When I arrived, I was directed to the carry-out area. Several servers walked past me without acknowledgment. I understand there are designated staff members for carry-out and that the restaurant was busy, so I tried to be patient.

I ordered an appetizer as did everyone else. The apps were great. Warm and tasty.
The waitress was great. Checked in plenty of times, brought drinks accordingly, ect.
However, here’s where it gets bad.
I ordered 20 boneless wings with some fries.
Everyone else ordered wings as well.
Not one person at my table received wings that were remotely luke warm. My wings were COLD. Everyone’s wings were COLD. I come here, spend almost $100 on wings, beer, apps, and can’t even get some warm food?
That’s the expectation when eating out somewhere. The expectation is that the food will be AT LEAST WARM. Nope, everyone got COLD wings. What a let down.
The manager did knock off 15% of the price, and that’s why I’m not leaving 1 star, but I honestly would’ve wanted about 25% off the price for me to not leave a review. Oh well.
I truly hope they get it together because I hope to visit again, and would like to enjoy warm fresh food with friends.
Service was good, food was great, just double think about timing and paying an additional for guacamole.
