I recently came here for lunch this week, it was the 2nd time in 3 months. The first time was a bad experience so I figured maybe it was just a bad day and returned. That was a mistake. The staff at this location are zombie like, they appear disheveled and move incredibly slow. Maybe they’re all overworked or all in pain?? Not really sure. The service is very questionable. The food is usually ok, as a last resort. Don’t order the new pretzel knots, they’re all hollow. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be my goto for lunch, however the quality of the food and the service over the years has really declined, it’s disappointing.

I never write one star reviews, but this was such a bad experience.
We ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and fries. The fries were so old and stale they were inedible. We sent them back. The new fries they sent out had way too much black pepper on them. The chicken tenders themselves were beyond salty, and as a salt lover, that surprised me.
We were at the bar and when we told the bartender our issues, her response was “I dont work in the kitchen so i dont know what goes on back there.” Very unprofessional.

I’ve ordered here 3 times. This time ordered medium wings via DoorDash, they sent me wings without any sauce on them. Second time was cold. First time I ordered from this location they didn’t send the side sauces. Consistently have a bad experience

My friend and I sat at the bar and waited a good 10–15 minutes before the bartender decided we existed. During that time, every employee within shouting distance felt the need to interrupt and talk over us while we were actively trying to order drinks. It was less “service” and more “open mic night.”
Food took about 30 minutes to arrive. I ordered a burger. What showed up was the crunchiest burger I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not crispy. Not charred. CRUNCHY. Burgers are not supposed to have sound effects. If I wanted a burger that fought back, I’d have ordered it from a science lab.
To really complete the experience, the bar itself wasn’t wiped down until I was already on my second beer. Nothing like resting your arms in a layer of mystery residue while questioning your life choices.
Overall, this place feels like a social experiment testing how long customers will tolerate neglect, chaos, and architectural-grade burgers before giving up. Wings might be in the name, but service and quality clearly flew away.

I stopped in at 10pm this evening to grab a beer and order to-go. First impressions of the bar area was noy full but there was a good amount of dirty glassware around the only open seats. The rest of the restaurant was empty and only the bartender was visible on the floor. I asked for a Wild Herd draft and the bartender moved to the other side of the bar to start doing dishes. After 10 minutes, she came back to inform me she didn’t have “any clean glasses” to pour the beer and that she was washing some. Once the dishwasher was done she took a hot glass and ran it under cold sink water. Out of caution I informed her to cancel my drink. I was not willing to risk having the hot glass crack or shatter due to poor cooling procedures. Better communication with guests and additional good practice training could be beneficial. I hope in the future that issues like dirty glassware doesn’t affect guest experience or create the potential for team member or guest injury.

WE SAW A BIG MOUSE RUN ACROSS THE FLOOR WHILE EATING! Awful experience. Our waitress was extremely rude and inattentive barely acknowledged us, forgot about us, and had an attitude the whole time. We waited over an hour for food, got the wrong wing orders, and weren’t told the kitchen was closing when we tried to order dessert. Then a mouse ran across the floor while we were eating. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. Also the food was not that good!

We walked in and were greeted with a “please wait to be seated”. No hostess in sight. They weren’t busy, they were borderline empty. I saw at least 5 different employees and no one came to help us. As a mother and daughter walked out of the store, the mother whispered to us “I hope you get better service than we did”. We waited for another 2-3 minutes, and I told the person I was with, my girlfriend, “I’m giving it 60 seconds before we just leave”. 60 seconds came and left, so we did too. Took a quick 10 minute drive down the road to the Oaks, PA location, and was immediately greeted and served despite a full parking lot. Do not go to the KOP location.

I’m not sure why the PA Buffalo locations seem to get such bad reviews. This was my first time at a BWW and it was excellent. The food couldn’t have been better. The sauce was so flavorful I needed 4-5 glasses of water to stomach it and all I had was 12 boneless wings and some fries. I do NOT do hot sauce lol only mild at the most.
Harrison was our server, he was clear, direct, and kind, and did a great job!

I had an order for pickup and it came out 25 minutes later than the estimate. I get home (less than 10 minutes from the restaurant) and everything is cold or lukewarm at best. We ordered 36 wings total and only got 32. This is the last time we go to this location. Every time we have tried to go there has been some issue with food taking too long to get out.
