I had to wait for my Tacoma to be modified so I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and a Sam Oktoberfest or two. I was met and greeted warmly by Pooja the shift leader. She and I spoke about the menu and beers and she was very informative and told me I could get carrots and celery instead of fries, which is much appreciated. Brooke was the bar tender and she was engaging and delivered great service. After experiencing the level of service, I can only shake my head at all the negative reviews and wonder what’s wrong with these people. If I lived in Easton, this would be my hangout.

We finally stopped in after my daughter gave us a gift card… two years ago and I’m glad we did. It’s clearly a sports bar, so there are tons of TVs everywhere. That’s not usually my thing, but everything was clean and the seating was comfortable.
Our waiter was awesome: super patient, friendly, and great at taking our order. I wish I remembered his name—he had curly hair and a really nice, welcoming smile, which truly made the experience better.
The food was good overall, though fair warning if you’re sensitive to spice (like me!)—some items definitely bring the heat. We had the appetizer sampler, triple bacon cheeseburger, cheesesteak, and a buffalo chicken wrap. Even the mild sauce on the wrap was a lot to handle according to my daughter—whoooo!
The side salad was just okay; if you’re picky about salad dressing, you might want to bring your own.
All in all, we enjoyed our visit. I just wish we didn’t live about an hour away from the nearest location. We stopped here on our way back to Reading, PA after dropping family off at the Cape Liberty Cruise Port, and it was a nice break along the way.
Would definitely go again when we’re in the area.

I cannot recommend this location. Went on a Sunday afternoon, and it was not crowded. Place was filthy. Table had not been bused properly and was sticky everywhere. Food was okay but for the quantity seemed overpriced. Bathroom was not properly maintained. Considering they hadn’t been open long one of the paper towel holders was already empty. Like I said, if where you’re sitting is filthy, imagine the area that you can’t see, how filthy is that? And by that I mean the kitchen

Ordered directly from the company website for delivery, got my order 30 mins after the initial delivery time and was missing an entire person’s meal. It was obvious they did not complete the quality check as no one signed off on the receipt that everything was in the order. Spoke with a team member and a manager and neither were helpful, insisting they could only refund or I could drive there to pick it up when the meal was delivery. If you are going to offer delivery especially directly from your own site you should be able to contact the delivery services that you use to fix the problems caused by your team and not be unhelpful. So instead of being able to eat the meal ordered together, we had to figure out another option for the person’s whose order was missing. Additionally, the food we did get was a disaster the burger was drastically overcooked with soggy lettuce, the grilled onions were missing, while the buffalo chicken wrap wasn’t even wrapped and the filling was all over the place, they also used the wrong sauce on the wrap. So they don’t even follow the customized options which they have available. The entire experience was a complete disappointment. Would neither recommend nor will I be using again.

We just had the most stupid experience.
Apparently, there is no host now. Just a sign telling you to take a seat.
So we sit…. No menu, no idea what is going to happen next.
Then a menu was literally tossed on our table like a drive-by. No hello, no offering of drink, no check-in.
So we sat stunned to make a decision on who we were going to spend our money with and left.
No plan on revisiting now.
Time to get it together!

BWW right now is one of those places that doesn’t get too packed on Saturdays. Unlike Ruby Tuesday, however, it’s still actually enjoyable. The prices are also not that unreasonable either especially for wings nowadays.
Their wings are crispy, the sauce is perfect, and the fries and ranch are excellent too. They take longer than you’d hope to prepare orders but that’s my only complaint. We’re happy to get food from BWW!

The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars was due to the great customer service I received at the bar. I had made an online order for pick up. Upon getting home and eating with my family. We noticed that the wings were very overcooked, dry and hard. Then my daughter noticed one of the teriyaki wings had a feather still attached. As well as cut WINGS(with no meat just bones) put into the box. Frankly it was very disgusting and disappointing that I was given such poor quality of food.

Pretty disappointed!!! ordered a Mimosa and the waitress took my order right away… 25 minutes later, was told they do not do them by the bartender. Then odered a different drink and it was served into a quite smaller glass compared to others, but got charged as a bigger glass. Their Ultimate nachos was not comparable to other Buffalo Wild locations. It is a wonderful location but lacks of good food and Management, waitress tried to provide customer service; but bartender lacks it…No wonder they get just 3 stars.

As a franchise you can really complain about the food but the service is horrible. I usually order the BOGO deal on Thursday at least twice a month and 90 percent of the time they mess up my order. Sometimes they get lazy and decide not to sauce up my wings and just give it on the side. Sometimes they would mix the wings but with the wrong sauce. No one available at pick up counter. Seems like a 10/15 minute timer inside to remind someone to go and check the pick up counter.

Absolutely horrible service! The food came out cold too! Go somewhere else! The service workers only cared about the customers who were there to watch football. It took 10 minutes to get us our waters. It wasn’t even super busy, everyone around us had been served already! Never gave us napkins or cutlery for our boneless wings. All the workers including the MANAGER was just standing around on their phones. There were dirty tables all around us. When we finally asked for the check it took another 10 minutes just to get it to us! I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings and it was a good go to place but this was the worst experience and will never be back!
