Went to this location around 12 after Halloween. Service was slow, tables were filthy when told to pick our own seats. Food was cold and inedible. Limes looked gross in the waters. The manager and server had attitudes. The chicken was very rubbery as if it wasnt real meat. Calling corporate!

Buffalo wild wings is usually always a hit or miss but I’ve never had an issue so bad as I did tonight ordering takeout. Ordered traditional 10ct wings and my wings were uncooked had very visible pink. This is a huge red flag that it could cause illness eating raw chicken. I bit into one and I saw visible pinkness I therefore then ripped into my others wings and more than half my order was undercooked, seemed like it was fast fried “cooked” on the outside but raw inside.

I’ve ordered from this particular BWW a few times for pickup and I can’t recall a time when my order was ready in any reasonable time frame.
Today, in particular, I ordered around 6pm for pickup. When I submitted the order, I was told the order would be ready at 6:20pm.
I arrived at 6:20, and after a few minutes of standing there, someone asked for my name to check my order. The resturant had a few tables, but was not what i would consider busy.
Over the course of the next 15 minutes, I was asked by three separate team members what my name was and provided no updates. At 6:35, I was told that it was being worked on and wouldn’t be long.
At 6:45, I was told that my friend pickles were just being prepped so that they were fresh, though my wings were ready. I was told it would take about 6 minutes. At 6:55 I finally received my food.
When I arrived home (about a ten minute drive) my wings were cold.
If you have another option, I highly suggest avoiding this location for takeout. I can not speak to sitting down at this location as I never have.

If I can rate it a zero across the board I would!! An absolute disaster and absolutely disgusting. Came in on Valentine’s day night and literally had to wait at the host stand for at least 10mins to be seated. The host had a nasty attitude when I asked for the table to be tried. Once the server took our order we watched every table to served but ours but we had already noticed the hostess and server trying to be funny once I asked the table to be wiped. I asked for the Manager to express my concerns and she apologized and went to the kitchen. By that point we had waited over 40mins for an order pretzels , and over an hr for 6 wings with fries when I asked for the food to be packed to go the server had an attitude talking crap under her breath. They had employees off the clock just sitting at the tables. Just a mess! Candace and Bri were the worst employees and BWW should be ashamed to have people employed like that. I will not be coming back to this location again! A phone call to corporate will be made.

I waited 40 minutes (was supposed to be ready at 1120, but just left at 1140) with *cold fries, * a missing sauce, *no tea, AND nuggets priced as tenders!!!! because look at the size of this ridiculousness they had the audacity to sell me. This is the second time at this location I’ve had a similar experience. I will NEVER come here again.

Serving cold food to a pregnant woman. Had food remade thanks to the manager. Could tell it was the same meat reheated and not fresh. Pick your own seat is a complete joke. Our server was the only one who acknowledged us out of everyone there.

Wait staff is fine. Kitchen is awful. ALL the food, (wings, fries and burgers) have all noticeably been sitting under warmers for hours and stale. We have tried this location at least 8 times (various times of days) and each time the kitchen has left us disappointed even after the new management. The wait staff is noticeably better but the food has remained the same. I’d rather wait 30 minutes for a table than be sat and given stale food. The kitchen has messed up orders and wait staff seem to need a bit of help. Just doesn’t live up to other BWW…

Food was terrible. The wings were over cooked and the chicken dippers were not done. To rop it off, the fries tastes like they were stale and refried. The server was nice however slow. The manager did try to replace our food, and the restaurant was clean, but we just paid and made him aware of the poor quality of the restaurant. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Of the last 4 times I have ordered here, they have effectively messed up my order 100% of the time. I am truly disappointed in this location. I’m even more angry that I continue to be a customer. One of my wings was literally dust when I bit into it. I originally told myself that they are just having a tough time but I now believe they just dont have good help and they dont care to fix it. If someone in there cares, it’s hard to prove it.

I see this place getting shut down really soon. For one me and my family a group of women came in sat down it took 10+ minutes for us to be greeted I work in a restaurant myself and I am a server periodically so I know thats not something that shouldn’t be happening. Not only did it take 10+ minutes to greeted our server had another table behind us which is fine a server that knows how to multitask but for you to be trying so hard and flirting with the man then doing your job and taking care of all your tables is a issue you flirted so bad and wanted to be attentive to them and only them to the point where our food comes out before our appetizer and the excuse was the food runner took it to the wrong table but you passed us 3x. Your a grown woman tryna make your tips off twitching and laughing hard an flirting you lost out on a tip for just being a good server personally its not a good look on the restaurant train your servers better please.
