It started off as good vibes. I ordered online, went in, was greeted, given a drink, and my food quickly so at first, no complaints.
Once I got to my car, I realized there was no sauce for the chips and no sauce for the onion rings. I went back inside and was told the “2oz sauce” that comes with the mozzarella sticks was the salsa. I asked for marinara for the mozzarella sticks and the sauce that normally comes with the onion rings.
That’s when the experience went downhill. The girl in the yellow hat rolled her eyes, caught an attitude, and said she only does what her slip says. She walked off while talking to other team members about me, then sent someone else to tell me I “wasn’t listening” even though nothing was explained directly to me. Yet no one else came and just sent her back. At first.
They eventually handed me Bdubs sauce and that’s when Simone else came out and said they don’t have sauce for the onion rings.
When I got back to my car and started eating, it got worse. The lemon pepper wings were uneven half of the wings and only one side had seasoning, the rest were plain. My boneless wings were cold inside. The chips had no salt at all.
This all comes down to customer service. I usually wouldn’t leave a complaint because I understand fast-food and restaurant work, and it seemed like she may have been the only cook at the time. But if someone lacks basic customer service or communication skills, they shouldn’t be the one dealing directly with guests.
Accuracy, attitude, and communication matter just as much as speed.

I did takeout, I waited about 15 minutes. Sat at the bar, and had a green tea shot of Jameson for $4. Which was really good, the service was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I had the mild buffalo wings, which was ok just not enough sauce. The overall experience was great plan on dinning in with my family soon.

Ordered food tonight. Got the 20 piece traditional wing and large fry combo and large cheese curd. First the fries are so stale they are to hard to eat. The buffalo wings have essentially no sauce also cold. The other wings have sauce but are again cold. The cheese curds were fine, but can’t really feed a family on cheese curds.

I love this place. My wife and I had the two meals for $20.00 and we were so pleased on how good the food was. My wife got the chicken stripes with fries and I got the American burger with wedges that were both awesome. The burger was so big. Our waitress was such a great waitress her name was Sada. We definitely will be going back again. Thank you Sada for being so nice to us and and great waitress.

I have given this place 3 different chances and all 3 times the food has been horrible. The fries have been stale and unseasoned and I decided to try chili on it to see if they would make it better and there is about a single spoon of chili just thrown in the corner of the box. The chicken was cold along with the fries and the chicken had barely any sauce on it. Will not be going back this place has gone downhill for sure.

I like Buffalo Wild wings because the foods are consistent. U sat at the bar and ordered a drink and some wings. The wings took 30 minutes to come out. They were served to me without a napkins, which I had to ask for. And the bartender never asked it I wanted another drink. Very poor service.

The atmosphere lacked control as well as poor management over service members. I had witnessed multiple servers being mistreated. While services members took control over the tables, somehow customers were allowed to DoorDash food from Wing Stop. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. Its unfortunate the establishment didn’t implement it’s rules. I hope the establishment could find ways to accommodate for these mistakes.

Came in Saturday evening at 5pm. Wasn’t busy. We were seated and handed menus, took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Wanted to order an app too but the waitress rushed off and didn’t come back for another 25 minutes. Finally got to order, everything including the app came out all together. Finished eating sat there for quite a long time waiting on boxes. We couldn’t believe how long everything has taken. When we got the boxes you’d think she would ask if we were ready for the check but then disappeared for another couple minutes. Walked by us multiple times seeing we were ready to go. Say the card on the check waiting for her to get it and she just kept walking right by. The service was absolutely horrible. I noticed other tables being served by her were looking for her waiting as well. The food was amazing but the service definitely made us not want to come back

Took forever to even get drinks! Finally the waiter took our orders and then we waited at least 30-45 minutes for our food which was barely even warm. Only received drink refills because we stopped the waiter and asked for them, then after we received our food our table never got checked on for anymore refills. Then the waiter just brought out our checks. Restaurant wasn’t even busy at all! Bad experience all the way around!
