Reviews
Despite my rave review, there was one simply horrifying experience that happened to me while I was waiting for my second take out order. I went to the bar, contemplating whether or not to stay a bit for a couple of drinks. While I was thinking, a server, Christina, said to me in a nasty tone: “Excuse me, you are in my way. I need to get past you”. This was a surprise as I was previously on friendly terms with her and saying hello and even giving her treats when I saw her. This interaction forced me to quickly leave the store and not purchase the highest profit margin items and forgo leaving my usual 100% tip for the bartenders.
Since that incident, I have been back to the bar to see if I wanted to grab a drink. When I saw her serving, I hoped we could clear the air but instead, she now ignored me and looked past me each time. I became an invisible customer.
On 2/25, I went back in to meet friends for dinner and drinks and saw that Christina was bartending. I was too uncomfortable to grab drinks and food. I instead went to another establishment where I felt more comfortable and welcomed.
On 2/26, I was back to grab dinner and drinks again and saw that she was serving so I decided to leave again.
On 2/27, I decided that I wanted to find a solution and try one last time to make this my permanent watering hole. I spoke to the kitchen manager, Will M, who I have always had good communication with. When I tried to explain the interaction I had with Christina as a customer, he first wouldn’t listen to me, then he told me it didn’t happen and I misunderstood the situation. I left the conversation emphasizing to him that because of her, they lost my business multiple times and now he was helping to permanently lose my patronage.
Based on the response of this manager and this server, I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable at this establishment and the lack of respect as a customer helped me decide to forgo any further visits to this restaurant if this is how customers are treated.
I am ecstatic to take my business elsewhere.

I went in and ordered takeout from the app TWICE in one day. Both times, my orders were quick and the food was loved by all! Charlie, the take out person was super friendly and quick!
For my second order, I ordered it from the bar and told Charlie who brought it to me as soon as it was done! Super sweet and thoughtful! The stuffed tots were devoured by my friends and everyone loved the boneless wings. I ordered during the dinner rush AND late that night and both times, food and wait times were great!
The staff are friendly and they HUSTLE- they are laser focused.
I read some of the past reviews and was a little shocked as people seem to forget: WINGS TAKE TIME!!!!!
The one thing that separates the staff here is that you will VERY rarely see them on their personal phones. They walk at NYC speed and hustle at NYC pace as well.
The bartenders Jamar, Olivia, Amanda and Heather are all attentive and are super quick to make your drinks! They also are all personable and it’s fun watching them interact with customers!
We (party of 2) walked in Wednesday around 6pm. The restaurant was about half full. The host seemed to be very slow in helping the party in front of us, grabbing menus half-heartedly and walking very slowly. He did the same with us, forgetting to hand us the AYCE instructions/menu.
Our server, Mila (?), was very friendly and patient. She accommodated our requests and answered questions about the sauces. She also checked in frequently to see if we wanted to continue ordering or grab the check.
We tried a variety of sauces including Mango Habanero (very spicy but good mango taste), Honey BBQ (just BBQ but alot sweeter), Luau BBQ (BBQ but with a taste of pineapple; this was really good), Caribbean Jerk (sweet and incorporated alot of spices such as cinnamon; not my favorite), Spicy Garlic (not too hot, mild garlic flavor), Orange Chicken (just like any other), Buffalo Ranch (spicy, savory, and creamy), and Sweet BBQ (as the name implies). My favorite would have to be the Luau BBQ.
We did not receive carrots/celery and a dipping sauce with the first order as the AYCE menu suggested (but upon request I did get a blue cheese dip). This was a very small nuisance. The fries were thin and crispy.
Overall I had an enjoyable experience and would return.
Our server, Marlene, had a very poor attitude throughout the meal. I ate my entire meal without receiving the beverage I ordered. After waiting about 20 minutes, when she finally walked by and I asked about it, she said, “it’s coming out,” but it never arrived. I ended up drinking water from my wife instead.
It also took around 30 minutes just to receive our boxes and the check. The food was enjoyable, but the service seriously took away from the experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return because of this. Also my friends told her the order wasn’t correct to which she replied “you have to be specific when ordering” although she never asked or repeated our order!
