I don’t do wings, but got 10 lemon pepper dry rub & 10 parmesan garlic wings for people who love wings. They were so very disappointed in the wings purchased on Sunday 11/30 in Lancaster. The skinny lemon pepper wings were overcooked & dry (hard to chew) while the bigger parmesan parmesan wings were still pink & undercooked inside. Pretty much bad all around. Got them as take out, so I couldn’t send them back. Live & learn… not going back, ever.

I’ve placed an order for take out four times here, and the last three times my order has been either wrong, terrible quality, or both.
This last time I ordered an All American Burger that was burned dry with black edges, and a side of potato wedges with chili and cheese on top. It looked like a ruined patty that would be tossed in the trash ️, yet here it was still plated and served. And even if you’re making a pick up order; you’re still expected to tip unless you want your order to be wrong or worse. And I DO NOT recommend you tip because your order will still be screwed up anyway.
And what’s with this new culture of leaving a tip for take out when I have to place the order myself, drive to the restaurant, and then go inside to pickup and check my food? And yet they still expect me to leave a tip??!!!
It’s a complete joke to ask someone to tip you for doing your job! I wish it did work that way across the board, but unfortunately it doesn’t. Pls stop this madness.

hi. i ordered through them from uber eats & ended up getting a completely wrong order. they had my sticker placed on top of a different order. i have a severe allergy to some of the items that were placed on the burger they issued me. i ended up making a complaint through uber eats but also tried to call. there was a woman who answered & had me on hold before hanging up. i waited 14 mins. extremely incompetent.

Nice atmosphere a lot tvs and windows . They forgot us. I spent there an hour until I told a waiter about service. They forgot the sauce I ask for. They didn’t even get refills or anything. I ask for the bill they didn’t forget to get that. The burger was drench in oil. Once oil was semi drain tasted horrible even with oil tasted horrible.how the heck was the sauce for the chip messed up. No good guac or salsa dip only good one was the cheese and I was bit concerned.last picture it’s a lot napkin filled with burger oil. I was very disappointed my wife had a chicken sandwich and that was good. I should’ve stuck to wings. I hope this is helpful.
Update: owner sent me to their website that I’ve to register 2.which I find a bit weird,I wrote email to customer support their reply is oh call a customer support line basically am very disappointed. I will not register to a restaurant that service was inadequate and food was hit or miss mostly misses. I do not recommend this restaurant location and if anyone decides to go to this location stick to the wings and I wish you all the best in customer service.at least theirs tvs

Service is always slow. Food takes over 30 minutes to get delivered with the establishment practically empty and comes out warm at best. Tried numerous times but do not recommend this establishment at all..

The food was very good and reasonably priced. The service was a little slow but the waiter was friendly. I got the Thai curry sauce with my sandwich and it was so good.
The main reason why this is only 4 stars and not 5 is because the drinks were so weak. I got a long island, drank the entire thing on an empty stomach, and felt about nothing. My husband said the same for his margarita.
Overall, it’s a good place for the food and atmosphere but I don’t recommend the drinks!

Doesnt let me give 0 stars. Had a take out order around 9pm on monday 1/6/26 and walked in and stood for about 10 minutes with no one approaching me. There was a waitress who made eye contact with me atleasr 3 times (who wasnt busy at all) and completelt ignored me. 3 girls then came in after i stood for about 10 minutes and that same waitress approached them within 30 seconds of the girls walking in and greeted them and sat them down while still ignoring me. She continued to look at me and ignore me from a distance until another younger female worker finally asked me if i needed help. Now, i dont ever pull the race card but i am hispanic and i believe the waitress ignored me because of that and did not want to help me. She had a disgusted look on her face everytime she looked at me. I did tell the counter girl but she didnt even apologize to me for being ignored and just said “oh” lol waitress was a chubby older female that looks like a karen. I know for a fact she was racist. I had my meta glasses on amd recording the whole time from walkiing in to walking out and have posted the video on all social media in hopes it goes viral so people can call that trash out. Avoid this spot.

Sat at the bar. Bartender waiting on tables as well. Asked for yellow mustard. Was told would check and let me know. Hadn’t seen the bartender until I’m halfway done. She asks how everything was. I responded still waiting on the mustard and salt and pepper. I told, ” I don’t think we have it.” And that was last I saw her. Horrible service.

I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt but I don’t think they even deserve that. It took about 10 minutes for us to even be greeted for drinks. My in-laws both ordered strawberry margaritas with nothing on the rim of the glass and when they were originally made with salt on the rim, they asked for them to be remade with nothing on the rim because the salt had already started falling into the drink. I watched the bartender Anya stick her fingers in the drink to pull out the lime, just pour the drinks into new cups and then put the lime back on top. I told them to absolutely not drink it and so we told the server and she apologized and took them back to be remade. I made sure to watch extra close and make sure she didn’t do it again. My father in law didn’t even want to drink his margarita so he got a starry instead. When he started drinking it, there were black particles in it which only happen when the nozzles are dirty or there’s stuff in the ice. The manager, Mandy Vegas, who looked to be about 20 years old, talked to our server and then didn’t even come over to even apologize or anything. She avoided us the entire time we were there. Then the food took a good 20-25 minutes to come out. Keep in mind, there was only about 50 people in the whole restaurant at this point and all we ordered was chicken dippers and a sampler. My mother in law asked for buffalo sauce with her dippers and they gave her powder seasoning. My father in laws fries were ice cold. We also ordered boneless wings to go when we got our food. We went about 25 minutes before seeing our server again, where we finally asked for boxes and the check. Still, the manager had not come to say anything. When we got to the door, waiting for my father in law at the bathroom, the manager came up and asked us “how many?” as if we weren’t just in the restaurant for over an hour and a half. But if she would’ve came to talk to us when the bartender put her fingers in their drinks, she would’ve known we already ate. Overall, we were all pretty disgusted and unhappy with the experience.

Awesome spot for game nights. The service is great, and the food is better. Chicken wings are obviously incredible, but their burgers are also FABULOUS!! Great spot overall, very chill atmosphere. Go Birds keep it up BWW!
