I had high hopes, as it was my first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings, but they were instantly dashed when I received my salad.
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, but requested Ranch instead of Blue Cheese dressing. I asked if it was homemade and the waiter said, it’s prepared at Corporate. So, I was like, ok, it should be good then. My salad arrived about 5 minutes after everyone else food, with the wrong dressing, it was Blue Cheese dressing. Had to send it back for the Ranch. By the time I got the Ranch and could eat, I noticed the white pieces of lettuce were dry/discolored/orange on the edges. The Ranch had a tangy flavor which I dislike. It tasted like store bought. Just to let you know if you like homemade ranch, this isn’t it. Probably one of the worst salad’s I’ve ever gotten in a sit down restaurant. The Buffalo Chicken was the only good part of the salad. The salad was $14.99 so, not worth it.
The waiter, while friendly, wasn’t attentive, he was nowhere to be found on several occasions when we were looking for him. So, the service wasn’t great, no refills on our drinks. I arrived first, got a water, but then the waiter wasn’t around when my other family members arrived and wanted drinks.
My husband ordered the burger/fries, and while the burger was good, he said his fries were cold. His meal and my son’s meal came out first, so why were the fries cold?
To make things worse, when we got the bill, they charged us twice for one salad. When the waiter came back, with the new bill, with the 2nd salad removed, it said, “customer” didn’t like” for why the price of the 2nd salad was removed from the bill. That wasn’t what happened, I received Blue Cheese instead of Ranch (which I ordered Ranch), and that’s why they said, well you returned the salad, I said, “no, I returned the dressing only”. So, on the bill, even though the 2nd salad was removed, the bill showed that the tip was based on the bill that had the two salads.
My husband talked to the manager, but it was a very young manager (maybe inexperienced?), who said, that’s how we do the bill, if you send a dish back. But we didn’t send the dish back, they brought the wrong dressing only, and needed the proper salad dressing.
My recommendation is provide more manager and wait staff training, don’t prepare a salad with non-fresh lettuce. Make sure the fries are hot when you serve a meal and don’t serve stale chips with the Hatch Queso dip and don’t charge a customer twice for one salad. If a bill is changed/corrected, don’t base the tip on the wrong total.
Thank goodness, my husband looked at the bill closely to make sure our bill was correct, because it wasn’t.
I won’t be returning to this specific restaurant, unfortunately.
For those wanting a bar scene, it might be good for that, they have a good drink menu and the bar area has bar height tables.

Worst service. Young kid servers on phone chatting and eating frys.
Have to ask for refills and to order and food condiments. Bring one refill and ignore everyone else who needed one. We were given a totally different meal for one of our party then they ordered.
The Food/burgers at this location are awesome. Cooked great. Service from wait staff is the worst.

(POSTING AGAIN 3 WEEKS LATER)The manager(leslie) still has not returned my $27 dollars after demanding a full refund when my food was stolen. My stay got extended and I have still not seen a refund for my order. I have told all my coworkers to avoid this place like the plague. Do not come here it is not a good place. A simple thank you sir, and, Im sorry we tossed the ball, would have been warranted. The manager came at me with a huge stinkeye and has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed. I have told coworkers visiting, and I would have visited several times considering I’m out of state for work, and its a close establishment. Normally B Dubs is 50/50 but this was -100.

I ordered the Parmesan garlic and the honey BBQ. Parmesan garlic were good at best – mostly salt and breading. The honey BBQ were unpalatable – we only ate 3 of the 10 before deciding to toss it and save our stomachs. Ordered to go, otherwise I would have returned

The wings were very disappointing. I ordered 10 wings (5 buffalo dry rub and 5 garlic Parmesan) with ranch and it came out to about $20, so not cheap. They were very dry and chewy; it seemed like they had been sitting under heat lamps for an hour before they put the rub/sauce on. I remember this place having much juicier wings in the past. Staff was nice but the food has gone downhill unless it was just an “off” day.

Wings are good as usual, great sauces and chicken. Not crazy good that they deserved great compliments, but it is consistent and delicious. The fries are abyssmal and overpriced, makes you want to buy McDonald’s fries and bring them in for your wings. Service could do with a lot of work. I’ll just hopefully assume our waitress was new, because she didn’t seem interested or thoughtful about her service. Didn’t have a positive attitude which is always a bummer when you have to pay them tips. We got our drinks and food and then she disappeared. Must have been over 30 minutes when we didn’t see her, and it wasn’t even full. We didn’t get any refills until I myself had to stand up and look for them. It also shows that the other servers are clearly self centered and don’t care about other customers, because many passed by us but couldn’t care to ask if we wanted refills when our cups were clearly empty and sitting on the edge of our table. The place was also an overall mess with the amount of dishes from previous tables left out that kind of drop the atmosphere. One does have to respect the amount of TV’s they have as they show a variety of sports to keep most entertained.

Worst experience of my life and the atmosphere is terrible. No visible bodies have been here for the past 2 months I’ve been here(CUSTOMERS). Ive literally been living across the block and it’s crickets on the inside. The outside is dead due to the cold. Its a cheap corporate franchise and they clearly don’t give a dam about people. Please go check out a smaller spot in the city they’ve blessed me with great food and cheer. This place is the worst

Our server was attentive, friendly and quick. He was the only one working in the bar area (high table tops section). Not sure why but rest of the dining area was closed. I could see him being super busy & overwhelmed but our service was great.
The food:
6 boneless wings honey bbq sauce 2/10. This tasted so vinegary & nothing more.
6 boneless wings Asian zing 8/10. This was good, if you can take the kick of spice.
6 traditional wings mild sauce 10/10.
Cheddar cheese potato wedges 10/10 btw this was a great suggestion by our server.
Will definitely give this place another try.
