Great food and drinks for the price! Service was excellent but a little bit longer than expected (35min for food). Overall rating 7 out 10.

It’s no secret that despite how good the wings are, Buffalo Wild Wings is not known for their service. In fact, with each location I visit for takeout, I have to remind myself to thoroughly check my order because there’s about an 80% chance something will be mixed up or forgotten. That has definitely happened at this location too, but I do have to say that sometime within the past year the service has noticeably improved, specifically in the takeout area.

I get takeout here every week and Teri has been a consistent and approachable cashier. I still double check my orders out of habit, but I’m a lot more confident since Teri’s been around that my order will be correct, and 99% of the time it is.

My main issue now is that when I call to order, I’m often left on hold for far longer than acceptable, and sometimes when I arrive there’s no one at the counter for extended periods of time. I understand staffing levels fluctuate, but it would be nice to see the takeout stand covered more consistently. Other than that, I’ve been pretty pleased with this location and will continue to come back.

Don’t order – go somewhere else. Ordered burger and wings to go. Took a very very long time to get my order. I never had food that was not consumable. The fries were not edible (not exaggerating) cold and taste like cardboard – burger was cold and had no taste.

Get the Pick 6 deal! And the cookie dessert.
The server is nice, but the food take FOREVER to come out.
Sauce on the side is a must if you don’t want your wings to get mushy.

I have visited this location several times, and the food and drinks are generally good. Most of the servers are friendly and provide good service.

However, on a couple of occasions, I observed behavior that was very concerning. A server appeared to be drinking alcohol while in uniform and interacting inappropriately with customers at the bar. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for families who come to enjoy a meal and watch games.

I also noticed people smoking inside the bar area, and it did not seem to be addressed by staff. This is particularly concerning in an indoor dining environment.

I believe management should closely monitor the restaurant environment and ensure that professional standards are maintained so that it remains a welcoming and family-friendly place.

My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner yesterday, and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

To start off, our server was actually great — friendly and attentive at the beginning. But everything went completely downhill from there. It took 30–45 minutes just to get our food. When it finally arrived, my order was wrong. I had specifically asked for bone-in wings and was served boneless. Our waiter apologized and said he’d put in the corrected order.

Well… that “corrected order” took over an hour to come out.

So I’m sitting there watching my husband eat while I’m starving, and not a single person bothered to update us on the status of my wings. We had to ask three separate times if anyone knew what was going on, and each time we got nothing — no check-ins, no updates, no apology, absolutely no sense of urgency.

Then after waiting for more than an hour, our server brought us the check — still with no wings. Five minutes later, my wings finally came out… in a to-go box. I never asked for them to be packed to go. I was still planning to eat there because, again, I was STARVING after waiting all night.

At that point, the whole experience was beyond frustrating. Slow service, wrong order, zero communication, and then the final slap in the face: wings to-go after we’d already been charged and ignored for an hour.

Buffalo Wild Wings, this was unacceptable. By far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be coming back.

Just made it to town and needed a quick bite to eat. Candace was the sever/bartender and did an amazing job g job taking care of everyone at the bar with efficiency. I opted for a salad with buffalo chicken and it’s was everything I expected it to be! The best buffalo Caesar salad I ever had actually. Thanks Candace once again for your amazing hospitality and service!!

Terrible or no service.
Seated ourselves like the sign says.
Not a single person bothered to speak to us. Staff stayed by the bar just talking.
We eventually left.
Be prepared to puke from the bathroom stench.
Floor is covered in urine.
They can’t even get you a water or soda right away like any normal functioning restaurant.

I cannot comment on the food or atmosphere because we weren’t there long enough to experience either. I came in with a party of eight for dinner, was promptly seated and perused the menu for close to 15 minutes. I let the host know that we were ready to order and was reassured that my server would be right with us. After another five minutes with no server, we walked out. It’s such a shame that the service is beyond poor at every BWW I have ever been to. They have such great food but the service is seriously lacking. Please get your house in order, BWW.

I would like to start off with this being my first experience dining at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was very disappointed overall.

This location offers free parking for the first 2 hours, and if you were to stay any longer you would have to pay. The first rate after 2 hours begins at $8. I am not fond of the idea of paying for parking, but I also do not think it will take 2 hours+ to dine-in at Buffalo Wild Wings.

The atmosphere is nice, clean, nothing to complain about in those regards. I will mention, first, that they were very understaffed. As it was my first experience at BWW I did not mind the wait before our waitress came by to take our orders, as I was scanning the menu and all of its options anyways. The wings took a while to come out, but again that did not bother me either since it takes time to make and serve a large order of wings (it was a Tuesday and they offer BOGO).

What made it such a terrible experience was seeing our waitress come by every table around ours taking orders and getting checks without as much as a look our way. After we finished eating and was ready for the check, we waited 40 minutes before being able to flag our waitress down for some to-go boxes and the check. I’m no boomer and usually don’t care much about waiting, but 40 minutes is ridiculous. Also, keep in mind my anxiety was rising every passing 10 minutes because only the first 2 hours of parking is free here. After flagging the waitress down for the to-go boxes and check, it took her another 20 minutes to bring it to the table, because she decided to go to the other tables around us first. I can completely understand being understaffed, but we have been waiting for 1 HOUR now just for some boxes and a check. I think it’s important to prioritize who should be taken care of first in the case of a table waiting 1 hour with no service during the meal VS. someone who had just been seated.

It is not the waitress’s fault BWW was understaffed, but it also does not take away from the fact it was such a horrible experience. Of course, I tipped – regardless of the situation. However, I was not happy with the service at all.

I first arrived at this location at 4:53 PM. I did not leave until past 7 PM (over the 2 hour limit).

If you want some cheap wings then this is your place, I just recommend doing take-out.
