First time ate at this chain restaurant. It’s a lively and busy in the evening. We ordered both bone-in and boneless chicken. The food took a while to be served. Personally, prefer the bone-in chicken wings. Some of the sauce are really spicy. Good for me. Our waitress was friendly and experienced.

The last time I ate here I was served cold wings that tasted like they had been taken out of a cooler at the beginning of the day and placed into a hotbox to warm up. I ended up paying for a minimum of two health code violations. As a long time professional cook I am disgusted and will not tolerate this again.

Placed a takeout order of the 20 boneless wings bundle which was supposed to include a large order of French fries. I got home and they found they did not include the fries. It was too far to return plus the wings would have been cold and stale by the time I returned home. Recommend everyone check their order before leaving.

I came to the Buffalo Wild Wings of Harrisonburg with a group of about 8 people.
I ordered an appetizer as did everyone else. The apps were great. Warm and tasty.
The waitress was great. Checked in plenty of times, brought drinks accordingly, ect.
However, here’s where it gets bad.
I ordered 20 boneless wings with some fries.
Everyone else ordered wings as well.
Not one person at my table received wings that were remotely luke warm. My wings were COLD. Everyone’s wings were COLD. I come here, spend almost $100 on wings, beer, apps, and can’t even get some warm food?
That’s the expectation when eating out somewhere. The expectation is that the food will be AT LEAST WARM. Nope, everyone got COLD wings. What a let down.
The manager did knock off 15% of the price, and that’s why I’m not leaving 1 star, but I honestly would’ve wanted about 25% off the price for me to not leave a review. Oh well.
I truly hope they get it together because I hope to visit again, and would like to enjoy warm fresh food with friends.

Nice environment- waiter- and quantity however the table I sat at had loads of food and debris on the floor. They offered 1.00 upgrade for chicken bites so I ordered the teriyaki way too sweet . The black bean burger didn’t taste so well to me. Maybe next visit I’ll try something else to give better reviews

This experience was alright. Having a part of 8 guest was complicated getting all of us sitting today inside, so we decided to go for the outside patio. Our hostess was friendly, helpful, and attentive. She got all of our orders right and the only downfall was the time for our food to arrive. It was a Thursday brunch day, and it took them about 30 minutes to get all of the food out. The food was delicious and packed with flavour. The burger was cooked to perfection with amazing medium and asian flavor boneless wings! The additional $2 for the smallest guacamole side was disappointing. The color was off, and it was very off putting, should not be called guacamole because there was no flavour either. Our hostess separated all our orders into our bills promptly and did not make a single mistake. The wings were at great price with the “Buy one, get one free” special!
Service was good, food was great, just double think about timing and paying an additional for guacamole.

Second time dining here, and unfortunately it was disappointing again. The food arrived cold and took a very long time to come out. Finding hair in the fries was nasty. The restaurant also appeared unclean overall. Our server brought the food and never returned to check on us; I had to find her myself just to get the check. Overall, a very poor experience. It was a total of six people with different varieties and no one was happy.

Its always something with the place so im just done!! Went there last night ordered thru the app.. it said my order would be ready by 7:20pm i went in early around 7:02pm and my food was already ready just sitting and getting cold.. they barely put sauce on my wings I got 20 and I had 3 flats out of 20!!! They wings were hard like they cooked it to long!! Definitely prolly won’t be going back to this one!!
