Not too great of an experience at this location. My first time here. I went for their BOGO boneless wings night. I ordered 20 wings for take out, and it took 50+ mins. It was pretty crowded on this particular night, but that’s still a ridiculous wait for just some wings. Then, most of them barely had any sauce on them and they only ended up giving me 19 instead of 20. Ultimately, 10 of them essentially were free so I can’t complain too much about that, but there’s still a standard expected. Unfortunately, it was not met this time.

My husband and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by their veggie-friendly options! We tried the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings (game-changer!), Veggie Burger, Caesar Salad, Onion Rings, and Coke. Loved the variety of options, generous portion sizes, and affordable prices. Their service was awesome!! Great spot for a casual meal. Will definitely be back!

Great wings. $19.99 for 2 advertisement is actually on their menu. You get wings, French fries or tots plus a drink for the price. My fries were cold so they brought fresh, hot fries when I asked for them. Great service.

We enjoy coming here. It’s me of our comfort food places. I felt that the quality of food has improved and the service by the wait staff was always attentive. We enjoy Rob’s friendliness and his attention to make you happy. Great bar food, great service, and great place for games. Just BW3 upholding being a BW3! Love it.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. The service I received felt different from how other customers were treated. The staff member was dismissive, avoided interaction, and made me feel unwelcome.
I also left a tip, but it was refused in a way that felt disrespectful. This added to the feeling that I was being treated unfairly.
No customer should feel singled out or judged. Management needs to address this seriously.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiters behaved very oddly toward us and their attitude felt discriminatory. We noticed a clear difference in how they treated us compared to other customers. The service was cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. No customer should feel uncomfortable or singled out while dining. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures respectful treatment for everyone.

Good food and service. Nice place to catch the game or just hang out. They don’t do a good job separating wing flavors, but you can customize your order. The pretzel bites aren’t the best, they tasted like frozen pretzels. We usually love pretzel appetizers but we probably won’t order them from here again.

Absolutely the worst food experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered fries, and when the manager brought them out, they tasted like they were at least two days old. The fries were cold, stale, and completely inedible. For a place known for its food, this was a huge disappointment. Definitely not worth the visit.

There Superbowl Sunday and at 4pm they turned on pre-game commentary at 90+ decibels. Couldn’t even hear my family speak. The waitress asked the manager to turn it down for us but returned to say corporate wouldn’t allow them to turn it down. The game had not even started yet and we were one of maybe three tables occupied. Ridiculous. Painful end to an okay meal of wings.

Got take out. Didn’t receive half of our order only realized when we got home with it. Our chicken was cold, def could’ve been cooked longer. And the fries!? I would be embarrassed to serve those. They literally tasted two days old. Cold. Rock hard. So disappointed. They did refund us but still annoying to deal with a terrible take out order.
