I don’t know when Buffalo Wild Wings stopped fully coating their wings, but it has gotten ridiculous. I don’t know if the employees don’t toss them long enough in the sauce or if the portion of sauce has gone down. Either way, I always have to buy extra sauce on the side and sometimes they forget it when I order for delivery. For the insane prices they charge now, at least make sure the customer isn’t receiving basically plain nuggets. Also, the celery needs a big quality check as well. I’ve gotten wilted celery from this location quite often.

Suncrest location(Morgantown, WV): went at 4:15p on a Thursday afternoon. Took quite awhile to be seated. Then no one even came and took our drink order for over 10 min. We left. No one said, I’ll be with you in a minute or anything. We had the same experience last time.
Edit to add: Have been twice (in 2026) since the first review. Lunchtime. Service has been excellent. That makes all the difference!

I have never had good luck at this location. Picked up a togo order. the bone in wings were supposed to be all flats- i had a total of 2 flats, the rest were drums. They were also supposed to be seasoned with salt and vinegar, there was quite literally nothing. There was sauce spilled all in the bag. The boneless wings were not sauces much either. Emailed corporate it was so bad.

1 star is still over rating this place. Mind you I’m out with my family, so first they sit us in the sun. I asked if we could move and the hostess was rude with an answer, but another employee said move back a table so we did. Took forever for the service, drinks, no utensils, ordered an appetizer, no napkins. The hostess tried to seat someone else in the sun, I said to my mother, no one wants to eat in the sun and that must’ve been an invitation to the hostess to get close to my face to explain that they didn’t have any servers elsewhere in the place. The place had more empty tables than full tables. Food was cold when arrived, I paid for what we ate, manager took care of the rest. The second person to wait on us was enjoyable though but overall, absolutely horrible.

Best thing about the experience was our server RyanD!!! He was great- never missed a beat and made great recommendations- We stopped in for an appetizer and beer. Got the Buffalo chicken dip and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. satisfying and fun.

Its no wonder this restaurant chain is having financial problems. BW’s was the place for wings. Now they’ve shrunk not only the amount of wings you get but the size of the wings. It’s disgraceful to raise your prices to ridiculous levels but to cut the quality as well. This will be our last visit. If I wanted Little Ceasars quality wings I would have saved myself the money and gone there.

Food was good. Our waiter Keith was awesome (reason for the 5 star service rating). The issue was we were there to watch the WVU football game and had to fight to get it on the TVs. The prior game ran over and our game was temporarily moved to a different channel. George kept telling us that he checked and the game was delayed and was not on FS1. Even after I found it on my phone and showed him, he insisted it was not on and the game was delayed. We missed most of the first quarter because he had no clue what was going on and kept saying the game was “on a delay”. If you don’t know what you are doing, that’s fine, but don’t lie to my face.

We waited quite a while to be greeted and seated. After finally being seated on the patio, we sat for a full 20 minutes without any acknowledgment or service from a server. Meanwhile, the table that was seated after us did receive service—though they also had a bit of a wait.
So other servers during this time are passing us and seeing that we haven’t been served.
Frustrated, we decided to leave. On our way out, we tried to speak with someone at the front, but there was no one in sight to address our concerns.
Overall, a really disappointing experience. We won’t be returning. This is our 4th bad experience at this location.
My recommendation: listen to this (the 40 other bad reviews) and drive to the other Morgantown location instead.

Love their wings have no complaints about them can be alittle loud but to be expected being its a sports bar . You can get your order to go if you dont want to eat there .

It was my first time going here and it was a good experience. I went with a group of people from work, so there was about eight of us. The waiter was amazing! He didn’t write anything down and remembered all of our orders, which takes some talent for that. I got the nachos and buffalo chicken sandwich. They have a BOGO on boneless wings every Thursday. Lots of flavors to choose from. Will definitely make another trip here to try some of their other menu items.
