Service and atmosphere are fine. It ‘feels’ like a Buffalo Wild Wings. The food quality is terrible though. Stark contrast between here and my experience at other locations. Listen. If I’m going to pay what you charge for a side salad, I don’t want pathetic, brown and wilted lettuce. It ruins the entire bowl! The boneless wings had enough salt to kill a horse. I couldn’t eat them.

First waiter was great, then wanted to sit outside and second waitress, service wasn’t too good. Food was good and was my first time eating here. Days later had questions about my bill charges spoke with Kayla she was great friendly etc, answered all my questions patiently etc. But feel extra charge for more salsa is ripoff. Will likely go back in future….

I ran in here to see if I could get a de caf coffee to go. A sweet young lady checked to see if she could help me. Sadly, she returned, saying they did not sell coffee. Kudos to her for great customer service!

it’s a hit or miss here. sometimes the service is great, sometimes it’s awful. sometimes the food is fresh and warm, other times not so much. it does get really busy here at certain days and times so i pity them for that. they have good food when it’s cooked right. i’ve had chicken undercooked before which wasn’t a very pleasant experience, as you can imagine. but i’ve continued to go back due to the politeness of the employees. i would recommend their saucy chicken sandwich & fries, but ONLY with salt and vinegar rub ! and if you like cheese curds, get some caramel sauce to dip them in next time!!
