First time at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. It’s located in Middletown and looked to be fairly new. Food was good and server was nice. We ordered the boneless wings, burgers, house salad and nachos. The prices are very good for what you get for your money, and if you download the app you can earn points towards free things. The burgers are smash burgers and you get two patties per burger. The restaurant was clean and organized, however they did seem short staffed. Always love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings…they never disappoint.

Tried something new at Buffalo Wild Wings this time! I usually go for their wings, but this visit I explored beyond and ordered their Nashville Hot Chicken Burger and a wrap with medium sauce.
Burger: Absolutely superb! Juicy, spicy, and full of flavor—definitely a must-try.
Wrap: It was okay—on the sour side, tasted more like a classic buffalo sauce.
Of course, their wings are always a classic pick, though I’ve noticed the Middletown branch sometimes falls short on mixing the wings well with the sauce or serves them a bit dry due to less sauce.
Still, it’s a spot I keep going back to!

Kylee our server was fantastic! She was so friendly and got our food in super fast and everything came out perfectly! i got the boneless wings and they were delicious the strawberry lemonade was to die for so good perfectly sweet and sour and we ended the night with a cookie skillet warm and gooey with a super rich vanilla ice cream we will be coming back and requesting Kylee

I have always had amazing service here, waitress’ always checking on us. But this day particularly, it wasn’t as busy as normal. Took them 8 minutes to seat us with basically no one in the restaurant, after seating us, everything was fine, took our order like usual. However there were many customers seated after us and served long before we ever got our food. I’m very disappointed as a well paying customer. And the waitresses and the service we received is based off of how well you’ll be tipped.

Food good as always, and waitress was nice. Worked in the service industry so I know it can be difficult on busy nights. Regardless though, restaurant looked mildly busy, but just saw workers literally on their phone on the floor. Just a bad look. Looked like a kid maybe 18 outside who worked there outside smoking, also not a good look on them. Server was the only person who managed all the bar tables and helping her friend at the bar. However that doesn’t effect the fact that the kitchen on a regular night took more than 20 minutes to bring out a cookie skillet that we don’t wait around for as they forgot to even put it on our bill. 3 staff also just standing there in the doorway doing what looked to be noting for more than 5 minutes. There were also several tables the staff neglected to clean up. Either a management problem understaffing as it is 4 days after holidays or just lazy employees. It’s a bad look to put on a good restaurant with quality food everytime I’ve been. Employees looked as if they could care less. One floor employee looked stoned just walking around on the phone. I just wish they would have a better look on these establishments to make sure they are best for every customer so they don’t get worse reviews than mine. I’ve never had such a bad restaurant experience. That being said I don’t think anyone working there is a bad employee, everyone always has off nights, but when in the serving customers industry , that is not do them to know. Handle that away from customers.

It’s Monday night we stopped by for a little dinner the place was pretty empty even though Monday night football was on! Our server was awesome. But the food ????!!!? My buffalo chicken ranch wrap was awful!!! Cold hard chicken only 1 chicken strip for the whole wrap! Cut into chunks to look like more! no buffalo sauce or ranch a pound of shredded cheese and two little bits of lettuce!!!!!! It sucked!!! Our fries were cold and soft! We will not be returning to this place!!

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Middletown with my lady on Sunday to watch the NFL games. We arrived around 3:45 PM, just before the second set of games started at 4, and grabbed seats at the bar. It took a little while for someone to get to us, which is fine — I know it’s busy on football Sundays.
But when 4 PM came, none of the TVs had been switched over to the new set of games. I asked twice for them to be changed, and nothing happened. By the time the TVs were finally switched over, the game I came to watch was already under 10 minutes left in the first quarter — meaning I missed a solid five minutes of game action, plus all the pre-game coverage. That’s a big deal when you come specifically to watch your team play.
We ended up leaving around 4:20 because the experience was so frustrating. It just doesn’t make sense for a sports bar — especially on the very first NFL Sunday of the season — to be that unprepared. Someone should be in charge of flipping the TVs over right at kickoff.
On top of that, the bartender was eating behind the bar while making drinks, which is unsanitary. Staff should be able to take a break to eat properly, not do it while serving customers.
Overall, this was really disappointing. I came ready to enjoy my game and left frustrated. Buffalo Wild Wings markets itself as the place to watch football, but this location dropped the ball.

This location is probably one of the more busy ones I have seen, we never have any real issues, wait can be a little bit during peak times but staff is always super friendly and accommodating, food is always correct and hot

I went there. It was around 11:00 AM. The environment was pretty good. The waitress I had she wasn’t friendly. Our bill came to $63. I was trying to hand her a five dollar bill but she insisted on taking the $10 bill as well as the five dollar bill Then when she came back to our table with the three dollars she said here’s the change if you want it I will never go back to that establishment. I thought it was up to the Customer on how much we tip not them assume without even asking that was rude and not professional. I will not be going back to that establishment.

Disappointed with Quantity – Not as Advertised
I ordered the 10 + 10 Thursday buffalo wings offer, expecting 20 pieces as advertised. However, I only received 15 pieces in total, and out of those, only about 10 were proper-sized wings. The rest were either too small or barely counted as wings. This was really disappointing and feels misleading. Please ensure accurate portions in the future.
