My wings came out hard. Like really hard. Even told the waitress that they was tough and kind of got ignored. To just chill and lightly eat then this is a good place. But to expect a good dinner this isn’t this place anymore. Use to be the best wings. They have just lost it.

DONT do it. 1.5 hr wait for my food and its garbage. Haven’t been here in a few years. Will never come back. Go next door to Texas roadhouse, better food, management, and short wait times.

John the “manager” never came out to speak with us as requested. Waited 20 more mins for him to come out but never showed his face.

All in all for a 2 hours spent in the establishment, I had sweet tea for dinner.

Go ahead and just shut it down guys.

I went to take the Blazin Hot Challenge and tore it apart in 3 minutes and 45 seconds. I got a shirt that didnt say anything about the challenge at all so the waitress wrote with a sharpie on it. She was very nice

I was still hungry afterwords and ordered the chocolate cake and was very disappointed by it. I could’ve bought a cake from the store and it would’ve been better, but the other thing about it is it came on parchment paper and didnt seem like there was any effort.

So overall service was great but the food was meh

I ordered take out and I am so disappointed. It was literally 25% ranch in the container. My fries were ice cold and the wings were hard and overcooked. This was the worst food I’ve had in a while. And I was so hungry so it definitely got me upset. I spent $45 on garbage. What a waste of my money. I will update this review once I try the burger

Skylar, the host, was very nice. My waitress did her best since it was a packed house. The boneless wings were very favorable. I would definitely recommend the boneless wings. The atmosphere was really more for sports lovers. They have a huge bar. Not my cup of tea. Overall, a nice place for men, not so much for ‘church folks’. I would carry out next time.

Coming in around 2:30, there was next to no one inside. Enough to justify more than one line cook, but not enough to stress everyone out. Our server was decent, and very personable, however we waited over 45 minutes for our food. Once our food was delivered, it was all room temperature; the hot items were cold and the cold items were room temp. Our server corrected the issue, but we will not be coming back to this location.

My service tonight was inexcusable. I placed my order at 5:40 pm tonight, and arrived at 6. It said on the app that it would only be a 15 minute wait. When I arrived I presented the name on the order, to which the blonde, short take out girl glared at me and told me it would be 10 more mins. I said no problem, and waited in my car. 15 mins later, the order was still not ready. It took 30 mins of me waiting to get my food. The blonde girl was beyond rude and disrespectful to EVERY guest that came to pick up food. When I was presented my order it was mangled (see picture attached) and basically thrown on the counter for me to take home.

We order from here almost every week. Almost every interaction with this employee is a negative one. The customer service from her needs to be severely improved.

If I could give zero for service I would. Our waitress was too busy worrying about flirting instead of serving. Took her 30 minutes to get our drinks and another 40 to take our order. After being there 2 hours, still had no food. Was NOT busy when we arrived, which was the excuse we were given. When our food finally did arrive..HALF THE ORDER WAS MISSING. Never even received an apology for the wait or food missing. Manager TERRIBLY rude as were the workers! I will NEVER go again!!! There was 4 of us, one was a child and I spent $120. for terrible service and rudeness. Food was-ok not great or worth the aggravation.

MANAGEMENT FAILED

My fiancé and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday night and had one of the worst management experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant.

To set the scene: after sitting down and looking over the menu, I opened my Buffalo Wild Wings app and saw I had a reward for a free cheeseburger with a $15 purchase. I asked our waitress if I could use it and which cheeseburger options were eligible. She confirmed that yes, I could use it and that any of the options were fine. Based on that, I placed my order.

When it came time to enter my phone number to redeem the reward, the system wasn’t working properly. Our waitress went to get the manager, Tim M, and instead of addressing the issue, he refused to honor the reward. When the waitress returned, she told me that the manager would not take it off the bill and that he said he couldn’t help her and that we would have to pay for it.

After that I then asked to speak with the manager Tim M directly and was told that “he didn’t care” and refused want to speak to me. That alone says everything about the level of professionalism here. The waitress was forced to go find another manager to help resolve the issue, and eventually the bill was corrected, but it never should have escalated to that point.

I’m honestly amazed at how poorly this was handled. A manager refusing to speak to a customer over a simple rewards issue is unacceptable. Situations like this are exactly why people stop coming back and we won’t be.

The only positive part of this visit was our waitress. She was attentive, kept our drinks refilled, checked on us multiple times, and even apologized for the manager’s behavior, which should never have been her responsibility. She did everything right and deserves recognition.

Unfortunately, because of the management, this location has lost our business. The regional manager should reach out to me about this because the behavior Tim M showed is unacceptable.

I have never expected a Buffalo Wild Wings to be a high quality experience. I know I’m going to get wings and suffering the experience. But this had to be the slowest meal I have ever had. We waited no time to sit at a table, but then waited 20 minutes for our sodas, another 20 for our appetizer, 30+ more for our entrees but then when it was time to pay she was in a hurry. Our waitress waited for us to give her our card when she brought the check that we didn’t ask for, she just decided it was our time to go I guess. She was also just not a good waitress. She didn’t introduce herself, she had an attitude, she was so quiet we couldn’t hear her, she must have been having the absolute worst day. I also didn’t get my rewards added but the wait was so long I just gave up on her. Literally go anywhere else
