First time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We stopped in around 9:45pm, so they were wrapping up for the day. Response from the server was a bit slow and the place was pretty messy. May have been due to the time, since they may have been preparing to close out the day. A lot of tables had remnants on them, and the floor had spillage on it near our table. The plus side of the visit was the food. The food came rather quick and was very good. Portions were big and the food was prepared well. We had the smash burger cheeseburgers, boneless wings, salads and nacho salad. Place is located in Rehoboth right on Rte 1.

I ordered food online thinking it would be done by the time I got off work. Boy was I wrong I waited over an hour for my food while watching other people who came in 20 plus minutes after grab there’s and go. I was told the kitchen was a little behind but there was all of 6 tables sitting down to eat. I was absolutely shocked when I opened up my food in the parking lot and my wings were ice cold the fries was stuck together and cold. I couldn’t even eat it I was so disgusted and disappointed.

My 60 yr old dad has been to this location many times and enjoyed beers and a game no problem. Some bartender carded him for some reason his last visit. OK fine. His ID was expired so she proudly and aggressively refused him service. OK fine. He asked for a manager because a manager can clear a customer for service if they don’t have an ID. We have done this before at Severn, Baltimore location – because he is clearly over 21 they do it no problem. She was not happy about it and made that known. Then the manager refused him service. OK fine. But WHY did he sit there for 25 minutes ignored after that? He was just going to get an ice tea and some wings and enjoy the game since he walked all the way there. But she wouldn’t speak to him again. Wouldn’t even look at him. Strange situation. So OK fine – he left and will not return.

Horrible service. I was given the wrong order, was missing items, and once I got my food it was cold. The server barely checked in on us, didn’t apologize, or even try to quickly get us the right food. Never going back.

Usually slow during the day in the off-season. Be prepared if ordering “mild” wings, they are spicier than other mild levels I’ve tried. This was our first time ordering something other than the wings and we decided on the chicken wrap. Also had the fried pickle appetizer as usual. Highly recommend the adult drinks Old No 7 lemonade and the Red Bull sunrise. The server offered to bring ketchup and never brought it back so we just grabbed our own from a table across the dining room. They also offer a rewards program to earn points for free menu items. Easy to sign up and earn free stuff!

Waited over 20 minutes in the take out area before someone even acknowledged people were waiting. My fries were cold. And thank god I’m not allergic to blue cheese considering that’s what I got instead of the ranch that I asked for. Oh and my carrots are slimey? Gross. Very disappointed in this visit.

Ordered online. Order was accurate & ready when I arrived. Ordered Ultimate Nachos w/ chicken while there, it arrived suspiciously quick, which tells me perhaps not all ingredients are as fresh as they could be. Overall, Online Wing Deal worth it. Solid customer service.

The hostess who “greeted” us looked like she hated life. We were seated at about 6:20, before the rush. Waited a good few minutes to get our drink order. My kids drinks were gone before our server returned to take our appetizer order, which was about 15 minutes. Didn’t even acknowledge the empty cups. Then, we waited another 30 minutes to even get our order taken. Another 30 for our food, and one order wasn’t even right and still no refills on drinks. When the server came back with the right order (and cold tots), we then asked for drinks.
There were other patrons who came after us that had already ate and left. Then waited another 20 minutes for the check and boxes.
We wanted to give this location a try instead of going to Salisbury.
