Beautiful, cozy and clean place. Our order was brought out by the cook himself. The girl at the entrance greeted us very warmly and quickly seated us. The waiter guy is very polite. All orders were prepared quickly and deliciously.

Every time we come here or order online, it’s a horrible experience. We decided to come at 8:30 at night, The hostess sat us, and we sat for over 20 minutes and nothing. So we just left. I know the manager, who usually works behind the bar has been there for years, Runs the place poorly And honestly, shouldn’t even be a manager. It’s sad because I actually do really enjoy Buffalo wild wings. I hope it gets better in the future

I was debating on leaving a review because I like to give places the benefit of the doubt if they are understaffed or new but after two separate occasions of the same situation we will not be returning. Our first time here was a week ago where we had such a long wait time for the server to come to our table, get our drinks, and food to be brought out. Mind you, there were probably 5 other tables in the entire restaurant. The second time we went this week we waited awhile for someone to even acknowledge us, took 20 mins for our drinks, and another 40 mins for our food, and again for our dessert. When I ordered a cocktail she said the bar was taking longer because they didn’t understand how to make my drink. It was a drink on their menu. We were there approximately 2.5 hours and the waitress forgot our silverware for our meal and dessert. We had to ask the “manager” for silverware who didn’t seem to be helping the overwhelmed staff or checking on tables. We then could not find the waitress to get our check and had to ask another server for help. This place is chaotic.

I think our waitress Kacy was a little out of it. She was a little too fast at asking us what we wanted to eat. Not even a couple of minutes went by before she came back again to ask what we wanted. Also, I remember repeating instructions on what we needed at our table and she would assist other tables without remembering what I told her. Then, she would return, without giving us what we needed thus causing the repetition. It’s just the little things, this was a strange experience for a BWW because usually the workers know what he or she is doing. But apart from that, the food was great. I ordered the Beer Cheesesteak and Macaroni with bacon bits and that was great. I packed up the rest for another day.

My experience here was disappointing. I placed a mobile order and came in to pick it up, only to find that half of my order was missing. Thankfully, I checked the bag before leaving. On top of that, they forgot basic items like napkins and utensils.
What bothered me most was the lack of accountability. The person at the front desk didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience at all. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters, especially when the issue is brought to your attention.
Overall, the customer service here is poor. Just something to be aware of before ordering.

Whole experience was awful. Would not return. Long wait. Server was mildly rude when we asked if it was possible to get raw onions on a sandwich. Chicken sandwich and cheesesteaks are small. I’ve had a better chicken sandwich at a corner dive bar or even a drive thru! Maybe if you only get wings it would be ok but my first experience ensured it would be my last.

Food is great as usual just like we had at other locations, except only for the fried pickles. 2 things compelled me to write the review for this location, 1. really messed-up fried pickles. 2. Had to wait 40min beyond the ready estimate for the takeout. The pickles all got stuck into one big piece. First we thought it was the car ride home (~15min), but when we separated the clumped-up pickles, all the inside batter was uncooked. Takeout service was a 2/5. We ordered takeout and added a tip at around 5:50pm, the app said ready by 6:10pm, so we went in at around 6:10, but stood there and waited till 6:40-6:50. The front desk waiter was very courteous, and apologized to us in the end. However they are clearly short-staffed. He’s all alone. In the end he had to take a few phone orders and an in-person order before checking on and realizing that our order was already taken out by the kitchen staff and been sitting there for another 5min.

We have been visiting this location for over three years and we have seen this place at its worst and the best. During Covid times they had the worst service , understandable.
Then after covid their service was great food was amazing and it went fine.
We visited again very recently a week ago , the food is good however their service was not great. They came with the new system to place order through mobile which I personally don’t like. They took in the initial order , however to add things we had to do mobile order and it would not take in unless we add card payment details, & we did not realize that for almost 20mins we were sitting their waiting for food which we thought we placed the order but in reality we did not. This would not have happened if they took the order directly.
For me going out is an experience , if i had to order food on my mobile i will rather order pick up not dine in.
I hope their service gets better.
We love their Street Tacos with Chicken, its so fresh. The tortilla they use is so soft , the pulled chicken is amazing and their chipotle sauce takes the taco to next level. And Thai Curry Chicken wings all flats are our fav. In non alcoholic drink passion fruit mojito is refreshing.

The staff is primarily young people and I think they do a great job. The food is always good. I’ve only been here during slower times but people complaining obviously cannot comprehend how hard things have been since Covid. Who wants to be a server when you make $2.83 an hour and nobody tips like they should cause our economy sucks? I was a server before and during Covid. This place is decent
