Ordered through app, 20 bone-in wings buffalo and 10 piece boneless wings honey barbecue that was a free deal with order of $15. Went to pick my order up, called while I outside told the lady my name and asked if someone can bring me food out to me because I had my 2 mo old baby with me so didn’t want to get him out, told her what vehicle I was in. She said my name for the order just came through so give her a couple minutes and she will bring it out to me, said ok thank you. I found it kind of odd she said the order just came through but give her a couple minutes and she’ll bring it out to me, thought to myself how can you bring it out within a couple mins or that fast if the order just came through to the store. The lady brought it out within 3 mins after getting there and placing call to request if someone could bring it out to me, I got the food and thanked her. As I was leaving, I thought to myself that was fast and how did it come out so fast. When I got home, I seen that I did not receive any of the dips that I picked that was supposed to come with my order for the 20 bone-in wings. With that deal, the customer can get up to 4 free dips of your choice and I picked 4 ranch dips and paid for 1 blue cheese for my boneless wings because that’s what I wanted and didn’t get any of them and paid for 1. My fries were also not fresh, they were old fries that were soggy and burnt that they boxed on top of that as part of my order to give me. I instantly called the store back to speak to manager and spoke to a manager by the name of Dennis. I explained I paid for a dip and did not receive any of them and that my fries were also not fresh, he said he can replace them, give me a gift card or refund. I explained to him that I had to call when I was there to ask if order can be brought out to me because I had my baby with me. He told me he will refund me for the dips and the fries since it was not that easy for me to get back there. He asked what was the name on the order, did I go through DoorDash or the app. I went through the app and was also asked what did I pay with, Master card or Visa. I paid with Visa and gave my name, he then asked for the order number and there was no order number on receipt that was sent through email, so claimed that should be enough information for me to get refund and hung up as I was thanking him. It didn’t seem too promising, then I checked my banking app after a while and had no refund from there. I proceeded to look for the order number, come to find out I had to go through the app to orders to get the order number which he could of told me being though he works for Buffalo Wild Wings and would know that after I told him that it wasn’t on my receipt, since he asked for it. I called back after that and asked to speak to him again so I can give order # to him, told him I found it through the app and asked if he still wanted it and said that would help. I gave him the order number and that’s when he reassure me that he will get to it once things die down within restaurant and gets a chance to do it, that it might appear 24 hours from now and it shouldn’t even take that long. I waited looked again on banking app even the next day and was not refunded for the hassle on their end, I was so mad about my order and being lied to. He could have least made things right in good faith but chose not to do so, erased app and will not be going back there to order food again.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. It is definitely a go to for me. The food is usually consistent. This review is based off about 6 different visits. For just one of those visits did I get my food quickly, however, somewhat cold hatch queso. The waitresses and bartender are all great. I think the limitation may be in the kitchen. I will still visit since it’s the closest one to me, but I just don’t have very high expectations. Which also means I could end up changing this review.

My husband and I were there maybe 6 weeks ago for lunch… my apologies, time flies… but this is always our ‘go-to’ when we can get a few hours to ourselves. Anyway, this last visit was one of the best. Our server, Gina, was incredibly kind, personable, and attentive. I am also a server, and I could tell she was great at multi-tasking, knowing the current menu specials, and offering different meal options to fit our needs. She was calm, confident, and very pleasant while handling a fairly busy lunch rush. I know in this world, most people complain instead of focusing on the good, so I just wanted to take a moment to shout her out and say how much of an enjoyable experience we had that day!

It’s ok. Service was great. Great place to go, watch sports or any games. Wings, fries and burgers are just fine. But the sauces are good. Asian zing is the best sauce at any buffalo wild wings. Its good.

Just awesome! I corrected my order within 5 minutes of ordering and probably due to my error was served the wrong thing. The server corrected and the manager Dennis personally apologized and Dennis bought us a round. Superb customer service. We’ve traveled the country for the last 10 years and always search out the nearest Buffalo Wild Wings. We like that we know what we’re going to get. This location far surpassed our expectations.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Monroeville, PA, on Veterans Day (November 11th) to take advantage of the free meal offer for veterans. I ordered six traditional wings with a side of fries and two dips – everything was well-prepared and flavorful dry rub. The menu had a great variety, especially in the wings section, with plenty of sauces and dry rubs to choose from, catering to a wide range of tastes.
The restaurant’s atmosphere was lively, with a welcoming interior filled with sports-themed décor that added to the experience. The exterior was also inviting, with the brightly lit Buffalo Wild Wings logo making it easy to spot.
However, one downside was the cleanliness of the dining area. Several tables were left uncleaned, with food and plates still on them after customers had departed, and staff were not cleaning up promptly. This detracted from the overall experience.
Despite the cleanliness issue, it was a good visit overall with wings and fries and a great atmosphere. I appreciate Buffalo Wild Wings for recognizing veterans and providing a meal.

Was sat immediately but I didn’t like where we were sat. When I asked about sitting at a different table, hostess appeared annoyed.
Server got our drinks and orders immediately. Food came out in a reasonable time. Food was good and came out hot. Server was attentive and checked up on us regularly.
The restaurant has plenty of TV’s to watch sporting events. The lighting is quite dark, like bar dark.

Absolutely fantastic wings, if you get more than 10 you can get different sauces for every 5 wings, they have boneless and traditional wings. Service was fantastic, this is a very busy environment, they do also have alcohol, and they sell their wing sauce in bottles for 5$ per bottle. My dad and I each got 15 wings, which is 3 different kinds each we were able to get. I definitely will return.
