me that you can’t get 12 and 12,but you can get 14 and 14. This is a way to up charge you for the first 14 because it is an unusual order number so that the second order would seem to make sense. In actuality your paying full price for both. I get the hustle,but make it make sense by teaching the team the hustle. There’s no way I would have agreed to take the foolish order that I placed if it were explained to me,and on top half done and cold. The only thing I asked for was a refund. I brought the order back and let them know my dissatisfaction,and was told that they would refund me within 3 to 5 days. It’s been two weeks and 3 unanswered calls and no refund. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to years ago,and it’s still the worst. Go to North Lake,go to Checks,go to Wing Stop,you probably wanna go to domino’s before you go here.

The only thing this place has gotten right was given me chicken, period. I have ordered from here three times in the last three months and the bar was low. They managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory because my last order was their 15 wing-5 dipper combo. I wanted ONE lemon pepper sauce and a large wedge with it. What did I get? 20 piece lemon pepper dry rub and bufflalo. I -hate- buffalo. And my dippers were missing for the 3rd time in a row and all I had was a small potato wedge.
I ordered late and when I got home to check it, it was nothing but disappointment. I will be reaching out because this is utterly ridiculous.
