I came in on Thursday night 1-22-26 almost two hours before the restaurant closed. I was greeted by a host who rolled his eyes and sighed as soon as he saw me and the person I was with. We even offered to go elsewhere because of his reaction. He said it was fine and he just wanted to leave. My server Sarah was amazing but the whole interaction when I walked in threw me off.

Came in today 2-16-26 at lunch and host was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Food was hot and great taste and take out order was well packed. A little tricky figuring out how to get in their parking lot.

They have a good and delicious food. The server was pleasant. They offer other menu items (burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc. if you’re not interested in wings) I love that they have a different level of spicy wings. Nice atmosphere.

Me and my sweets come here <3 I love the buffalo cauliflower wings and the asain zing cauliflower wings! The potato wedges are better than the regular fries and the southwest ranch that comes with the cheese curds is amazing!

The food was excellent the atmosphere was great too. One problem I had though was the service. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 mins without being checked on to get my bill should I Sarah. Sarah is the waitress who was waiting on us and this is unacceptable

The food was great! Service was very nice. The wings are very good. I didn’t think they would give that many but they sure do. A small has about 12, medium maybe 18 and large around 25. A little pricey but well worth it. Everything was great! We went back the next day to try burgers and loaded nachos because we enjoyed the wings so much. We were happy with everything we got.
My only complaint is more personal. It was very loud inside, theres TVs everywhere with games playing. I’m not into sports nor is my family, so for us it was just a loud and obnoxious environment. But we got used to it after a while. It wasn’t too bad. If you’re looking for a nice sit down restaurant with a quiet environment I don’t think buffalo wild wings is the right place for you.

I went there July 17th for a late lunch. I got the all you can eat boneless wings. 11 wings into my meal I ate a raw wing. Was really grossed out and couldn’t eat more. I would have been happy with an apology but now I’m pissed. I filled out the online form for complaints and provided a picture. No record of the complaint. I called the number for customer service. Heard nothing. I made a post on here. Deleted.
Now I’m just going to be the biggest pain in the ass to this company I possibly can. I’ve given them my info twice so they know how to end this.
