I’ve left about one or two reviews period over the years. This food was so unbelievably bad I felt compelled to leave a review, and got my money back from door dash. Wings just had a dollop splashed on them. But it’s worse from there, fried food (fries, onion rings) somehow simultaneously undercooked and shot-glass sized full of grease. Vegetables were rotten. I mean mushy rotten. I’m shocked this was sent out and so undeniably bad and rotten. Reaching out to the Howard county healthy department. I don’t know law by the letter, but this feels like a crime.
Edit: we had onion rings, bit into one and not only was it absolutely undercooked, it was full of grease. It was like biting into a grease flavored gusher with just grease. Not posting a photo of that because I’m fairly confident no one wants to see that

I ordered my food to go with my husband. They told us we would wait 20 minutes, but we waited almost an hour, and they still hadn’t given us our order despite our repeated requests. When we tried to cancel our order, that’s when they finally started looking for it. Terrible service; it’s unbelievable to wait so long for a burger and wings.

HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your money at the Columbia Crossing location! Finally, went back 3 years later, after a horrible experience last time when the bartender didn’t know how to make drinks on THEIR menu! Took 20 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes to place order with waitress, even though the place was slow! Ordered appetizers when we ordered drinks, came out 40 minutes later with entrees. None of the entrees were made how they were ordered. Sent them back and had to wait another 25 minutes. Spoke to manager to have entrees removed from check that we clearly didn’t get, check came with them still on it. Waitress came out with food after we already cleared modified check and was getting up to leave. The whole experience was terrible! I don’t really write reviews like that but this location is a complete waste! Save your money and go elsewhere, I will NEVER EVER waste a dime of my money at the Columbia Crossing location AGAIN!

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, my family and I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. It took 10 minutes just to see a waiter and another 10 minutes to get our waters. My 7-year-old son even got frustrated when the waiter forgot to bring straws after he had already asked, and he ended up having to ask another staff member himself. When our food arrived, it was all mixed up on different plates, and I had to ask multiple times for my sauce even though the waiter had written it down. Throughout the meal, no one came by to check on us—we had to flag people down just to get basic service. By the end, it felt like the staff didn’t really care. When we asked for our check, the waiter said “no problem,” but we waited 30 minutes before getting it, then another 10 minutes to get our card back. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We just wanted to enjoy a nice family night, but this location made that impossible. Honestly, I might stick to takeout next time—at least my 2-year-old at home is more attentive than the service we received here. I wish there was a selection for no stars on this because 1 star is crazy to put. Thank you.

We had a terrible experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We arrived around 8:00 PM and were greeted by an employee who immediately asked if we were going to dine in. We told him we wanted to place a to-go order, and from that moment on, his attitude completely changed and became rude.
After placing our order, he told us it would take about 15 minutes, but the order actually took around 30 minutes to be ready. When more than 15 minutes had passed, we politely asked if it would be ready soon. The same employee who took our order responded with a very rude and dismissive attitude, saying something along the lines of “it’s coming, don’t worry,” but in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone, as if we were bothering him. We were honestly in shock because we were simply asking a normal question.
Later, the manager came over and explained why the order was taking longer. Shortly after that, the original employee returned and handed us the food in an extremely rude manner. We said thank you, and before even fully handing us the order, he turned his back on us. This was on Wednesday 21st, 2026.

I’ve been here three times all three times were terrible. I thought it’s a chain how bad can they continue to mess up and didn’t wanna drive to Arundel mills. I had two orders of 20 traditional wings fries, dressing and celery. No celery, no dressing, the fries look like someone ate half of them, one of the traditional wings was four different types, they gave me three and they are boneless. Called and waited on the phone for thirty mins just to have them make new ones. Other times were just as bad even the one time I ate inside service is crummy and we were the only ones inside, waitress came by one time after bringing the food that was incorrect. My first time I ordered online got there to pick up the food at 9, when it said it would be ready, and the whole restaurant was locked up and closed and dark inside, they close at ten supposedly. So once a year I’ve been here and every year it’s pretty bad experience.

Went in to pick up a to-go order tonight. Waited almost an hour for our food to be ready!!! No one was up front so we couldn’t even complain. There were about 5 other people also waiting for to go orders. When we got our food (20 wings and fries so a simple order) the fries were cold and hard and th wings were all just checked in to the box. Absolutely terrible experience.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. My husband, myself, and our three kids (ages 2-8) went in. We were seated fairly quickly and then sat there for 3O min unserved. After about 20min someone asked us if a server had been over, when we said no, she said she would go get someone. We waited another 10min and when no one showed up we left. There were 7 tables around us all of which had servers come over multiple times while we sat there. My husband tried to flag someone over at one point, she looked directly at him and walked away. It was a horrible experience.

Been coming here on occasion since the place opened and This location has never been great. Placed my order for Super Bowl at like 1pm for pickup at 5:50pm I get there at 5:55 and they have over 20-30 people in a waiting room with NOONES orders ready. There were people there who had pickup orders scheduled for as early as 5:20pm pickup waiting up until left around 6:20 and the game was at 6:30pm I just canceled my order there was obviously no way they were going to get me my order in time. Absolutely and totally unprepared and it wasn’t even that crazy! Maybe 10 people were actually sitting and eating in in the entire restaurant. Everyone else was just waiting for their order they placed online hours ago!! Insanity!!
