We had an excellent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and left genuinely impressed with both the food and the service. We came in as a party of two and ordered a full two person meal, and everything from start to finish was exactly what you want from a casual dining spot.
The wings were hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The sauces were bold and flavorful without being overpowering, and it was clear they were not rushed or sitting under heat lamps. Portion sizes were generous, making the meal feel like real value for the price. We also ordered sides to share, and they came out hot and well seasoned, not an afterthought like at some chain restaurants.
Service was another highlight. Our server was attentive without hovering, checked in at the right times, and made sure drinks stayed full. Even during a busy period, the pacing of the meal was spot on. We did not feel rushed, but we also were not waiting around.

They’ve really turned things around recently. Staff is professional and attentive. Seems like they’ve phased out a lot of the low performing servers. Food is always great. My only complaint is they need to update the seating in the bar area. The stools designed to make your back hurt after 30 minutes is insane.

I come to Buffalo Wild Wings very often this specific location I’ve been to at least two different times this was the worse experience I’ve ever had here. The waitress did not get orders correct I don’t understand why they don’t write the orders out to prevent this. I ordered my wings and my drinks the first round of drinks were wrong I told her it was wrong she said the bartender was making the wrong thing and she put it in wrong and would tell her the correct order for us. A couple minutes later the Manager came to my table asking me what the problem was with my drink. Like I was complaining about the taste or something I then told her the only problem is that it’s not what I ordered. The way she asked and answered the questions was extremely unprofessional especially to be a manager. After that we order another round of drinks they came out correct. The experience sitting at the tables wasn’t to our liking so we checkout and proceeded to sit at the bar. After trying to order our drinks the bartender Janel who was very nice informed us the manager told her she could not give us anymore shots. I don’t know what kind of rule this is but I only had two shots myself and my husband had 3 and I’ve never heard this at any other location. We kindly said okay and proceeded to leave but the bartender told us another manager said we could get one more drink we got another round and proceeded to leave . This whole situation was not needed and was very unprofessional and could of been avoided

If you like sports and you like TV’s this is the place for you. I got the 10 piece boneless wing with spicy garlic sauce. The sauce tasted more buffalo style and I didn’t get any garlic flavor. My wife got the 5 piece naked tenders with ranch dressing on the side. She upgraded to onion rings – my entree did not include a side. The onion rings were average. The service was friendly and efficient.

By far the absolute worst service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. The server walks up with no introduction, has zero hospitality, and then proceeds to make us wait for our food for an entire hour with no apology. Doesn’t check on us throughout this wait except for one time with an attitude and doesn’t offer to refill our drinks or asks us how the food is when we finally get it. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and the rudeness from all of the staff tonight was absolutely unparalleled to anything I have ever experienced. I will never be back, thank you.

This branch sent us still pink chicken. My entire family got food poisoning. The food was loaded with hot pepper spices to the point it was nearly inedible to start with. My family eats spicey food and even still this was awful. I am grateful for that in this case as the raw chicken has caused everyone in my family to become very sick if we had eaten more we might have ended up in the hospital.
Stefanie the general manager told us that their food doesn’t use pepper spice and she was argumentative. We will be posting the pink highly peppered food here soon.
Stefanie specifically was condescending and argumentative. Considering that we have eaten here many times without issue and only had this problem once we were willing to just call in and have the situation corrected but at this point they have lost what were previously loyal customers. When Stefanie’s attitude was bad I stated we would be calling corporate she said good because they will just put me back on the phone with her again. He won’t risk our families heath at a place that refuses to take our situation seriously. Eating semi-raw chicken that is loaded with spices hints at possible worse issues like hiding the flavor of possibly turned chicken.

I had a terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was very bad and extremely rude. We ordered both sauced wings and dry wings, and they were mixed together on the same plate, which is unacceptable.
When I politely requested that the wings be separated onto different plates, the manager came over and responded very rudely, saying they couldn’t separate them. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no customer courtesy at all.
The attitude of the staff, especially the manager, was unprofessional and disrespectful. This place clearly does not value customer satisfaction. I’ve never experienced such poor service here before, and it completely ruined the meal.

New to the area and this was my first time visiting this location and I wish I would have checked the reviews beforehand. I felt confident with my initial introduction to our waiter and the restaurant having a small crowd but everything just went downhill. We had to wait 20 minutes for lemonade and water which I had to walk up and ask the manager for, waited another few minutes for straws. Placed our order with an appetizer and specifically asked for ranch. Had to wait again for our order which the appetizers came out with the meal defeating the whole purpose of apps. When food was delivered asked for the ranch, after waiting for that I had to get up again and find someone to get me ranch. Never offered a refill of water or lemonade. Just an overall bad experience and will never be returning
