Ok. First So I went to this location on 4-15-25. Walked in and waited at the stand for a good 5 mins or more before someone acknowledged I was waiting. Then got seated I would say the place was not even busy if there was 10 customers in the building I would say it’s a little but it wasn’t. I requested a booth and was told I would have to wait 30 to 1 hour. SMH really Buffalo. So I said ok I’ll take the small handicapped table I was offered. Then I waited as I looked around a lot of the booths were empty and some had to be cleaned and nobody was doing anything about it. Very dissatisfied to see that. Also I must say all the waitress look very unhappy to work at this location it like they don’t care about customer service or customers in general. Ohh to make matters worst the manager does nothing about this as he was present. Now back to the final I waited 40 mins for my order to come out and it’s the worst service I ever seen or gotten my wings was horrible this place should be ashamed to let food like that exit the kitchen. This location needs to do better or shut down!!!!!

Just wow! This past two weeks I bought over $150 of chicken wings here. Today at around 12:30 I had the worst meal and staff experience I ever had at a BWW restaurant. With guests today I ordered 30 original buffalo wings. Four tables occupied in the store. Wings came out and they were bone dry no sauce and the meat was like a camel decomposing in the desert, and were honestly the smallest wings I ever had. I can not believe what the chef put out of that kitchen, I can not believe the waitress brought this to our table. Then I asked a young lady who was a helper going from table to table and the greeting area if she could bring us some sauce. Mind you our wings were on the table. She said sure. And we waited. Wings getting colder by the minute. She walked by again, I asked where was the sauce. She told me the kitchen is backed up again so the sauce will be out in a couple seconds. We waited 10 minutes to get cold sauce for cold dry wings. I went there because three other meals within 3 weeks were awesome. But this is definitely one of the worst dining experiences my guest and I’ve ever had. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. Also the manager did not come out to talk to us, but in the end someone took half the price of half of our wings off the bill which was &48. Less $7 and change. The. He’d should be fired for not being able to do what he was hired to do. You can not put untrained people for on the job training at the expense of the customer. Or else the chef is disgruntled and wants to ruin the business. Either way we won’t be back.

Food fantastic. Waited 10 mins for a drink and then ordered another at the start of my meal and it took till the end of ny meal before I got my drink. Total of 11 people currently here. Not good when the food was so good.

Great Buffalo Wild Wings location. Our waitress Candace was super nice and friendly and great customer service! We told her we were celebrating a friends engagement that happened tonight and she brought us a piece of cake. Such a sweet heart and food came quick. She gladly took us at midnight as well. Great late night location

Numerous issues with this company, and this particular location.
Friend did the blazin challenge, 6 months later and numerous hours wasted, still don’t have the 1000 rewards points.
Charged me 60 cents for each cup of sauce for the wings, even though they brought them out dry as a bone. Also charged 60 cents for carrots, and 60 cents for celery because we “didn’t ask for them at the time of placing the wing order.”
Wouldn’t let me use the free dessert coupon on the app because we had the bogo wing active, even though this worked in the past, and didn’t tell us that prior to ordering and eating the dessert. Had to get the manager involved to sort this out.
I’m done with this place overall, and will likely go elsewhere in the future. A shame as this has been a big weekly tradition for my friends and family for years.

I couldn’t tell you if the food was good or not because we stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to seat us! If you have a sign stating “please wait to be seated” then have employees that seat people instead of just walking by. It was not very busy. We seen waitresses socializing but no one could seat us? That was the first time we’ve ever experienced that.

The service was excellent and our food was really good. This has to be one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants I’ve visited in recent years. The wings were sauced perfectly. The cocktails are always a hit at Buffalo Wild Wings.

The waitress was amicable and personable! The food wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, but next time ill have the bobe in wings and not the boneless. This was my first time going, and I would go again!
The restaurant was spotless; the bar was a lovely size with plenty of TVs… It would probably make a great place to watch sports and chill with friends and family!!
